In chronic liver disease, the causative factor is important; however, recently, the intestinal microbiome has been associated with the progression of chronic liver disease and the occurrence of side effects. The immune system is affected by the metabolites of the microbiome, and diet is the primary regulator of the microbiota composition and function in the gut–liver axis. These metabolites can be used as therapeutic material, and postbiotics, in the future, can increase or decrease human immunity by modulating inflammation and immune reactions. Therefore, the excessive intake of nutrients and the lack of nutrition have important effects on immunity and inflammation. Evidence has been published indicating that microbiome-induced chronic inflammation and the consequent immune dysregulation affect the development of chronic liver disease. In this research paper, we discuss the overall trend of microbiome-derived substances related to immunity and the future research directions.  相似文献

The present work describes the effect of deposition potentials on structural, morphological, optical, electrical and photoconductivity responses of cuprous oxide(Cu_2O) thin films deposited on fluorine-doped tin oxide glass substrate by employing electrodeposition technique. X-ray diffraction patterns reveal that the deposited films have a cubic structure grown along the preferential(111) growth orientation and crystallinity of the film deposited at. 0.4 V is improved compared to the films deposited at. 0.2,. 0.3 and. 0.5 V. Scanning electron microscopy displays that surface morphology of Cu_2O film has a well-defined three-sided pyramid-shaped grains which are uniformly distributed over the surface of the substrates and are significantly changed as a function of deposition potential. Raman and photoluminescence spectra manifest that the film deposited at. 0.4 V has a good crystal quality with higher acceptor concentration compared to other films. UV–visible analysis illustrates that the absorption of Cu_2O thin film deposited at. 0.4 V is notably higher compared to other films and the band gap of Cu_2O thin films decreases from 2.1 to 2.04 eV with an increase in deposition potential from. 0.2 to. 0.5 V.The frequency–temperature dependence of impedance analysis shows that the film deposited at. 0.4 V has a high conductivity.I – V measurements elucidate that the film deposited at. 0.4 V exhibits a good photoconductivity response compared to films deposited in other deposition potentials.  相似文献

A varying thickness composite cylindrical shell subjected to axisymmetric deformation has been analyzed by the finite element displacement method. The end conditions considered are clamped-clamped, clamped-free, simply supported-simply supported. It is shown that, by properly selecting the thickness variation of the shell wall, both stresses and deflections can be reduced considerably in most cases.  相似文献

In four experiments we examined the effects of the unconditioned stimulus (US) on appetitive blocking. In Experiments 1{a}, 1{b}, and 2 we established that substituting food for water, or water for food, in the compound stage did not attenuate blocking relative to groups that received the same US throughout conditioning. Experiment 3 showed that satiation with the US used prior to compound conditioning with a different US does not affect blocking. Experiment 4 revealed that changing the location of US delivery, as well as the quality of the US, also leaves blocking unaffected. It is suggested that these results demonstrate that blocking occurs, provided that there is no change in the affective properties of the US. This paper is mainly concerned with a numerical study of flow and boundary layer development in straight core annular diffusers using a finite difference method and marching integration technique. To this end, predictions have been made for four cone angles. Velocity profiles, displacement thickness, momentum thickness, shape factor, kinetic energy flux parameter, pressure recovery coefficients and effectiveness have been computed. The predicted pressure recovery coefficients have been compared with an experimental investigation. It is found that the agreement between predicted and experimental results is quite satisfactory.  相似文献
