FAST MEASUREMENT OF ASH CONTENT IN COAL WASHING PLANT

The coal filter cake is a product of fine coal after floatation which has an ash content of 7-13%, water content of 30±2%, and a particle size of less than 1 mm. The ash content was measured by the intensity of the single backscattered gamma-ray, and its accuracy is mainly dependent on the energy of the gamma-ray. The 238Pu low energy photon source is selected in this work. The energy of its gamma-ray is 15 keV, which can result not only in the best sensitivity, but also in the lowest contribution to the environment radiation. The root mean square deviation of the ash measurement is±0.33% (±1σ).

Dynamic elastic-plastic behaviour of whipping pipes: experiments and theoretical model

This paper is concerned with the problem of pipe whip, the dynamic response of a high pressure piping system subjected to an end force as the result of a pipe break which releases a jet of fluid from the broken section. Both experimental and theoretical results are presented concerning the dynamic elastic-plastic behaviour of cantilever pipes subjected to a transverse force pulse at the free end. Comparisons between experimental data and theoretical predictions are made for mild-steel pipes with outer diameter-to-thickness ratios of 19.5, 28 and 32. It is demonstrated that, for these geometries, the whipping pipes display three characteristically different responses, viz. elastic, plastic hardening behaviour for thick pipes, elastic, plastic hardening-softening behaviour for moderately thick pipes and elastic, plastic hardening-softening-collapse behaviour for thinner pipes. The experimental data taken from a series of high-speed films are compared with the predictions of the instantaneous shapes of the whipping pipes derived from both a rigid, perfectly-plastic, large deflection, dynamic beam model and a more comprehensive model which incorporates the effects of elasticity and plastic hardening and softening, the details of which are presented in the paper.     

高能气体压裂瞬态压力耦合分析

高能气体压裂的瞬态压力分析是压裂设计、优化和控制的基础.本文提出了一个高能气体压裂瞬态压力分析模型,包括火药燃烧、压井液体运动、井筒流体通过射孔孔眼的泄流和裂缝中流体流动等分析内容.由于高能气体压裂工作介质的气——液混合流体的可压缩性,以上各项分析严重耦合.采用合适的数值计算模式,可以计算出瞬态压力的每一过程.计算实例结果表明.与实测结果吻合较好.根据这个压力分析模型,综合考虑装药参数、射孔参数、地层参数、压井参数等对施工结果的影响,能预测高能气体压裂的压力变化过程和裂缝范围,实现对高能气体压裂的优化和控制.     

贮存稳定的聚氨酯干式复合胶粘剂的研究

研制了一种具有高固含量、低粘度的干式复合用双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂，考察了聚酯多元醇，扩链剂丙三醇／乙二醇（摩尔比）、NCO／OH（摩尔比），双组分胶配比以及缓凝剂等因素对该胶粘剂性能的影响，并用红外光谱对胶的固化过程进行了表征。结果表明，该胶粘剂具有较高的粘接强度，优良的低温流动性和贮存稳定性。     

Gain-enhanced compact broadband microstrip antenna

With the loading of a high-permittivity superstrate layer and a 1 Ω chip resistor, a compact rectangular microstrip antenna with enhanced gain and wider bandwidth can be implemented. With the antenna size reduced to be ~6% that of a conventional patch antenna, the proposed structure can have an operating bandwidth of more than six times that of a conventional patch antenna, with an almost equal antenna gain level. Details of the experimental results are presented and discussed

几种火焰喷焊自熔性合金层的耐磨性能

研究了不同自熔性合金粉末火焰喷焊层的显微组织与抗磨粒磨损性能，并对其磨面形貌进行了ＳＥＭ观察分析。结果表明，在Ｎｉ６０自熔性合金中加入适量的镍包ＷＣ粉末可明显提高其喷焊层的抗磨粒磨损性能。当ＷＣ的加入量为３５％（ｗｔ）左右时，该喷焊层与６０Ｓｉ２Ｍｎ调质钢相比，相对的耐磨性可提高６倍以上。     

The effect of insulin-like growth factor-1 on cyclic change of tendon cell

BACKGROUND: Myoclonus is a possible side effect of opioid therapy, and have been described following systemic as well as spinal application. CASE REPORT: We report the case of a patient with metastatic carcinoma of the rectum who developed myoclonus following administration of high-dose epidural combined with iv morphine. This complication occurred with maximum daily doses of 300 mg epidurally and 80 mg intravenously and disappeared completely after dose reduction. Treatment trials are presented, the pathophysiology of the myoclonus is discussed. CONCLUSION: For treatment of opioid-induced myoclonus a dose reduction or a change of the opioid should be considered as well as symptomatic treatment with benzodiazepines or baclofen.
