采用树脂催化剂,研究重汽油中噻吩类硫化物的烷基化硫转移性能,分析反应前后硫分布的变化,并对反应动力学进行研究。结果表明,在反应温度110℃和反应时间60 min条件下,烷基化硫转移率大于90%,其反应动力学为一级反应速率方程,反应活化能为20.32 kJ·mol~(-1),指前因子为1 364 h~(-1),噻吩类硫化物烷基化反应的动力学方程可表示为:r=1364exp(-2.445×10~3/T)c_T。  相似文献

The ion valence state, phase composition, microstructure, and microwave dielectric properties of Sr(1?1.5x)CexTiO3 (x = 0.1–0.67, SCT) ceramics were systematically investigated. Sr(1?1.5x)CexTiO3 ceramics were produced with gradual structural evolution from a cubic to a tetragonal and turned to an orthorhombic structure in the range of 0.1 ≤ x ≤ 0.67. Above a critical Ce proportion (x = 0.4), microstructural changes and normal grain growth initially occurred. On the basis of chemical analysis results, the reduction of Ti4+ ions was hastened by tetravalent ions (Ce4+). By contrast, this reduction was inhibited by trivalent ions (Ce3+). The observed dielectric behavior was strongly influenced by phase composition, oxygen vacancies (), and defect dipoles, namely, () and (). Temperature stable ceramics sintered at 1350°C for 3 h in air yielded an intermediate value of dielectric constant (εr = 40), with the smallest reported value of temperature coefficient of resonant frequency (τf = +0.9 ppm/°C), and quality factor (Q × f = 5699 GHz) at x = 0.6.  相似文献

This study reports the formation of biocompatible hydrogels using protein polymers from natural silk cocoon fibroins and sheep wool keratins. Silk fibroin protein contains β-sheet secondary structures, allowing for the formation of physical cross-linkers in the hydrogels. Comparative studies were performed on two groups of samples. In the first group, ultrasonication was used to induce a quick gelation of a protein aqueous solution, enhancing the ability of Bombyx mori silk fibroin chains to quickly entrap the wool keratin protein molecules homogenously. In the second group, silk/keratin mixtures were left at room temperature for days, resulting in naturally-assembled gelled solutions. It was found that silk/wool blended solutions can form hydrogels at different mixing ratios, with perfectly interconnected gel structure when the wool content was less than 30 weight percent (wt %) for the first group (ultrasonication), and 10 wt % for the second group (natural gel). Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and temperature modulated DSC (TMDSC) were used to confirm that the fibroin/keratin hydrogel system was well-blended without phase separation. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) was used to investigate the secondary structures of blended protein gels. It was found that intermolecular β-sheet contents significantly increase as the system contains more silk for both groups of samples, resulting in stable crystalline cross-linkers in the blended hydrogel structures. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) were used to analyze the samples’ characteristic morphology on both micro- and nanoscales, which showed that ultrasonic waves can significantly enhance the cross-linker formation and avoid phase separation between silk and keratin molecules in the blended systems. With the ability to form cross-linkages non-chemically, these silk/wool hydrogels may be economically useful for various biomedical applications, thanks to the good biocompatibility of protein molecules and the various characteristics of hydrogel systems.  相似文献

为了研究以N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)为主体的MDEA+一乙醇胺(MEA)和MDEA+二乙烯三胺(DETA)两种配方混合胺液脱除H2S性能,给工业中天然气脱硫配方提供参考和基础数据。利用小型反应釜进行吸收实验,使用单一MDEA胺液进行了工艺参数的筛选,同时考察吸收温度、吸收压力、再生温度对胺液脱除H2S性能影响,得出升高吸收温度、吸收压力均可在一定程度内提升MDEA胺液的H2S吸收效果,但当吸收温度过高时会降低胺液的H2S吸收效果,吸收压力过高会造成脱硫成本的增加,筛选出最优吸收温度50℃,吸收压力5MPa,解吸油浴温度125℃。在优选出的实验工艺参数条件下进行不同添加剂对MDEA胺液脱除H2S性能影响研究,考察不同配比的MDEA+DETA混合胺液和MDEA+MEA混合胺液脱除天然气中H2S吸收及解吸性能。通过分析不同配比胺液的吸收负荷、吸收速率及解吸率等指标得出,MDEA单一胺液中添加二乙烯三胺(DETA)、一乙醇胺(MEA)胺液均可提升其H2S吸收性能但并不利于胺液H2S解吸性能的提升。性能较优配方为2.4mol/L MDEA+0.6mol/L MEA、2.4mol/L MDEA+0.6mol/L DETA混合胺液。  相似文献

