During last decade more and more old people live alone and the number of old people that need medical care is increased. The lack of doctors and the increase of the medical cost is becoming a big problem. Therefore, IT-based information systems should be implemented to help solve this problem. In this paper, we present the experimental results and evaluation of the SmartBox stimulation device for medical applications using a P2P system which is based on JXTA-Overlay. The SmartBox is integrated with our P2P system as a useful tool for monitoring and controlling patients activities. We found by experimental results that by SmartBox we can check the patient’s situation. We carried out experiments with a patient in the bed and changed the temperature of the room. From the experimental results, we conclude that the use of SmartBox is an effective way for medical applications. 相似文献

In this study, we have explored the structural, electronic, and magnetic properties of V-doped zincblende MgSe and MgTe compounds using density functional calculations. The Wu-Cohen generalized gradient approximation is used for optimizing the structural properties, while the modified Becke and Johnson local (spin) density approximation functional has been employed to compute the electronic and magnetic properties. The spin dependent band structures, electronic density of state, and magnetic moments calculated for V-doped MgSe and MgTe semiconductors exhibit occurrence of 100 % spin polarization at the Fermi level which confirms stable half-metallic ferromagnetism in these materials. The spin-down gaps and the half-metallic gaps are analyzed in terms of V-3d and Se-4p (Te-5 p) hybridization, where it is observed that the V-3dstates play a key role in generating spin polarization and the magnetic moment in these compounds. The exchange constants N 0 αand N 0 β have been calculated to demonstrate the effects resulting from exchange splitting process. Furthermore, spin-polarized charge density calculation is presented for elucidating the bonding nature, while pressure dependence of total magnetic moment for three concentrations of V-doped MgSe and MgTe are also discussed. 相似文献

The performance of iron–silica alloys with different silicon composition was evaluated after exposure to an isothermal bath of lead–bismuth eutectic (LBE). Four alloys were evaluated: pure iron, Fe–1.24%Si, Fe–2.55%Si and Fe–3.82%Si. The samples were exposed to LBE in a dynamic corrosion cell for periods from 700 to 1000 h at a temperature of 550 °C. After exposure, the thickness and composition of the oxide layer were examined using optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectrometry (XPS), including sputter depth profiling. Particular attention was paid to the role, spatial distribution, and chemical speciation of silicon. Low-binding-energy silicon (probably silicates or ) was found in the oxide; while elemental silicon (Si) was found in the metal as expected, and silica (SiO2) was found at the bottom of the oxide layer, consistent with the formation of a layer between the oxide and the metal. Alloys with low concentrations of Si contained only silicate in the oxide. Alloys with higher concentrations of Si contained a layer of silica at the boundary between the oxide and the bulk metal. All of the alloys examined showed signs of oxide failure. This study has implications for the role of silicon in the stability of the oxide layer in the corrosion of steel by LBE. 相似文献

This study is an attempt to explain a reliable numerical analysis of a stochastic HIV/AIDS model in a two‐sex population considering counselling and antiretroviral therapy (ART). The authors are comparing the solutions of the stochastic and deterministic HIV/AIDS epidemic model. Here, an endeavour has been made to explain the stochastic HIV/AIDS epidemic model is comparatively more pragmatic in contrast with the deterministic HIV/AIDS epidemic model. The effect of threshold number H * holds on the stochastic HIV/AIDS epidemic model. If H * < 1 then condition helps us to control disease in a two‐sex human population while H * > 1 explains the persistence of disease in the two‐sex human population. Lamentably, numerical methods such as Euler–Maruyama, stochastic Euler, and stochastic Runge–Kutta do not work for large time step sizes. The recommended structure preserving framework of the stochastic non‐standard finite difference (SNSFD) scheme conserve all vital characteristics such as positivity, boundedness, and dynamical consistency defined by Mickens. Cosensitization is a highly effective technique to enhance the photovoltaic performance of a dye‐sensitized solar cell. The main objective of this work is to improve the performance of dye‐sensitized solar cell using cosensitization approach and investigation of the effect of the organic cosensitizer concentration on the power conversion efficiency of the fabricated solar cell devices. In this work, Z907, a ruthenium dye, has been cosensitized with SQ2, an organic sensitizer, and an overall efficiency of 7.83% has been achieved. The fabricated solar cells were evaluated using UV‐Vis spectroscopy, current‐voltage (I‐V) characteristics, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy analysis. Our results clearly indicate that the concentration of organic cosensitizer strongly affects the photovoltaic performance of fabricated solar cells. Upon optimization, the cell fabricated with 0.3 mM Z907 + 0.2 mM SQ2 dye solution demonstrated Jsc (mA/cm2) = 21.38, Voc (mV) = 698.37, FF (%) = 52.46, and power conversion efficiency of η (%) = 7.83 under standard AM1.5G 1 sun illumination (100 mW/cm2). It was observed that the efficiency of cosensitized solar cells is significantly superior than that of individual sensitized solar cells (Z907 [η = 5.08%] and SQ2 [η = 1.39%]). This enhancement in efficiency could be attributed to the lower electron‐hole recombination rate, decrease in competitive absorption of I?/I?3, and less dye aggregation because of the synergistic effect in cosensitized solar cells. 相似文献

Software testing is an important and cost intensive activity in software development. The major contribution in cost is due to test case generations. Requirement-based testing is an approach in which test cases are derivative from requirements without considering the implementation’s internal structure. Requirement-based testing includes functional and nonfunctional requirements. The objective of this study is to explore the approaches that generate test cases from requirements. A systematic literature review based on two research questions and extensive quality assessment criteria includes studies. The study identifies 30 primary studies from 410 studies spanned from 2000 to 2018. The review’s finding shows that 53% of journal papers, 42% of conference papers, and 5% of book chapters’ address requirements-based testing. Most of the studies use UML, activity, and use case diagrams for test case generation from requirements. One of the significant lessons learned is that most software testing errors are traced back to errors in natural language requirements. A substantial amount of work focuses on UML diagrams for test case generations, which cannot capture all the system’s developed attributes. Furthermore, there is a lack of UML-based models that can generate test cases from natural language requirements by refining them in context. Coverage criteria indicate how efficiently the testing has been performed 12.37% of studies use requirements coverage, 20% of studies cover path coverage, and 17% study basic coverage. 相似文献
