Calcium hydroxyapatite (Ca-HAP) ceramics containing tricalcium phosphate (TCP) were soaked in three solutions: phosphate buffer, tris buffer, and simulated body fluid (SBF). Petal-like crystals of Ca-HAP were deposited on the Ca-HAP ceramics when (i) Ca-HAP ceramics contained -TCP, (ii) the soaking solution contained phosphate ion and (iii) the pH of soaking solution was higher than 7.3. These conditions facilitate the presence of HPO 4 2– and Ca2+ ions, the latter from dissolution of -TCP. A well-defined X-ray diffraction pattern for the deposited Ca-HAP crystals indicates preferred growth of {002} planes. Slower crystal growth of Ca-HAP was found for SBF (pH=7.5) than in the phosphate buffer, due possibly to the lower phosphate ion content in SBF.  相似文献

Crystallization of potassium titanate from the amorphous phase   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
By using amorphous potassium titanates as the starting materials, a sintered body of K2Ti4O9 or K2Ti6O13 with porous and fibrous textures was prepared. K2Ti2O5 and a new phase, K6Ti4O11 were synthesized by the thermal reaction of KNO3 with TiO2 at 1000° C for 10 to 20 h. On leaching in water to expel excess of potassium ions, both phases became amorphous. After mixing and moulding these amorphous materials in the desired proportion, a sintered body containing fibrous crystals of K2Ti4O9 was readily fabricated by heating at 1000° C for 12 h. When 5 wt % B2O3 was added to the amorphous phases, single phase K2Ti6O13, with a fibrous texture grew well on heating at 1000° C for 12 h. Addition of PVA polymer to the amorphous phases was responsible for controlling the porosity of the sintered body, e.g. about 52% theoretical density at 20 wt% PVA polymer. The optimum conditions for preparing the amorphous phases were systematically examined and the effect of the chemical reaction environments, such as different crucible materials on the calcination of KNO3 and TiO2 were also discussed.  相似文献

The Ta2O5 powders synthesized by the hydrolysis of tantalum pentaethoxide, Ta(OC2H5)5 in alcoholic solution were monodispersed fine oxide particles, which were a uniform, spherical shape, non-agglomerate, and had a narrow size distribution. They grew to 1.2m after ageing for 1 h after hydrolysis. Powder X-ray diffraction and differential thermal analysisthermogravimetric analysis showed the particles were amorphous and hydrated. These particles lost the water at 290° C and gave well-crystalline Ta2O at 740° C. Throughout these thermal processes, the particle morphology was kept almost the same.  相似文献

The permeation and separation characteristics of aqueous polymer solutions using acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer membranes were investigated under various conditions. The membranes obtained from dimethyl sulfoxide solution of acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer have not a sufficient reproducibility and stability of permeation. These lacks were improved by adding ethylene glycol or glycerol to the casting solution and treating the membranes with pressure. The permeation and separation characteristics were influenced significantly by the additional amount of above additives, the heat treatment temperature, and the operating pressure. It was found that the concentration polarization of poly(vinyl alcohol) molecules onto the surface of the acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer membranes is smaller than that onto hydrophilic polymer membranes such as membranes of cellulose acetate, cellulose nitrate, and nylon 12, etc. Moreover, the acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer membranes show better performance for separation and concentrating of aqueous polymer solutions than hydrophilic membranes.  相似文献

