The electrochemical properties and crystal structure of LiMn1.5Ni0.5O4 treated with supersonic waves in an aqueous Ni-containing solution were investigated by performing charge-discharge tests, inductively coupled plasma (ICP) analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), iodometry, X-ray diffraction (XRD), powder neutron diffraction and synchrotron powder XRD. The charge-discharge curve of LiMn1.5Ni0.5O4 versus Li/Li+ has plateaus at 4.1 and 4.7 V. The 4.1 V versus Li/Li+ plateau due to the oxidation of Mn3+/4+ was reduced by the supersonic treatment. During the charge-discharge cycling test at 25 °C, the supersonic treatment increased the discharge capacity of the 50th cycle. Rietveld analysis of the neutron diffraction patterns revealed that the Ni occupancy of the 4b site in LiMn1.5Mn0.5O4, which is mainly occupied by Ni, was increased by the supersonic treatment. This result suggests that Ni2+ is partially substituted for Mn3+/4+ during the supersonic treatment.  相似文献

A silicon bipolar divide-by-eight static frequency divider was developed. A state-of-the-art advanced borosilicate-glass self-aligned (A-BSA) transistor technology that has a cutoff frequency of 40 GHz at Vce=1 V was applied. Optimum circuit and layout designs were carried out for high-speed/low-power operation. The single-ended input realized by an on-chip metal-insulator-metal (MIM) capacitor makes it easy to use in microwave applications. Ultrahigh-speed operation, up to 21 GHz, was realized, with 320-mW power dissipation from a single +5-V supply. The static frequency divider is a suitable prescaler for phase-locked oscillators (PLOs), completely covering microwave frequencies from L band through Ku band (1-18 GHz)  相似文献

High‐brightness micro‐LED display bonded onto silicon backplane has been successfully demonstrated. The 0.38‐inch full‐colour active matrix LED microdisplay system consists of 352 × 198 pixels. Each pixel is 24 μm square composed of red, green, and blue (RGB) subpixels corresponding to a pixel resolution of 1053 ppi. Quantum‐dot materials are formed on III‐nitride blue micro‐LED array to convert blue light into red and green for full‐colour operation. We have confirmed that this microdisplay, which we call “Silicon Display” has wide colour gamut exceeding 120% of sRGB. We describe the advantage of this colour‐converting approach for the full‐colour micro‐LEDs. Progress toward higher resolution is also described. Brightness of more than 30 000 cd/m2 has been confirmed at a driving current density of 4 A/cm2 for 3000 ppi blue monochrome micro‐LED prepared for full‐colour Silicon Display. We believe our “Silicon Display” is ideally suited for near‐to‐eye displays for augmented and mixed reality.  相似文献

Microbial community structure of a lab scale thermophilic aerobic wastewater treatment reactor was analyzed by a combination of culture-independent methods. Quinone profile method provides for chemical analysis of respiratory quinone molecular species, which corresponds to bacterial groups. Denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) of PCR-amplified 16S rDNA partial sequences (PCR-DGGE) clarifies community changes at species level, as DGGE can separate DNA fragments of different sequences. Certain phvlogenetic groups of bacterial cells can be labeled by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Quinone profile showed a predominant presence of MK-7. PCR-DGGE revealed that constituents of the community were unchanged during the stable phase. FISH demonstrated the existence of the relatives of Bacillus lentus and B. thermocloacae in considerable proportions. The community was mainly composed of Bacillaceae, and obligate thermophilic and mesophilic Bacillus appeared in spite of the temperature fluctuation from 35 degrees C to 60 degrees C. The combination of these culture-independent methods revealed the community precisely enough to evaluate the reactor performance.  相似文献

