A survey of traffic-based routing metrics in family of expected transmission count for self-organizing networks

Self-Organizing Networks (SONs) are attractive for applications where flexibility, resilience, and a large network service area are required. In order to meet the requirements of those applications, the principal issue is to guarantee efficient routing in SONs. Hence, the design and selection of appropriate routing metrics is important. A mass of metrics have been proposed in the past several decades. Among all the metrics, Expected Transmission Count (ETX) has drawn the most attention. Since the proposal of ETX, many ETX-based or extended metrics have been proposed. ETX and its descendants compose the ETX family. This paper is an attempt to analyze, compare and summarize traffic-based routing metrics in the ETX family. Details of each routing metric are presented and analyzed. Some of our viewpoints on the principal for designing metrics in SONs are presented.

国产核电厂蒸汽发生器下封头群孔接管区具有应力分布复杂、焊接施工条件差的特点。为考核其承受循环载荷的能力，设计制造了与实物相似的模拟试验装置，根据核电厂运行寿命期内的载荷特点，确定了模拟试验装置的试验载荷与试验循环数。循环加载试验的结果表明，蒸汽发生器下封头群孔接管区承受循环载荷的能力在寿命期内是符合要求的。     

集成电路密封用高纯邻甲酚醛环氧树脂的制备

ECN树脂中的可水解氯含量是决定树脂质量的—个重要指标。本文研究了反应温度、ECH/OCN配比、反应时间和碱用量等因素的影响,取得了规律性的认识,并获得最佳配方,制备出高纯度的ECN树脂系列产品。     

十二烷基苯磺酸钠水溶液聚集性质的研究

用滴体积法测出十二烷基苯磺酸钠（ＳＤＢＳ）稀水溶液的表面张力；然后求出其临界胶束浓度（ＣＭＣ）。同时通过溶液的电导率、吸收光谱以及荧光光谱测定求出其ＣＭＣ。这样测出的ＣＭＣ值为１．２～１．６×１０－３ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，与文献值相符。也研究了部分水解的聚丙烯酰胺（ＰＨＰＡＭ）对ＳＤＢＳ聚集性质的影响；发现ＳＤＢＳ的ＣＭＣ值随ＰＨＰＡＭ的加人而减少并且ＰＨＰＡＭ水溶液的粘度随ＳＤＢＳ的存在而急剧降低（类似盐效应）。这些方法与性质对强化采油（ＥＯＲ）是重要的。     

基于安全隔离的边界防护体系的设计与实现

本文针对电子政务信息系统的特点,设计了基于安全隔离的边界防护体系。将安全隔离技术应用到电子政务中,实现了数据的安全高效实时传输,形成了多方位的安全边界防护体系架构。     

Synthesis, isolation, spectroscopic and electrochemical characterization of some calcium-containing metallofullerenes

A few Ca-containing mono-metallofullerenes, i.e. Ca@C₇₆, Ca@C₈₈, Ca@C₉₀ (I, II), were synthesized by an improved DC arc discharge method and isolated by a multi-stage HPLC method for the first time. These isomer-separated metallofullerenes were characterized by LD-TOF MS and UV-vis-NIR spectrometry. Their HOMO-LUMO band gaps and possible molecular geometries are discussed according to the absorption spectra in this report. In addition, the cyclic and differential pulse voltammetry of Ca@C₇₆ was conducted in MeCN/C₆H₅CH₃ (1:4 v/v). The voltammograms of Ca@C₈₂ (II, III) and Ca@C₈₄ (II) were also recorded. Their electrochemical behaviors are discussed compared with those of corresponding ytterbium metallofullerenes. The features of the Ca metallofullerenes’ electronic structures are also discussed.     

Fabrication and characterization of nano silver powder prepared by spray pyrolysis

Silver powder was fabricated by spray pyrolysis, using 2%–20% AgNO₃ solution, 336–500 mL/h flux of AgNO₃ solution, 0.28–0.32 MPa flux of carrier gas and in the 620–820 °C temperature range. The effects of furnace set temperature, concentration of AgNO₃ aqueous solution, flux of AgNO₃ aqueous solution as well as carrier gas on the morphology and particle size distribution of silver powder, were investigated. The experimental results showed that with the high concentration of AgNO₃ aqueous solution, the average grain size of silver decreased with the increasing of furnace set temperature. But the gain size distribution was not homogenous, the discontinuous grain growth occurred. With the low concentration of AgNO₃ aqueous solution, the higher furnace set temperature made the nano sliver grains sintered together to grow. Nano silver powder about 100 nm was fabricated by spray pyrolysis, using 2wt% AgNO₃ solutions, 336 mL/h flux of AgNO₃ aqueous solution, 0.32 MPa flux of carrier gas at 720 °C furnace set temperature.

公众参与,作为公众诉求表达、保障行政公正、合理、有效的长效性城管与公共服务辅助机制,体现了现代公共行政的民主与法制的属性,也是中国特色社会主义政府行政的应有内涵,尤其是在城市管理中引入公众参与机制更为重要,诸如动拆迁征询、环保报告编制、政府预算介入、城市顽症治理、社会组织建构等,公众参与将为城管的人本化、民本化提供重要保障。     

Effects of rosemary extracts and major constituents on lipid oxidation and soybean lipoxygenase activity

Rosemary (Rosemarinus officinalis L.) leaves were extracted with three different solvents, namely hexane, acetone and methanol. A reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography system in combination with a mass detector was used to quantitate the content of carnosol, carnosic acid and ursolic acid in the rosemary extracts. All rosemary extracts showed strong inhibitory effects on lipid oxidation and soybean lipoxygenase activity.
