This paper presents a computer program for fault tree analysis. The algorithm is a bottom-up algorithm and the detailed procedure of the program is explained. The analyses are performed for six sample fault trees and the results are compared with those obtained by the BAM and CUT codes. This program has a ten to thousand times faster calculation speed compared with the BAM and CUT codes.  相似文献

Oxynitrides in the (Nb1−xAlx)(O,N) quaternary system were prepared by ammonolysis of oxide precursor obtained through the citrate route. The products at 1000 °C were a mixture of Nb(N,O) and NbN0.95 at the niobium end (x = 0) and amorphous Al(O,N) at the aluminum end (x = 1). A new cubic compound (A) appeared mixed with Nb(N,O) in the compositional range 0.1 ≤ x ≤ 0.4. Its almost pure product was obtained at x = 0.5. The X-ray diffraction pattern was rock salt type (Nb0.56Al0.44)(O0.38N0.37025) in Fm−3m with a = 0.43481(1) nm. The product showed superconductivity with Tc = 15 K. Its crystallinity was much improved and its superconducting volume fraction increased to 32% after its thermal annealing at 1100 °C in evacuated sealed tube. A second cubic compound (B), rock salt type Nb[(O,N)0.850.15] with a = 0.434 nm, was observed mixed with amorphous Al(O,N) in the as-prepared products of the range 0.6 ≤ x ≤ 0.9.  相似文献

We examined the difference in the detection limits of flaws in the depths of multi-layered and continuous aluminum plates using low-frequency eddy current testing. The detection limits were measured by using a magneto-resistive sensor. Comparing the frequency of an applied magnetic field, the detection limit at 50 Hz is deeper than that at 1 kHz. Comparing the sample structure, the detection limit in the multi-layered samples is deeper than that in the continuous samples. These results are likely due to the differences in the skin depth and conductivity of the sample.  相似文献

Measurements of degradation in frying oils are mainly based on physico-chemical properties. Total polar compounds (TPC) and free fatty acids (FFA) content in frying oils are used as a guide for discarding used oils. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of a sensory method in detecting degradation in soybean oils used in potato chips deep frying. The sensory evaluation of oil samples was determined by a trained panel; after rigorous selection and training steps. Free fatty acid, TPC and Rancimat induction period (IP) were quantified in the same samples. The proposed sensory method was sensitive to small differences in rancidity. The selected and trained sensory panel discarded oil samples with 0.175% FFA as oleic acid, 18.92% TPC, and 0.20 h IP. According to the results achieved in this research sensorial trained panel response is sensitive and accurate in refusing deteriorated frying oils. Besides this, soybean oil can be used for deep frying procedures and safely discarded according to the panel response, although presenting up to 7% linolenic acid.  相似文献

The photocatalytic oxidation of benzyl alcohol into benzaldehyde proceeded with high conversion and selectivity on a TiO2 photocatalyst by O2 under visible light irradiation. Surface complex formed by the interaction of benzyl alcohol with the Ti sites and/or surface OH groups of TiO2 play an important role in the absorption of visible light and unique selective photocatalytic reaction.  相似文献

The influence of the post-deposition cooling speed on the domain formation process of PbTiO3 films was investigated using MOCVD equipment combined with in-situ Raman spectroscopy. The accumulation and relaxation of strain during the post-deposition cooling process is responsible for the domain structure. The Curie temperature for fast cooling is lower than that for slow cooling. Additionally, the residual strain with fast cooling is smaller than that with slow cooling. These observations suggest that the volume fraction of the c-domain is larger for fast cooling and that the atmospheric conditions during the first post-deposition cooling process may control the domain structure.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the mitogenic and anti-apoptotic effects of transforming growth factor beta 1 (TGF beta 1) on rheumatoid synovial cells in vitro. METHODS: Synovial cells were cultured with or without TGF beta 1. After incubation, the proliferative response of synovial cells and the expression of Fas antigen and bcl-2 on synovial cells were examined. Finally, Fas antigen-mediated apoptosis of synovial cells was investigated by the addition of anti-Fas antibody. RESULTS: TGF beta 1 enhanced the proliferation of synovial cells in a dose-dependent manner. In addition, Fas antigen expression on synovial cells was inhibited by the addition of TGF beta 1 with up-regulation of bcl-2 expression. The addition of anti-Fas antibody induced synovial cell apoptosis. However, stimulation of synovial cells with TGF beta 1 became markedly resistant to Fas antigen-mediated apoptosis. The results were not affected by the addition of a neutralizing antibody to platelet-derived growth factor type AA (PDGF-AA), which suggests that the effect of TGF beta 1 on synovial cells was promoted via PDGF-AA-independent mechanisms. CONCLUSION: Our results suggest that TGF beta 1 promotes synovial cell proliferation through its mitogenic effect on synovial cells and interference with the apoptotic process mediated by the Fas antigen, resulting in the perpetuation of the synovial hyperplasia in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.  相似文献

The mussel Mytilus edulis and the cultured ark shell Anadara broughtonii in the southeast coasts of the Seto Inland Sea were contaminated with paralytic shellfish poison (PSP) following the appearance of the dinoflagellate Alexandrium tamiyavanichii in early December 1999. A. tamiyavanichii plankton collected around the Straits of Naruto on December 3, 1999 showed PSP toxicity, of which 83 mol% was accounted for by GTX2, GTX3 and GTX4. Its specific toxicity was 112.5 fmol/cell, and one MU was equivalent to 7,200 cells. Toxicity values at the beginning of toxification were 4.7 MU/g for the ark shell and 7.3 MU/g for the mussel. In the former, the value remained at almost 4 MU/g, resulting in prohibition of marketing for about two months. In the latter, it sharply decreased to less than 4 MU/g. These bivalves collected during the toxification period were dissected into five tissues, mantle, adductor muscle, hepatopancreas, gills and "others", and submitted to high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The cultured ark shell accumulated GTX2, GTX3 and STX as major components and GTX1, GTX4, GTX5, neoSTX, dcSTX and PX1-3 (C1-C3) as minor ones. The amount of GTX3 decreased with time, while STX tended to increase. At the early stage of PSP toxification, toxins were accumulated in the gills and "others", most of which were quickly detoxified. On the other hand, PSP of the toxified mussel consisted of GTX4 as a main component, and GTX1, GTX2, GTX3, GTX5, STX and PX1-2 (C1-C2) as minor ones. Its toxin composition pattern was similar to that of the ingested causative plankton. Its total toxin decreased soon after disappearance of the dinoflagellate. During the decrease of toxicity, PSP tended to be retained in the hepatopancreas, resulting in accumulation of 50 mol% of total toxin.  相似文献
