The absorption of CO2 from a mixture of CO2/N2 gas was carried out using a flat-stirred vessel and the polytetrafluoroethylene hollow fiber contained aqueous 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol (AMP) solution. The reaction of CO2 with AMP was confirmed to be a second order reversible reaction with fast-reaction region. The mass transfer resistance in the membrane side obtained from the comparison of the measured absorption rates of CO2 in a hollow fiber contained liquid membrane with a flat-stirred vessel corresponded to about 90% of overall-mass-transfer resistance. The mass transfer coefficient of hollow fiber phase could be evaluated, which was independent of CO2 loading.  相似文献

Abstract

Ensuring uniform addition of coloring material to the fabric is an essential requirement in the textile dyeing process. Beam dyeing machine consists of a special beam, the barrel of which is evenly perforated with holes. The dye liquor is forced into the fabric material through this beam. For uniform fabric coloring, an equal distribution of the dye liquor through the porous beam has to be ensured. The present methodology employs theoretical and computational fluid dynamics aspects of beam dyeing process to obtain better performance. The analysis of a beam with a single row of branches shows that nonuniformity increases with an increase in inlet mass flow. Further beam flow distribution with and without fabric are studied for different parameters, such as branch diameter, inlet mass flow rate, operating conditions, and flow reversal. The present results provide guidelines to improve the levelness of the dye distribution in the fabric material.  相似文献

In order to establish a mechanistic model of cutting force, specific cutting pressure was first obtained through cutting experiments. The band sawing process is similar to milling in that it involves multi-point cutting, so it is not an easy matter to evaluate specific cutting pressure. This was achieved by making the thickness of workpiece smaller than one pitch of the saw tooth, analogous to fly cutting in the face milling process. Then the cutting force was predicted by analysing the geometric shape of a saw tooth. The tooth shape used was the raker set style that is generally used in band sawing. A set of teeth comprises three teeth, ranked as left, straight, and right. The mechanistic model developed in the research considered the shape of each tooth in a set. The predicted cutting forces coincided well with those measured in the validation experiment. Therefore, the predicted cutting forces in band sawing can be used for the adaptive control of saw-engaging feed rate in band sawing.  相似文献

The crystal structures of fully dehydrated Sr46–X [Sr46Si100Al92O384; a=25.214(7) Å] and of its ammonia sorption complex, Sr46–X·102NH3 [Sr46Si100Al92O384·102NH3; a=25.127(7) Å], have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction techniques in the cubic space group Fd at 21(1)°C. The Sr46–X crystal was prepared by ion exchange in a flowing stream of aqueous 0.05 M Sr(ClO4)2 for 5 days followed by dehydration at 360°C and 2×10−6 Torr for 2 days. To prepare the ammonia sorption complex, another dehydrated Sr46–X crystal was exposed to 230 Torr of zeolitically dried ammonia gas for 1 h followed by evacuation for 12 h at 21(1)°C and 5×10−4 Torr. The structures were refined to the final error indices, R1=0.043 and Rw=0.039 with 466 reflections, and R1=0.049 and Rw=0.044 with 382 reflections, for which I>3σ(I). In dehydrated Sr46–X, all Sr2+ ions are located at two crystallographic sites. 16 Sr2+ ions are at the centers of the double six-rings, filling that site (site I, Sr–O=2.592(6) Å). The remaining 30 Sr2+ ions are in the supercage (site II); each extends 0.56 Å into the supercage from the plane of its three nearest oxygen atoms (Sr–O=2.469(6) Å). In the structure of Sr46–X·102NH3, the Sr2+ ions are located at three crystallographic sites: 12 are found at site I [Sr–O=2.652(10) Å]; four in the sodalite units (site I′) each coordinated to three framework oxygen atoms at 2.654(9) Å and also to three ammonia molecules at 2.76(8) Å. The remaining 30 Sr2+ ions lie at site II. Each extends 1.12 Å into the supercage where it coordinates to three framework oxygen atoms at 2.584(7) Å and also to three ammonia molecules at 2.774(24) Å.  相似文献

