Any plasma diagnostic in ITER must be able to operate at temperatures in excess of 200?°C and neutron loads corresponding to 0.1 dpa over its lifetime. To achieve this aim for the bolometer diagnostic, a miniaturized metal resistor bolometer detector based on Pt absorbers galvanically deposited on SiN membranes is being developed. The first two generations of detectors featured up to 4.5?μm thick absorbers. Results from laboratory tests are presented characterizing the dependence of their calibration constants under thermal loads up to 450?°C. Several detectors have been tested in ASDEX Upgrade providing reliable data but also pointing out the need for further optimization. A laser trimming procedure has been implemented to reduce the mismatch in meander resistances below 1% for one detector and the thermal drifts from this mismatch. 相似文献

中性束在真空室内传输的过程中需要一个真空梯度分布的环境,EAST中性束注入器(NBI)的真空室采用差分式结构来满足真空梯度分布的要求。真空室内气体挡板安装位置的不同会影响真空空间气体分子密度分布,从而对真空梯度的分布产生影响。运用Molflow软件模拟分析气体挡板在不同安装位置情况下,真空室内真空梯度和后低温冷凝屏热负荷分布的分布情况,分析得出了L=1.35~1.38 m是气体挡板最佳的安装位置。为CFETR NBI真空室的真空梯度的设计提供一定的借鉴和参考。 相似文献

The network-centric applied research team (N-CART) is continuing its work on an ambitious project known as the network-enabled powered wheelchair adaptor kit (NEPWAK). It introduces techniques for modifying and using powered wheelchairs as mobile platforms enabling communication and remote control. The wheelchair is equipped with a laptop computer, a CCD camera and a wireless network interface card (NIC) for 802.11b Internet access. The laptop acts as a server allowing network clients to gain access through a custom control interface on the chair. The remote controlling client receives a video and audio feed from the chair and sends control signals for maneuvering. While traveling, the chair is able to change its network association from one access point (AP) to another within the same subnet-the process is known as handoff. However, there is no inter-network handoff mechanism presently available in IP networks. This restricts the mobility of the wheelchair to within the coverage area of the subnet APs. This paper shows that the Internet engineering task force's (IETF) network layer mobility protocol-Mobile IP suffers from large handoff latencies that can hinder communication between the client and the wheelchair during handoff. Mobile IP alone is not a sufficient solution for a mobile telebotic system such as NEPWAK. An interesting solution to the handoff latency problem comes from the Fast-handover protocol described in Section 4.4 with simulation results in Section 6.2. 相似文献

A cohort of 536 workers was enrolled from 10 diverse manufacturing facilities and was followed monthly for six years. Job physical exposures were individually measured. Worker demographics, medical history, psychosocial factors, current musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) and nerve conduction studies (NCS) were obtained. Point and lifetime prevalence of carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) at baseline (symptoms + abnormal NCS) were 10.3% and 19.8%. During follow-up, there were 35 new CTS cases (left, right or both hands). Factors predicting development of CTS included: job physical exposure (American conference of governmental industrial hygienists Threshold Limit Value (ACGIH TLV) for Hand Activity Level (HAL) and the Strain Index (SI)), age, BMI, other MSDs, inflammatory arthritis, gardening outside of work and feelings of depression. In the adjusted models, the TLV for HAL and the SI were both significant per unit increase in exposure with hazard ratios (HR) increasing up to a maximum of 5.4 (p = 0.05) and 5.3 (p = 0.03), respectively; however, similar to other reports, both suggested lower risk at higher exposures. Data suggest that the TLV for HAL and the SI are useful metrics for estimating exposure to biomechanical stressors. PRACTITIONER SUMMARY: This study was conducted to determine how well the TLV for HAL and the SI predict risk of CTS using a prospective cohort design with survival analysis. Both the TLV for HAL and the SI were found to predict risk of CTS when adjusted for relevant covariates. 相似文献

ABSTRACTThe Second Chance Act of 2007 provided funding for an array of re-entry education programs aimed at helping prisoners succeed after their release. The debate team at the United States Penitentiary in Atlanta (USP–Atlanta) discussed re-entry education in a debate held in April 2017. Inspired by their arguments, this essay explores the rhetorical dimensions of re-entry education by way of the critical concepts of persuasive definition, agency, and voice. 目的探讨不同刺激对象、刺激剂量、刺激时间、蛋白质运送抑制剂对体外检测人Th17细胞频率的影响。方法用不同浓度的佛波酯(PMA,终浓度25、50、150、300、500、750、1000ng/mL)与离子霉素(Ionomycin)对健康人全血和外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)进行刺激,1h后加蛋白质转运抑制剂布雷杆氏菌素A(BFA)或莫能菌素(Monensin),分别培养3h、6h、9h,收集细胞,以荧光素-mAb标记后,用流式细胞术分析Th17频率。结果全血刺激好于PBMC对Th17频率的检测效果(P〈O.05),PMA300ng/mL刺激全血时Th17频率最高,BFA或Monensin阻断IL-17分泌效果相同但溶血有差异,刺激6h最适宜。结论PMA300ng/mL+Ionomycin刺激全血1h后加Monensin2μmol/L继续培养6h,是检测人Th17细胞频率最适宜的方法。 相似文献
