The paper proposes a concept configuration of reactors for coupling OCM and FTS, and presents systematic simulation results. FTS section is a combination of fixed bed and membrane fluidized bed reactor, and feed of the FT reactor is supplied by OCM. The reactor configuration is compared with the consecutive reactors of OCM and one fixed bed FT reactor. Effects of CH4/O2 ratio, percent of N2 in the feed, contact time, and input temperature on the yield of ethylene and valuable hydrocarbons are studied. The results show that compared with one FTS reactor configuration, the dual FTS reactor configuration is more effective and thus gives much higher product yields. Furthermore, a main decrease is observed in the formation of CO2 and CH4.  相似文献

Coarse-grained ZnO varistors for low-voltage applications were prepared by microwave sintering technique under different soaking times of 5–150?min. For comparison, a low-voltage ZnO varistor was also prepared through a conventional sintering process. Microwave sintering remarkably enhanced the grain growth rate of ZnO varistors. Average grain size of the sample prepared by microwave sintering in 15?min was about 20?µm, which is similar to the grain size of sample prepared conventionally in 150?min time. In addition to grain growth, an increase in microwave sintering time led to precipitation of zinc titanate (Zn2TiO4) on the top surface of samples which sintered for long dwell times. X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy results from different points of the samples declared that precipitation of Zn2TiO4 phase is due to the high rate of bismuth evaporation of Bi-rich liquid from top surface and the reaction between remaining titanium ions on the surface with ZnO. The results showed that increasing sintering time from 5 to 150?min increased the grain size from 14 to 33?µm, consequently, the breakdown field decreased from 90 to 27?V/mm, respectively. These changes led to a switch in the varistor application, from low to very low voltage.  相似文献

Kinetic study on pyrolysis of petroleum residue was carried out by an accurate Arrhenius type equation at heating rate of 0.5–30.0°C/min under nonisothermal conditions. The influence of some critical parameters including temperature, heating rate and activation energy on mass conversion was evaluated. The apparent activation energies for during the pyrolysis process were in the range of 198–361 kJ/mol at various mass conversions of 5–94%. The reaction temperature was introduced as the most important parameter for the improvement of mass conversion, compared to that of other parameters. The pyrolysis of petroleum residue was occurred in a broad temperature range, from 150–650°C, yielding 33 wt% unpyrolyzed residue. It also was found that an increase in heating rate has a minor impact in the process. Model predictions were compared with experimental data, which showed fully good agreement.  相似文献

Currently, data centers are considered as the most important parts of internet services such as electronic commerce, social networks and mobile networks. The increasing number of mobile users on the one hand, and the use of data traffic on the other, have led LTE operators to find new methods for more optimized and faster data centers localization. The role of data centers in LTE networks is very important because they have the task of maintaining the mobile network functions, which play a key role in processing requests and information and responding to user requests. According to the population density criterion, inaccurate location of data centers will increase the cost and time to respond to user requests. Because failing to put the data center in its proper place increases the number of requests that users send to that data center, which increases response time. Therefore, the introduction of new methods and models in this field can be of great importance. In this article, in addition to proposing a new mathematical model for data centers positioning via applying a meta-heuristic algorithm, we will search for optimized data centers positioning in a faster and more scalable way. Based on the results, the model presented in this paper has been able to show significant results in terms of scalability in the number of data centers and the number of requests as well as the response time of the users’ requests. In addition, the implementation of this model using TABU Search algorithm has optimized the results.

The influence of the precipitant and ferric concentration on the magnetic properties of coprecipitated zinc ferrite nanoparticles has been investigated. The nanoparticles were characterized using X-ray diffraction, scanning and transmission electron microscope, and vibrating sample magnetometer techniques. The results showed that the single-phase zinc ferrite with partially inverse spinel structures can be formed at high concentrations. The inversion coefficient calculated by the Rietveld method decreases with increasing of the concentrations, may be due to the crystal growth. The magnetic measurements exhibited that the coprecipitated zinc ferrite nanoparticles were superparamagnet and magnetization decreases with increasing of the concentrations through decreasing of inversion coefficient.  相似文献

In this study, friction stir processing (FSP) was used to produce AA5083/ZrO2 nanocomposite layer. Optical microscopy and SEM were used to probe the microstructures formed in the composite layer. In addition, the mechanical properties of each sample are characterized using both tensile and hardness tests. Results showed that FSP is an effective process to fabricate AA5083/ZrO2 nanocomposite layer with uniform distribution of ZrO2 particles, good interfacial integrity, and significant grain refinement. On processing, in the proper combination of process parameters, the metal matrix composite layer was observed to have increased tensile and hardness properties.  相似文献
