工程图中线状图形的自动分类与识别算法

Gold Stud Bumps Flip-Chip Bonded onto Copper Electrodes with Titanium and Silver Layers

The purpose of this study was to develop the thermosonic flip-chip bonding process for gold stud bumps bonded onto copper electrodes on an alumina substrate. Copper electrodes were deposited with silver as the bonding layer and with titanium as the diffusion barrier layer. Deposition of these layers on copper electrodes improves the bonding quality between the gold stud bumps and copper electrodes. With appropriate bonding parameters, 100% bondability was achieved. Bonding strength between the gold stud bumps and copper electrodes was much higher than the value converted from the standards of the Joint Electron Device Engineering Council (JEDEC). The effects of process parameters, including bonding force, ultrasonic power, and bonding time, on bonding strength were also investigated. Experimental results indicate that bonding strength increased as bonding force and ultrasonic power increased and did not deteriorate after prolonged storage at elevated temperatures. Thus, the reliability of the high-temperature storage (HTS) test for gold stud bumps flip-chip bonded onto a silver bonding layer and titanium diffusion barrier layer is not a concern. Deposition of these two layers on copper electrodes is an effective and direct method for thermosonic flip-chip bonding of gold stud bumps to a substrate, and ensures excellent bond quality. Applications such as flip-chip bonding of chips with low pin counts or light-emitting diode (LED) packaging are appropriate.     

基于非负矩阵分解的有向网络半监督社区检测

有向网络上的社区检测是网络科学领域一个重要的课题. 针对这一问题, 本文提出了一种基于非负矩阵分解的有向网络半监督社区检测算法, 首先利用先验信息重构邻接矩阵, 然后使用先验信息对节点的社区隶属度进行惩罚, 并通过行归一化消除节点度异质性的影响, 最后运用交替迭代更新给出了目标函数的求解方法. 在真实网络数据上的对比实验验证了算法的有效性, 相对于基于非负矩阵分解的现有方法, 本文方法能显著提高社区发现的准确性.     

工程图对象识别规则自动获取方法的研究

分析了工程图中工程对象的构图特点，设计了适用于识别的对象特征组结构．提出了通过抽取对象特征组、由特征组自动生成识别规则的方法．提出了在识别系统中加入对象特征抽取以及识别规则自动生成与调整功能使识别系统能方便地适应新图例从而提高适应能力的方法．该方法已应用于一个建筑工程图自动分析软件并取得了较好的效果．     

人工读图机理分析及其在计算机读图中的应用

计算机读图是旨在提高建筑业的自动化、信息化程度的一种重要技术.通过从计算机读图的角度对建筑工程图表示特点的分析和对人工读图机理的分析,本文提出了基于建筑工程图表示特点、借鉴人工读图机理的按序、定向、整体的计算机读图思路,并在此基础上给出了建筑工程图自动识别的描述方法和实现技术.     

Precise elastic-plastic analysis of crack line field for mode II plane strain crack

The near crack line analysis method has been used to investigate the exact elastic-plastic solutions of a mode II crack under plane strain condition in an elastic-perfectly plastic solid. The significance of this paper is that the assumptions of the conventional small scale yielding theory have been completely abandoned. The inappropriateness of matching conditions formerly taken at the elastic-plastic boundary ths been corrected as well. By eatching the general solution of the plastic stress (but not the special solution that was adopted) with the exact elastic stresses (but not the crack tip K-dominant field) at the elastic-plastic boundary near the crack line, the plastic stresses, the length of the plastic zone and the unit normal vector of the elastic-plastic boundary, which are sufficiently precise near the crack line region, have been given. The solutions are suitable not only under the condition that the plastic region is sufficiently small but also under the condition that the plastic region is large.     

Mitochondria-Targeted Photodynamic and Mild-Temperature Photothermal Therapy for Realizing Enhanced Immunogenic Cancer Cell Death via Mitochondrial Stress

Induction of immunogenic cell death (ICD) represents a robust therapeutic strategy for cancer treatment. However, only a few ICD inducers are currently available and many of them take effect based on traditional endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress rather than mitochondrial stress. Besides, mitochondrion is closely related to ER and drug delivery via mitochondrial targeting usually shows a higher efficiency and cytotoxicity than that via ER targeting, which inspires to explore the ICD effect of cancer cells through mitochondrial stress. Herein, a mito-missile that can realize not only mitochondria-targeted photodynamic therapy (PDT)/mild-temperature photothermal therapy (MTPTT) but also ICD-induced cancer immunotherapy is constructed. The mito-missile (termed DIH) is prepared by coating dc-IR825 (a mitochondrion-targeting cyanine dye)-loaded polyamidoamine dendrimer with hyaluronic acid. dc-IR825 can precisely target mitochondria and produce reactive oxygen species (ROS) and mild heat upon near-infrared (NIR) light irradiation, inducing mitochondrial damage and mitochondrial stress-caused enhanced ICD. By combining PDT, MTPTT, and ICD-induced immunotherapy, the DIH mito-missile can efficiently inhibit tumor growth and even eradicate tumors. This study develops a dendrimer-based nanoplatform for realizing mitochondrion-acting PDT/MTPTT as well as mitochondrial stress-induced potentiated ICD, which may provide a guideline for designing effective ICD inducers in the future.     

基于直线连续性的页面倾斜检测与校正

在文档扫描过程中,输入的文档图像不可避免地会发生倾斜现象,而布局分析及字符识别算法对页面倾斜都十分敏感,因此倾斜检测和校正是文档分析预处理的重要环节,文中提出了一个基于直线连续性的倾斜检测方法。它将字符连通区包围盒底边中心点作为特征点,利用文本行中特征点与基线的关系,计算出基线的方向,即为页面倾斜方向,接着,介绍了一种基于偏移值的倾斜校正方法,实验证明,该算法速度快,准确度高。
