With the easy access to the huge volume of articles available on the Internet, plagiarism is getting worse and worse. Most recent approaches proposed to address this problem usually focus on achieving better accuracy of similarity detection process. However, there are some real applications where plagiarized contents should be detected without revealing any information. Moreover, in such web-based applications, running time, memory consumption, communication and computational complexity should be also taken into account. In this paper, we propose a similar document detection system based on matrix Bloom filter, a new extension of standard Bloom filter. The experimental results on a real dataset show that the system can achieve 98% of accuracy. We also compare our approach with a method recently proposed for the same purpose. The results of the comparison show that the Bloom filter-based approach achieves much better performance than other in terms of the aforementioned factors.  相似文献

Summary The theory of turbulent flow of micropolar fluids is considered. Hopf's characteristic functional is introduced and the equation governing its time development is derived and the equivalence of this functional equation to the hierarchy of the moment equations is discussed. The equation for dynamics of the probability density functions is also obtained. Lewis-Kraichnan space-time functional formulation is presented and its solution for the final period of decay turbulence is obtained and discussed.

Zusammenfassung Es wird die Theorie turbulenter Strömungen mikropolarer Fluide betrachtet. Das charakteristische Funktional von Hopf wird eingeführt und die Gleichung hergeleitet, welche seine Zeitentwicklung beschreibt und die Gleichwertigkeit dieser Funktionalgleichung mit der Hierarchie der Momentengleichungen wird diskutiert. Es wird auch die Gleichung für die Dynamik der Wahrscheinlichkeitsdichtefunktion erhalten. Die Levis-Kraichnan Raum-Zeit-Funktionalformulierung wird eingeführt und ihre Lösung für den endlichen Abschnitt der Turbulenzabnahme erhalten und untersucht.

Today, air pollution, smoking, use of fatty acids and ready‐made foods, and so on, have exacerbated heart disease. Therefore, controlling the risk of such diseases can prevent or reduce their incidence. The present study aimed at developing an integrated methodology including Markov decision processes (MDP) and genetic algorithm (GA) to control the risk of cardiovascular disease in patients with hypertension and type 1 diabetes. First, the efficiency of GA is evaluated against Grey Wolf optimization (GWO) algorithm, and then, the superiority of GA is revealed. Next, the MDP is employed to estimate the risk of cardiovascular disease. For this purpose, model inputs are first determined using a validated micro‐simulation model for screening cardiovascular disease developed at Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Iran by GA. The model input factors are then defined accordingly and using these inputs, three risk estimation models are identified. The results of these models support WHO guidelines that provide medicine with a high discount to patients with high expected LYs. To develop the MDP methodology, policies should be adopted that work well despite the difference between the risk model and the actual risk. Finally, a sensitivity analysis is conducted to study the behavior of the total medication cost against the changes of parameters.  相似文献

A new millimeter‐wave antenna structure on a low‐cost, production platform integrated passive device technology is presented. The antenna consists of a 2‐by‐1 array of slot antennas at 60 GHz. An in‐house developed on‐chip antenna measurement setup was used to characterize the fabricated antenna. The measurement results show an antenna gain of more than 5 dBi with a return loss of 18 dB at 60 GHz. The better‐than‐10‐dB impedance bandwidth of the antenna covers the 60‐GHz unlicensed band from 57 to 64 GHz. The 3‐dB beamwidths of the antenna are 105° and 76° at E‐plane and H‐plane at 60 GHz, respectively. The size of the die of the antenna is 2 mm × 4.5 mm. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. We address the problem of resource allocation for bag-of-tasks (BoT) workflows in a federation of clouds and formulate it as an integer linear programming problem. The proposed model minimizes financial cost including fees for running VMs and fees for data transfer, and fulfills deadline and resource constraints in the clouds. We also formulate the problem of BoT scheduling in the hybrid clouds, and compare the financial cost in the federation of clouds with that in the hybrid clouds. Moreover, this paper discusses sensitivity analysis to investigate stability in the related allocation problem. Numerical results show that the resource allocation in the federation is considerably preferred to that in the hybrid clouds in terms of stability and cost-saving. In this paper, we also propose an approach named GRASP-FC for obtaining an approximate optimal solution of BoT scheduling in the federation. GRASP-FC is an extension of greedy randomized adaptive search procedure (GRASP), and it can be of great interest from the computational points of view.

A new variant of Differential Evolution (DE), called ADE-Grid, is presented in this paper which adapts the mutation strategy, crossover rate (CR) and scale factor (F) during the run. In ADE-Grid, learning automata (LA), which are powerful decision making machines, are used to determine the proper value of the parameters CR and F, and the suitable strategy for the construction of a mutant vector for each individual, adaptively. The proposed automata based DE is able to maintain the diversity among the individuals and encourage them to move toward several promising areas of the search space as well as the best found position. Numerical experiments are conducted on a set of twenty four well-known benchmark functions and one real-world engineering problem. The performance comparison between ADE-Grid and other state-of-the-art DE variants indicates that ADE-Grid is a viable approach for optimization. The results also show that the proposed ADE-Grid improves the performance of DE in terms of both convergence speed and quality of final solution.  相似文献