The present study introduces a unique BL signature imaging system with novel CTZ analogues named “C-series.” Nine kinds of C-series CTZ analogues were first synthesized, and BL intensity patterns and spectra were then examined according to the marine luciferases. The results show that the four CTZ analogues named C3, C4, C6, and C7, individually or collectively luminesce with completely distinctive BL spectral signatures and intensity patterns according to the luciferases: Renilla luciferase (RLuc), NanoLuc, and artificial luciferase (ALuc). The signatural reporters were multiplexed into a multi-reporter system comprising RLuc8.6-535SG and ALuc16. The usefulness of the signatural reporters was further determined with a multi-probe system that consists of two single-chain probes embedding RLuc8 and ALuc23. This study is a great addition to the study of conventional bioassays with a unique methodology, and for the specification of each signal in a single- or multi-reporter system using unique BL signatures and patterns of reporter luciferases.  相似文献

Nitrification is an important biological function of granular activated carbon (GAC) used in advanced drinking water purification processes. Newly discovered ammonia-oxidizing archaea (AOA) have challenged the traditional understanding of ammonia oxidation, which considered ammonia-oxidizing bacteria (AOB) as the sole ammonia-oxidizers. Previous studies demonstrated the predominance of AOA on GAC, but the contributions of AOA and AOB to ammonia oxidation remain unclear. In the present study, DNA-stable isotope probing (DNA-SIP) was used to investigate the autotrophic growth of AOA and AOB associated with GAC at two different ammonium concentrations (0.14 mg N/L and 1.4 mg N/L). GAC samples collected from three full-scale drinking water purification plants in Tokyo, Japan, had different abundance of AOA and AOB. These samples were fed continuously with ammonium and 13C-bicarbonate for 14 days. The DNA-SIP analysis demonstrated that only AOA assimilated 13C-bicarbonate at low ammonium concentration, whereas AOA and AOB exhibited autotrophic growth at high ammonium concentration. This indicates that a lower ammonium concentration is preferable for AOA growth. Since AOA could not grow without ammonium, their autotrophic growth was coupled with ammonia oxidation. Overall, our results point towards an important role of AOA in nitrification in GAC filters treating low concentration of ammonium.  相似文献

We are constructing a tandem-type electron cyclotron resonance ion source (ECRIS). The first stage of this can supply 2.45 GHz and 11-13 GHz microwaves to plasma chamber individually and simultaneously. We optimize the beam current I(FC) by the mobile plate tuner. The I(FC) is affected by the position of the mobile plate tuner in the chamber as like a circular cavity resonator. We aim to clarify the relation between the I(FC) and the ion saturation current in the ECRIS against the position of the mobile plate tuner. We obtained the result that the variation of the plasma density contributes largely to the variation of the I(FC) when we change the position of the mobile plate tuner.  相似文献

Eddy current testing is one of the most popular nondestructive testing methods; a multifrequency testing is often applied to cancel the unwanted signals to improve the signal-to-noise ratio. This is usually accomplished by combining the results obtained at different frequencies in the spatial domain. In this paper a fusion strategy to integrate two-dimensional, multifrequency signals is introduced, which is based on the multiresolution analysis method. A signal-to-noise ratio criteria is adopted to evaluate the fusion results. Finally, the effectiveness of the pyramid method is discussed.  相似文献

This study carried out quantification of ammonia-oxidizing bacteria (AOB) populations in 12 full-scale sewage activated sludge systems that were different in ammonia removals and treatment processes during three different seasons. Experiment was divided into 3 parts: 1) analysis of AOB communities by PCR-DGGE-cloning-sequencing of 16S rRNA genes; 2) development of four real-time PCR primer sets for quantification of the particular AOB of interest; and 3) quantification of AOB populations by using the newly developed real-time PCR primer sets. The results suggested that all the primer sets gave good reproducibility and specificity for PCR amplification with the detection limits of 10(2) copies/PCR reaction. Although the 12 systems were different in several aspects, one of the identified sequence types of Nitrosomonas oligotropha cluster was the dominant AOB in every system and every season studied. However, the other sequence type of this cluster was not significantly involved in ammonia removals in the systems. The occurrence of N. communis cluster in the systems seemed to depend on the remaining oxygen concentrations in the sludge floc and thus the activity of aerobic heterotrophs in the aeration tanks. N. europaea-Nitrosococcus. mobilis solely existed in one A20 system of which the influent contained twice the chloride concentrations than those of other systems.  相似文献
