随着医疗信息化水平的不断提高,电子病历得到了越来越广泛的应用,其中的非结构化文本包含大量蕴含患者病况信息的可度量数量信息,由于实体与数量信息表述的复杂性,从非结构化电子病历文档中精准抽取可度量数量信息是一个重要的挑战.本文基于双向门控循环单元提出了结合相对位置特征与注意力机制的RPA-GRU模型,通过将相对位置特征融入注意力机制更新双向门控循环单元输出,识别实体与数量信息.并基于重构句法依存树的图注意力网络学习图级表示提出GATM模型,实现实体与数量信息的关联.实验基于1 359份三甲医院烧伤科电子病历数据,结果表明RPA-GRU模型与GATM模型在可度量数量信息识别和关联上分别获得97.58%与97.86%的F1值,比表现最好的基线模型分别高出2.17%与1.74%,验证了所提出模型的有效性. 相似文献

目的 建立QuEChERS前处理结合气相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱法(gas chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry,GC-MS/MS)测定3种动物源食品(鱼肉、鸡肉和猪肉)中苯菌酮残留量的分析方法。方法 动物源性试样用1%甲酸乙腈振荡提取,提取液经QuEChERS提取盐包提取及石墨化碳黑/乙二胺基-N-丙基柱(graphitized carbon black/primary secondary amine,GBC/PSA)净化,滤液氮吹至近干,乙酸乙酯定容,在电子轰击离子源(electron impact source,EI)和定时选择反应检测(timed selective reaction monitoring,Timed-SRM)模式下分析,基质匹配曲线,外标法定量。结果 苯菌酮在0.005~0.100μg/mL的不同基质质量浓度范围内都呈线性关系,相关系数为0.9999、0.9994和0.9997。在0.01、0.02、0.05 mg/kg 3个添加水平下,苯菌酮在鱼肉、鸡肉和猪肉中的平均回收率范围均处... 相似文献

A novel concept of cloaking, concentration and transferring of the static magnetic fields by the combination effect of the superconductor (SC) and ferromagnet (FM) has been recently presented. The performance of these hybrid structures strongly depends on the properties of the involved materials as well as its geometrical parameters. In this work, we have practically demonstrated a magnetic hose, which is developed by a FM core wrapped by a SC layer. Meanwhile, a finite-element simulation with experimentally derived permeability of both SC and FM constituents was also established. Based on the verified simulation, further investigations were carried out to systematically examine the dependence of the transfer efficiency of the magnetic hose on its dimension and magnetic properties of the involved materials, both of which are difficult to be varied in practical case, especially for the magnetic properties. 相似文献

This article recounts the chequered history of the Barbican redevelopment in the City of London, exploring its origins, planning, and implementation, together with its changing reputation. The Barbican is an interesting example of a modernist housing scheme, comprising multi-storey flats and social facilities set within a pedestrian precinct, something relatively unusual in the British context. The scheme was originally conceived in the 1950s as a publicly funded alternative to the rapid expansion of private office development and was pushed through in the 1960s by the City Corporation acting as its own developer. Subsequently, the whole project became mired in controversy and technical difficulties, and, as a result, on completion, few viewed it favourably. However, with urban regeneration again on the political agenda since the 1990s, the Barbican's image has improved, and it is increasingly recognized as one of the more notable achievements of British post-war modernism. 相似文献

The aim of this study was to determine whether the micronucleus test, using the larvae of a lower invertebrate, the newt Pleurodeles waltl, is suitable for evaluating the overall genotoxicity of polluted water (AFNOR Standard, 1992). The study used the pollutant model benzo(a)pyrene (BaP). After having shown that BaP is metabolized by the larvae, the test was carried out under standard AFNOR conditions. We investigated the relationship between the BaP concentration, spectrofluorometric measurement of liver EROD activity, and two genotoxicity biomarkers: DNA adduct production (32P-postlabeling detection) and micronucleus formation in red blood cells (RBCs) (number of micronucleated RBCs per 1,000). A dose effect was found for all three biomarkers, which were seen to be linearly correlated showing that the biochemical mechanisms occurring in the newt larvae exposed to BaP are similar to those described in higher vertebrates. This result confirms the utility of the test for the evaluation of the overall hazard of a given aquatic environment. 相似文献

Fruit cuticular membranes (CMs) were isolated from 27 cultivars of Diospyros kaki Thunb., and relationships among their chemical compositions, densities and mechanical properties were analysed. Wide cultivar dependency was observed in both chemical compositions and mechanical properties, however, astringency did not show clear correlation with them. Densities of the CMs showed significant positive correlation with maximum stress and elastic modulus, but negative correlation with maximum strain. Positive correlations were also observed in elastic modulus-polysaccharide content and maximum strain-polysaccharide content, and negative correlation in elastic modulus-cutin content on a weight over unit area (μg/cm2) basis. The integration of densities of fruit CMs and their chemical constituents may explain the mechanical properties which are specific to each cultivar of D. kaki fruit. 相似文献

A well-designed zeolite capsule catalyst with a Core (Fe/SiO2)-Shell (Silicalite-1) structure was successfully prepared by zeolite seeding and then zeolite shell growing via secondary hydrothermal method. The characterization on this zeolite capsule catalyst indicated that it had a compact, defect-free zeolite shell enwrapping core catalyst tightly. The application of this zeolite capsule catalyst was the direct synthesis of light alkenes from syngas via Fischer–Tropsch synthesis (FTS) reaction. This zeolite capsule catalyst exhibited excellent abilities compared with the traditional FTS catalyst, both on the controlled synthesis of the desirable light alkenes and the suppressing formation of the undesired long-chain hydrocarbons. 相似文献

本文研究了添加(NH4)2S2O8,H2O2以及表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(DBS)时,对TiO2光催化降解颜料艳红6B的影响。(NH4)2S2O8的加入可提高水溶性差的颜料艳红6B的降解速度,以酸性及中性条件较适宜。H2O2的加入可提高6B的降解速度,并且TiO2/UV/H2O2要比TiO2/UV或者H2O2/UV体系有效得多,可提高TiO2的重复使用次数及H2O2的利用率。阴离子型表面活性剂DBS的加入降低了6B的降解速度,但在酸性和碱性条件下,6B的降解较中性条件快;DBS的降解在中性条件下较好;二者存在密切的共降解关系。随着表面活性剂DBS浓度的增加,颜料艳红6B和DBS的降解速率均减慢 相似文献
