以金属铝水解制氢副产品为原料制备a-A12O3粉体的研究

以金属铝一水反应法制氢的副产品为主要原料,添加表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠、晶种（1-A1203和相变促进剂ZnF2,在实验室制得a-Al2O3粉体,并利用ICP、XRD、TG-DSC、SEM、物理吸附仪等对试样进行表征。结果表明,该金属铝-水反应法制氢的副产品干燥后为单斜型三羟铝石（Al（OH）3）,纯度高达99．58％,经过1300℃×3h高温处理后完全转化为a-A12O3;以十二烷基苯磺酸钠作为表面活性剂,添加1％的ZnF2作为相变促进剂和1％的纳米a-Al2O3作为晶种,该副产品在1200℃下即可完全转化为a-Al2O3,粉体的比表面积为6．17m2／g,平均粒径为244nm。

Enhancement in light output power of LEDs with reflective current blocking layer and backside hybrid reflector

A GaN-based light-emitting diode (LED) with reflective current blocking layer (CBL) underneath p-electrode pad and backside hybrid reflector was fabricated and investigated. With a 20 mA injection current, the LED with SiO2 /ITO/Al reflective CBL deposited on naturally textured p-InGaN/p-GaN surface exhibited a light output power that was 7.6% and 18.5% higher than those of the textured LEDs with SiO2 CBL and without SiO2 CBL, respectively. The LED with backside hybrid reflector exhibited a light output power that was 30% higher than that of LED without the hybrid reflector. The enhancement in light output power is attributed to the improved current spreading performance via the SiO2 CBL, the Al omnidirectional metal reflector to prevent the light absorption by the opaque p-electrode pad, and the backside hybrid reflector to extract bottom-emitting light.     

An ultrahigh strength steel produced through deformation-induced ferrite transformation and Q&P process

In this work,DIFT technology and Q&P process were combined in order to introduce ultrafine-grained ferrite into the matrix of martensite and retained austenite to develop a new kind of advanced high strength steel,and two kinds of steels were investigated by this novel combined process.The newly designed process resulted in a sophisticated microstructure of a large amount of ferrite(about 5 m in diameter),martensite and a considerable amount of retained austenite for TRIP 780 steel.The ultimate tensile strength can reach about 1200 MPa with elongation above 16% for TRIP 780,that is much higher than the one solely treated by Q&P process.Tensile tests showed that both steels with the novel combined process achieved a good combination of strength and ductility,indicating that the new process is promising for the new generation of advanced high strength steels.     

带孔的导向管充气喷动床的流动特性

在Φ９２ｍｍ的有机玻璃导向管充气喷动床反应器内,以玻璃珠为实验物料,以空气作流动介质,在导向管的管壁上开孔,考察导向管的开孔率对导管管充气喷动床的床层压降、最小喷动速度、最大允许充气速度以及颗粒在壁效应区下移速度的影响。结果表明：随开孔率的变化,其床层压降曲线仍呈峰值变化,而且开孔率增加,床层操作压降减小。开孔后最小喷动速度略有增加,而最大允许充气速度有所减少,但开孔率为１时的最小喷动速度和最大允     

采用定波长传感技术研制污水活性测定仪

利用波长为485 nm的光具有最大吸收峰的特点,使用污水生物活性甲月替萃取液研制了定波长光吸收传感器,该传感器将萃取液中的生物活性转换为电信号。并在此基础上,研制成功了智能化的污水活性测定仪,实现了生物活性指标的直读、存储及打印输出功能。并对硬件和软件设计进行综合考虑,实现了简便、准确的仪器标定。     

在不同冲角和展弦比叶栅中叶片倾斜对二次流的影响

本文研究了在不同冲角和展弦比的条件下,在透平矩形静叶栅中采用倾斜叶片对叶栅气动特性的影响,为透平的一种新型叶片—弯扭联合气动成型叶片的设计提供了实验根据。
