The thermal transformation of anhydrous alumina obtained by the decomposition of the lactate, citrate and tartrate of aluminium has been examined by thermal analysis(TGA and DTA), infrared spectrophotometry and X-ray diffraction study. It is found that under an atmosphere of air the thermal decomposition of aluminium hydroxycarboxylates to anhydrous amorphous alumina, which transforms to α-alumina via γ-, δ- and θ-aluminas, proceeds as follows for Al[CH3CH(OH)COO]3, the decomposition of skeleton and the combustion of its decomposition products; for Al[CH2C(OH)CH2(COO)3] and Al2{[CH(OH)COO]2}3, dehydroxylation, decomposition of skeleton and the combustion of its decomposition products.  相似文献

Attempt was made to develop the solid dosage form of nifedipina which showed good absorption rate and total bioavailability. Nifedipine is a poorly water-saluble drug, whom bioavailability is low when administered orally in the crystalline form. Solutions of nifedipine were well absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract. The dissolution rate of PVP-nifedipine coprecipitates exhibited rapid dissolution rate. X-ray diffraction data suggested the lack of crystallinity in the coprecipitate. The relation between the dissolution rates and average molecular weights of PVP was studied. Nifedipine in the copretipitate was chemically stable to heat and humidity, but the dissolution rate of nifedipine from the coprecipitate stored at 21° and 75% R.H. markedly decreased. X-ray diffraction data revealed that it might be due to the transformation of amorphous form of nifedipine to crystalline form under higher relative humidity. The gastrointestinal absorption of nifedipine in beagle dogs after oral administration of the coprecipitate was increased than that after oral adniniatration of the physical mixture.  相似文献

Geobacter sulfurreducens is a gram-negative δ-proteobacterium that is capable of transferring respiratory electrons to solid-state extracellular acceptors, including anodes, via abundant c-type cytochromes expressed in the outer membrane. As extracellular electron transfer (EET) to solid-state acceptors can proceed without the addition of exogenous mediators, this microbe has attracted significant attention with respect to energy conversion between electrical and chemical energy. Here, we revealed that clear redox peaks were present in the whole-cell cyclic voltammogram of G. sulfurreducens at around -0.15 V vs Ag|AgCl when tin-doped In(2)O(3) (ITO) glass was used as an anode. Interestingly, the EET current decreased in the potential region more positive than the midpoint potential (E(m)) of the redox peak. Thus, EET of anode-respiring G. sulfurreducens cells exhibited a negative Faradaic resistance (NFR) characteristic at the E(m) of the redox peak, in contrast to general electrochemical systems where the Faradaic current typically increases with increasing overpotential.  相似文献

Casein phosphopeptide amorphous calcium phosphate nano-complexes (CPP-ACP) in chewing gum, lozenges and mouthrinses have been shown to re-mineralize enamel subsurface lesions in human in situ experiments. The aim of this double-blind, randomized clinical study was to investigate the capacity of CPP-ACP added to bovine milk to re-mineralize enamel subsurface lesions in situ. Ten subjects drank milk containing either 2.0 or 5.0 g CPP-ACP/l or a control milk whilst wearing removable appliances with enamel slabs containing subsurface demineralized lesions. Each 200 ml milk sample was consumed once a day for each weekday over three consecutive weeks. After each treatment and one weeks rest the subjects crossed over to the other treatments. At the completion of the treatments the enamel slabs were removed and remineralization determined using microradiography and microdensitometry. The results demonstrated that all three milk samples re-mineralized enamel subsurface lesions. However, the milk samples containing CPP-ACP produced significantly greater remineralization than the control milk. The re-mineralizing effect of CPP-ACP in milk was dose-dependent with 2.0 and 5.0 g CPP-ACP/l producing an increase in mineral content of 70 and 148%, respectively, relative to the control milk. The differences in remineralization following exposure to the three milk samples were all statistically significant (P<0.001). In conclusion, this study shows that the addition of 2.0-5.0 g CPP-ACP/l to milk substantially increases its ability to re-mineralize enamel subsurface lesions.  相似文献

Acrylamide (AAm) is formed from asparagine (Asn) and reducing sugar during cooking of foods at high temperature. We examined the formation of AAm in a model system using a glass fiber filter paper, and looked for suitable conditions for inhibiting AAm formation. In frying, the formation rate was about 10 times that in a moistureless oven. Increase of frying temperature and frying time increased AAm formation when the residual moisture was 5% or less. AAm increased with increasing amount of glucose (Glc) addition up to 1:1 with respect to Asn, but then decreased. On the other hand, in the case of fructose, as the amount added was increased, AAm increased accordingly. The AAm formation rate with respect to Asn increased when valine (Val) was co-present in a Glc and Asn reaction system. Cysteine and lysine inhibited the AAm formation rate. Pathways for the formation of AAm are proposed.  相似文献

The effect of the initial temperature of heating on the elongation of syndiotactic-rich poly(vinyl alcohol) thin films was investigated in water under a load. The elongation ratios Ei after 4 h at fixed temperatures increased roughly with an increase in the initial temperature Ti and a decrease in the annealing temperature. Ei after 4 h was the smallest at Ti = 45°C for the films annealed at temperatures below 100°C. Ei was 6.8 at Ti = 60°C for the unannealed film and 1.12 at Ti = 70°C for the film annealed at 200°C. The elongation at break decreased and the temperature at break increased with an increase in annealing temperature, but those at the annealing temperature of 100°C were the smallest. The films annealed at 200°C did not break even at 98°C (boiling temperature) in water and the elongation ratio was 1.42–1.97 in the initial temperature range of 10–70°C. From these results, the relation between the elongation in water and the state of polymer chains in film was discussed.  相似文献

Fluidized bed combustion is one of the advantageous technologies for coal and/or incineration firing especially with respect to the environmental protection of emissions, such as NOx/SOx. Bed material movement in such a fluidized bed has a prime importance in the heat transfer process. Thus, quantitative measurement of the bed material movement and the void fraction are indispensable for better understanding of the fluidized bed. In this investigation, neutron radiography is applied to visualize the bed material movement in a simulated fluidized bed heat exchanger installed with vertical tubes. Bubble behavior and void fraction profile are obtained by the image processing technique. Bubble movement is highly restrained by these vertical tubes, so that the bubbles rise up along the tube. The bubble diameter is well correlated by the modified Mori and Wen's correlation taking into account the pitch of the tube arrangement. The bubble rise velocity and void fraction are well correlated by applying the drift‐flux model. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