To investigate the involvement of different cytochrome P-450 monooxygenases in fatty acid hydroxylation in frog liver microsomes, the effect of various inhibitors of cytochrome P-450 monooxygenases on the ω- and (ω-1)-hydroxylation of laurate was examined. The ω/ω-1-hydroxylation ratios were changed significantly by various levels of carbon monooxide (CO) inhibition; the formation of ω-hydroxylaurate was more sharply inhibited by various levels of CO than was the formation of (ω-1)-hydroxylaurate. On the contrary, metyrapone inhibited only the formation of (ω-1)-hydroxylaurate and stimulated the formation of ω-hydroxylaurate. 7,8-Benzoflavone as well as CO was more inhibitory to the ω-hydroxylation of laurate. At low concentrations of KCN (0.2 and 0.1 mM), the (ω-1)-hydroxylase activity was stimulated, but both the ω- and (ω-1)-hydroxylase activities were inhibited at the higher concentrations (5–10 mM). The effect of drugs and hydroxylaurate isomers on the ω- and (ω-1)-hydroxylation was also examined. Aminopyrine showed a stimulative effect on ω-hydroxylase activity and no effect on the (ω-1)-hydroxylase activity, whilep-nitroanisole inhibited the (ω-1)-hydroxylase activity and showed almost no effect on the ω-hydroxylase activity. 12-Hydroxylaurate inhibited both the ω- and (ω-1)-hydroxylase activities, but the ω-hydroxylase activity was inhibited to a much greater extent. 11-Hydroxylaurate had no effect on either hydroxylation. These findings strongly support the hypothesis that different cytochrome P-450 species are involved in the hepatic microsomal hydroxylation of laurate at ω- and (ω-1)-positions in the frog.  相似文献

We have developed a new multicolor holographic polymer film. Our holographic polymer film contains 3‐[(2,4,6‐trichloro)azo]‐9H‐carbazole‐9‐ethanol (A‐1) and poly(methyl methacrylate). The holographic polymer film can be recorded with a holographic image without applying an external electric field. The diffraction efficiency was 57% at A‐1 with a 20 wt% of dope ratio. The writable holographic image writing for the holographic polymer film step used the silver halide photographic emulsion master plate 532‐nm laser beam under the nonelectric field. After the copy hologram is formed, our holographic polymer film can be displayed in red and green holographic images. Even though our holographic polymer film is rewritten over 200 times, the diffraction efficiency does not fall. As the holographic polymer film is manufactured using roll‐to‐roll techniques, although still in a laboratory scale in this study, it has a strong possibility of being manufactured in larger sizes with lower cost.  相似文献

Summary The permeabilities of various cellulose ester membranes and cellulose membranes were investigated using pure water and aqueous solution of glycerol as feed. In all membranes, the permeation rate for aqueous solution of glycerol was greater than for pure water. The permeation rates of cellulose ester membranes increased with an increase in number of carbon atoms of the substituent group in cellulose ester.  相似文献

Type-A zeolite evenly covered with hydroxyapatite thin layers was prepared using hydrothermal treatment at 120°C for 8 h under autogenous pressure. The hydroxyapatite needlelike nanocrystals, 100–200 nm in diameter and 30 nm in thickness, were grown under the reaction between discharged Ca2+ ions from type-A zeolite and PO43− ions in (NH4)3PO4 solution. The preferential orientations of the c -axis of hydroxyapatite crystals perpendicular to a zeolite surface were observed using transmission electron microscopy. The crystal structure of type-A zeolite was not destroyed under the reaction, but the surface morphology was changed only with complete covering of scaly hydroxyapatite particles.  相似文献

The demand for microactuators is increasing recently. The key technology to realizing practical microactuators is microfabrication process. In the production of microminiature components, the technologies for processing high-aspect-ratio structures are essential. As one of these technologies, the LIGA process is widely known. Our laboratory researches the LIGA process to three-dimensional microfabrication and established the cylindrical-microcoil production process. In this paper, we have fabricated the cylindrical-microcoil for the solenoidal electromagnetic type microactuator. We designed and analyzed microactuators, and fabricated and evaluated microactuator coils produced by the combination of three-dimensional X-ray lithography and level copper plating. We succeeded in creating threaded groove-shaped structures with 10 μm line width, 20 μm pitch, and aspect ratio of 5 on the surface of an acrylic pipe by means of three-dimensional X-ray lithography. As a measure to suppress void generation, which is one of the shortcomings of electrolytic plating processes, the sputtering apparatus and plating equipment were improved, a pretreatment process was additionally provided, and the actual electrolytic plating method was improved. As a result, a void-free metallic deposit could be formed on a thin coil line. The processing technology enables the formation of thin-wire coil lines whose current paths feature a large allowable current-carrying capacity, enabling the production of miniature, high-output microactuators.  相似文献
