Due to the inevitability of urban flood in presence of the rainfalls exceeding design capacity of urban drainage system, resilience approach has been recently considered instead of the conventional urban drainage management. However, acceptance of resilience approach necessitates considering sustainability in the selection of urban drainage projects due to the various aspect of flood impacts. This paper presents a new integrated framework to show how urban drainage plans are resilient and sustainable. The framework consists of several indicators including technical, economic, social, environmental and planning aspects. On the other hand, the selection of suientropy of the probability distribution p i . In fact, entropy reduces the effect of plan among available suggested plans is complicated in presence of multiplicity of the indicators. A new combined-adaptive multi criteria decision making technique including combination of Adaptive analytical hierarchical process, Entropy and TOPSIS is here introduced to facilitate the decision making process as well as dealing with uncertainties due to the subjective experts’ preferences. Moreover, presented framework are applied on a part of urban drainage system of Tehran, Capital City. Four urban drainage plans are designed and suggested to be evaluated along with existing system in terms of their sustainability and resilience. The results shows the presented framework provide comprehensive information regarding the behavior of the urban drainage plans against urban floods as well as their sustainability for urban managers. In addition, presented framework facilitates and accelerate the complicated process of decision making. Attempts have been carried out to verify whether gonio-spectrophotometry could be utilized as a new scratch testing approach to investigate scratch morphology and its effect on appearance of an acrylic-melamine clearcoat separately containing nano-silica or polysiloxane additives. The results of gonio-spectrophotometry/colorimetry illustrated that this new approach is capable of differentiating between plastic and fracture types scratches. Furthermore, this approach was found to be suitable for analyzing the self healing abilities of such coatings. The accuracy and reproducibility of such results were checked against the results of scanning electron microscope (SEM) and illustrated great potential as a new approach for such studies. 相似文献

In this paper, we present a new algorithm to solve a kind of nonlinear time space-fractional partial differential equations on a finite domain. The method is based on B-spline wavelets approximations, some of these functions are reshaped to satisfy on boundary conditions exactly. The Adams fractional method is used to reduce the problem to a system of equations. By multiscale method this system is divided into some smaller systems which have less computations. We get an approximated solution which is more accurate on some subdomains by combining the solutions of these systems. Illustrative examples are included to demonstrate the validity and applicability of our proposed technique, also the stability of the method is discussed. 相似文献

In this paper, a simple one-pot thermal decomposition method was successfully used to synthesize a novel Cs3PW12O40/WO3 composite for the first time. The synthesized composite was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), FTIR, diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (DRS) and N2 adsorption-desorption techniques. The photocatalytic activity to degrade RhB molecules over Cs3PW12O40/WO3 composite was evaluated under xenon light irradiation. The results indicated the complete degradation of RhB molecules over Cs3PW12O40/WO3 composite after 30?min irradiation. However, the photocatalytic degradation of RhB over WO3 and Cs3PW12O40 after 80?min light irradiation are nearly 52%, and 68%, respectively. The enhanced photocatalytic activity of Cs3PW12O40/WO3 composite compared with WO3, and Cs3PW12O40 was ascribed to the strong interaction between WO3 and Cs3PW12O40, which effectively reduces the recombination of photogenerated electron-hole pairs. Based on experimental results, the possible mechanism of photocatalytic reactions on the Cs3PW12O40/WO3 composite photocatalyst was investigated, and the hydroxyl radical (OH) and superoxide radical (O2?) were determined as the main active species in the photocatalytic degradation of RhB over Cs3PW12O40/WO3 composite. 相似文献

As language evolves over time, documents stored in long- term archives become inaccessible to users. Automatically, detecting and handling language evolution will become a necessity to meet user’s information needs. In this paper, we investigate the performance of modern tools and algorithms applied on modern English to find word senses that will later serve as a basis for finding evolution. We apply the curvature clustering algorithm on all nouns and noun phrases extracted from The Times Archive (1785–1985). We use natural language processors for part-of-speech tagging and lemmatization and report on the performance of these processors over the entire period. We evaluate our clusters using WordNet to verify whether they correspond to valid word senses. Because The Times Archive contains OCR errors, we investigate the effects of such errors on word sense discrimination results. Finally, we present a novel approach to correct OCR errors present in the archive and show that the coverage of the curvature clustering algorithm improves. We increase the number of clusters by 24 %. To verify our results, we use the New York Times corpus (1987–2007), a recent collection that is considered error free, as a ground truth for our experiments. We find that after correcting OCR errors in The Times Archive, the performance of word sense discrimination applied on The Times Archive is comparable to the ground truth. 相似文献

A comprehensive overview of coal oxidation methods under mild conditions is provided, including oxidation with oxygen, ozone, ruthenium ion catalysis, oxidizing acid, electrolysis, sodium hypochlorite, and hydrogen peroxide. The changes in chemical structure of coal during oxidation, the mechanism of different types of oxidation methods, and the possible applications of oxidation products are summarized. Comparison of these oxidation methods demonstrated that hydrogen peroxide and sodium hypochlorite oxidation of coal under mild conditions are the most suitable methods to study the molecular structure of coal and to obtain high‐value organic chemicals. Applications of different analytical techniques for determination and quantification of products and coal structures are also reviewed. 相似文献

Knowing about the evolution of a term can significantly help when searching for relevant information, especially in case of sudden evolutions (e.g. as of dramatical changes in political situations). Here, some terms get a completely new meaning or are used in new or different ways. In mobile situations it is important to be able to effectively retrieve information, since this is usually done in a hurry and interaction possibilities with mobile devices are limited. In this paper we describe a methodology using word sense discrimination to discover term evolution. We present two mobile interfaces for easy access and exploration of this evolution, as well as a user-study to show its usefulness. We conclude the paper with an outlook of further research possibilities in this new topic. 相似文献
