目的: 观察口服华法令抗凝(OWAT) 不同阶段凝血状态的改变, 尤其注意uFPA 在判断OWAT效果中的价值。方法: 换瓣术后14 d(换瓣14 d 组)和术后0.5 ~ 2 年(术后随访组) 病人各20 例, 要求INR(国际正常比值) 值在1.8 ~ 2.8, 正常组为10 例健康志愿者。取静脉血7 ml, 留尿液5 ml, 测定蛋白C(PC)、6-酮-前列腺1α(6-K-F1α)、血小斑颗粒膜蛋白-140(GMP-140) 和D-二聚体(D-2-Dimer) 及抗凝血酶Ⅲ(AT Ⅲ)、组织型纤溶酶激活物(t-PA) 和尿液纤维蛋白肽A(FPA)。 结果: 换瓣14 d 组uFPA 显著低于正常正常组, D2D 却显著高于正常组。术后随访组病人的uFPA 比术后14 d 更低, 且与PT 相关性好、其值稳定于较小的变化范围(1.0 ~ 3.2 μg·g-1Cr);D2D 比换瓣14 d 组有所降低, 但二者无显著差异。AT Ⅲ在换瓣14 d 组低于正常组, 但在术后随访组却显著高于正常组;PC 在换瓣14 d 组低于正常组, 在术后随访组却进一步降低;t-PA 和6-K-F1α在OWAT 期间高于正常组, 换瓣14 d 组和随访之间无差异。结论: OWAT 早期凝血系统的变化十分复杂,分析其并发症原因应考虑机体凝血系统包括纤溶等的整体状态;以μFPA 判断OWAT 中病人凝血过程的激活水平比PT 更为准确、敏感, 在纤溶系统相对稳定的情况下, 能判断OWAT 的整体抗凝效果。  相似文献

目的比较不同温度下肠炎沙门氏菌(SE)在蛋黄、蛋清中的生存能力。方法无菌分离蛋黄蛋清,将SE稀释液分别接种于蛋黄、蛋清中,使SE-蛋清/蛋黄混合液中SE的浓度约为103CFU/mL。不同温度下培养,每4h/8h用平板计数法测定SE-蛋清/蛋黄混合液中菌液浓度,据此作出SE浓度变化曲线。结果 4℃时SE缓慢增殖,20℃和37℃时SE快速增殖,39℃时蛋清成分开始发挥有效的抑菌作用,42℃时蛋清中的SE能够被快速清除。结论严格控制污染源,并低温保存鸡蛋以限制鸡蛋中SE含量的快速增加。  相似文献

Low-dimensional discrete linear ventilation models have been studied by literature. In the present study, we investigate the validity and applicability of linear ventilation models for heavy-gas dispersion by employing Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes (RANS) simulations. A simple benchmark ventilation case is considered under isothermal condition. Considering large density differences from pollutant gas and fresh air, the effect of buoyancy force has been taken into account in turbulent production term to obtain correct diffusion behaviour. A low-Re k-ε model has been selected and the generalised gradient diffusion hypothesis is used for buoyancy source term. It is concluded that the flow equations decouple from the concentration equation when the ratio α of air mass-flow rate to pollutant mass-flow rate is larger than 105, which is 10 times higher than the range without density differences (α>104). The dependence of the coupling on Richardson number Ri is also studied. It is found that the higher the Richardson number, the larger the α should be to decouple equations.  相似文献

A kind of excellent CdZnTe crystal has been grown in Yinnel Tech, Inc. in recent years. Based on these CdZnTe crystals and some new techniques, a portable energy-dispersive spectrometer has been constructed which has yielded good results. CdZnTe detector has a 3% relative resolution in high-energy field and can detect gamma rays at room temperature. An integrated circuit based on preamplifier and shaping amplifier chips is connected to the detector. Voltage pulses are transformed into digital signals in MCA (multichannel analyzer) and are then transmitted to computer via USB bus. Data process algorithms are improved in this spectrometer. Fast Fourier transform (FFT) and numerical differentiation (ND) are used in energy peak's searching program. Sampling-based correction technique is used in X-ray energy calibration. Modified Gaussian-Newton algorithm is a classical method to solve nonlinear curve fitting problems, and it is used to compute absolute intensity of each detected characteristic line.  相似文献

Pulp mill wastewater was treated using the coagulation-flocculation process with aluminum chloride as the coagulant and a modified natural polymer, starch-g-PAM-g-PDMC [polyacrylamide and poly (2-methacryloyloxyethyl) trimethyl ammonium chloride], as the flocculant. A novel approach with a combination of response surface methodology (RSM) and uniform design (UD) was employed to evaluate the effects and interactions of three main influential factors, coagulant dosage, flocculant dosage and pH, on the treatment efficiency in terms of the supernatant turbidity and lignin removals as well as the water recovery. The optimal conditions obtained from the compromise of the three desirable responses, supernatant turbidity removal, lignin removal and water recovery efficiency, were as follows: coagulant dosage of 871 mg/L, flocculant dosage of 22.3 mg/L and pH 8.35. Confirmation experiments demonstrated that such a combination of the UD and RSM is a powerful and useful approach for optimizing the coagulation-flocculation process for the pulp mill wastewater treatment.  相似文献

目的 对绵阳米粉的质量安全进行分析,为绵阳米粉食品安全地方标准建立提供依据。方法 对绵阳市生产流通环节米粉中重金属元素、食品添加剂、真菌毒素、品质指标等16个项目进行检测,对检测数据进行质量安全状况分析。结果 蛋白质是影响绵阳米粉品质的主要因素,水分和铬是影响绵阳米粉品质及质量的次要因素,3个指标产品不合格率分别为37.5%、2.5%、2.5%。其他重金属元素、食品添加剂、真菌毒素指标均合格。结论 品质指标及重金属元素是当前影响绵阳米粉质量及安全的关键风险点,监管部门应加强对该方面检测指标的重视。  相似文献

One deformable mirror (DM) in conventional adaptive optics system can not meet the needs of large scale and high order aberration compensation. In this paper, a dual DMs way is presented, which needs the decoupling of dual DMs. In dual DMs adaptive optics (AO) system, the decoupling algorithm of dual DMs is deduced. Stroke of one of DMs is large, spatial frequency of the other is high. According to the algorithm, the large stroke DM (LSDM) corrects low order aberration only, and the high spatial frequency DM (HSFDM) corrects other aberration. The experimental result for two 61-DM AO system is presented. The result indicates that the experimental performance of dual DMs AO system is almost the same with that of the conventional AO system using single DM with ideal stroke and equivalent spatial frequency.  相似文献