Colloidal superparticles (SPs) are nanoparticle (NP) assemblies in the form of colloidal particles. Assembling nanoscopic objects into mesoscopic or macroscopic composite architectures allows for the bottom-up fabrication of functional nanomaterials. In this study, a method for single-step self-assembly synthesis of Au/NaYF4 : Yb,Er SPs was developed using oil-in-water (O/W) microemulsions to simultaneously encapsulate gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) and NaYF4 : Yb,Er upconversion nanoparticles (UCNPs) via evaporation at room temperature. The synthesized Au/NaYF4 : Yb,Er SPs possess good dispersibility and stability. When the number of AuNPs added is increased, the SPs exhibit decreased upconversion luminescence, which can be ascribed to the Förster resonance energy transfer (FRET) from the NaYF4 : Yb,Er UCNPs to the AuNPs. Time-resolved measurements of the green emission further confirm the existence of a new decay route corresponding to the FRET process. Our research provides a facile and versatile strategy for the synthesis of novel multifunctional nanocomposites with tunable upconversion luminescence properties, which can be of great significance in biological applications.  相似文献

Carbon-containing polymer-derived SiCN ceramics (PDCs-SiCN-C) were successfully fabricated with multi-layer graphene (MLG) and multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) as additives at 1100?°C. The effects of MLG and MWCNTs on the microwave absorption properties of PDCs-SiCN-C ceramics were analyzed. The imaginary permittivity and loss tangent of SiCN-MLG and SiCN-MWCNTs were about 3.4, 0.67 at 11.2?GHz and 3.1, 0.57 at 10.6?GHz, respectively. The minimum reflection loss of SiCN-MLG and SiCN-MWCNTs at 3?mm was ??54?dB and ??48?dB with the effective absorption bandwidth (RL ≤ ?10?dB, >90% absorption) about 1.5?GHz and 0.9?GHz in X-band.  相似文献

Vitrified bond CBN grinding wheels are being widely used due to their superior performance. Also, advantages of vitrified grinding wheels are high elastic modulus, stable chemical property, and low thermal expansion coefficient. Brittleness and low strength are key factors restricting the development of vitrified bond CBN grinding wheels. In this paper, the sintering in a high magnetic field was innovatively introduced into the manufacturing of vitrified bond CBN grinding wheels, and the effects of sintering in a high magnetic field on properties on vitrified bond and vitrified CBN composites were systematically investigated. Vitrified bond was characterized using three-point bending, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction. It was observed that microstructure of vitrified bond could be changed, grain orientation could be controlled and average grain size could be decreased in a high magnetic field, while vitrified bond strength could be simultaneously improved. High quality vitrified bond could be obtained by appropriately adjusting the strength and direction of high magnetic field. Results demonstrated that vitrified bond properties were improved when the magnetic field strength was 6?T. In order to highlight the high magnetic field effect on the vitrified CBN composites, the ordinary CBN abrasives and nickel plated CBN abrasives were used respectively. Microstructures, bending strengths of vitrified CBN composites were compared in different high magnetic fields. When the magnetic field strength was appropriate (less than 6?T), the binding characteristic of vitrified bond CBN composites with nickel plated CBN abrasives was greatly improved. The highest bending strength value of vitrified CBN composites was 79.5?MPa in 6?T high magnetic field.  相似文献

In this study, Si3N4/Si2N2O composite ceramics prepared by hot pressing were used as an example, and the material fracture morphology and fracture mechanism were analyzed. Based on the formula of fracture toughness measured by an indentation method, a quantitative computation method was proposed to determine the toughened effect of ceramic materials resulting from the crack deflection by the second phase. The grain size and sintering density are increased with the increase of sintering temperature. The toughening effects resulting from the crack deflection is increased, and the main mode of fracture is transformed into the transgranular fracture. The Si2N2O grains can play a role in the toughening process because these grains can hinder the cracks extending along the radial direction. However, when the cracks extend in the axial direction, the toughening effect of Si2N2O grains is not obvious because of the internal stacking faults in the axial direction. The improved indentation method can quantitatively analyze the toughening effect of the second phase of composite ceramics, and the validity of this method are verified by comparing the fracture toughness of Si3N4/Si2N2O and fine grained β- Si3N4 ceramics.  相似文献