Two major flavonols (FI and FII) in onion skin were isolated. According to the ultraviolet–visible absorption spectra, FI and FII fractions were thought to be 3,5,7,3′-OH and 3 (5),7,3′,4′-OH of flavonol, respectively. After acid hydrolysis of the two fractions, FI was found to consist of quercetin and glucose, but FII only contained quercetin. FI and FII were confirmed by fast atom bombardment as quercetin 4′-glucoside and quercetin, respectively. The FI and FII fractions exhibited potent radical scavenging activity against DPPH, superoxide anion (O2·-) , and hydroxyl (·OH) radicals.  相似文献

A derivative of chito‐oligosaccharide (COS), N‐(2‐hydroxyl)propyl‐3‐trimethyl ammonium chito‐oligosaccharide chloride (HTACC), was synthesized using a reaction of glycidyltrimethylammonium chloride (GTMAC) and COS prepared by depolymerization of a fully deacetylated chitosan. COS and HTACC were applied to the cotton fabrics with a pad‐dry‐cure process using the reaction between the hydroxyl group of cellulose and terminal aldehyde group in COS and HTACC. Their minimum inhibition concentration (MIC) was evaluated, and the antimicrobial activity and durability to laundering of cotton fabrics treated with them were compared. The complete substitution of NH2 groups in COS with GTMAC was obtained at a 4 : 1 mol ratio of GTMAC to NH2 in 18 h at 80°C under the presence of acetic acid. MIC values of the 1.04 DS of HTACC and COS were 50 and 400 μg/mL, respectively. A cotton fabric treated with 0.2% of HTACC and 1.8% of COS exhibited 100% reduction of bacteria. Water‐soluble urethane acrylate ionomers containing dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA) were synthesized, changing the molecular components, and their ultraviolet (UV) coating properties were studied. It was found that the UV coating properties of the urethane acrylate ionomer films were very dependent on the molecular weight of the soft segment, the type of the diisocyanate, and the amount of neutralization. In general observations, the cured films displayed much improved mechanical properties, compared with conventional urethane acrylate film not containing ionic groups. The main reason for the improved film properties seemed to be attributed to the presence of ionic groups in the network. In dynamic mechanical analysis, two distinct glass transition temperatures, corresponding to the ionic hard domains and soft domains, were detected at high content of ionic groups. This suggested that the urethane acrylate network be composed of two phases. Consequently, the ionic hard domains formed by the phase separation from crosslinked network could act as a reinforcing filler, which possibly explains the improved film properties of the urethane acrylate ionomer films. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Ultraviolet (UV)-curable polyurethane acrylate ionomer (PUAI) prepolymers were synthesized from isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), poly(methylene ether) glycol (PTMG), 2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl) propionic acid (DMPA), triethylamine (TEA), 2-hydroxy ethyl acrylate (HEA), and dibutyl tin dilaurate (DBT) as a catalyst. UV-curable polyurethane acrylate ionomer aqueous dispersion was formulated from the prepolymers, water (30 wt %), and 1-hydroxycyclohexylhenyl ketone (Irgacure 184) as a photoinitiator. The films of UV-cured polyurethane acrylate ionomer were formed by curing the dispersion using a medium-pressure mercury lamp (80 W/cm; λ max = 365 nm). Gel content decreased with increasing water content in the aqueous dispersion. Effects of DMPA content and molecular weight of PTMG and the degree of neutralization on the physical properties were investigated. It was found that the storage modulus increased with increasing DMPA content. Tensile modulus and strength decreased with increasing the molecular weight of PTMG from 650 to 2000. The glass transition temperature shifted to a higher temperature as the content of DMPA increased. As the degree of neutralization increased, the tensile strength and modulus decreased.
