A new high repetition rate Nd:YAG Thomson scattering system is developed for the Heliotron J helical device.A main purpose of installing the new system is the temporal evolution measurement of a plasma profile for improved confinement physics such as the edge transport barrier (H-mode) or the internal transport barrier of the helical plasma.The system has 25 spatial points with ~10mm resolution.Two high repetition Nd:YAG lasers (>550mJ@ 50Hz) realize the measurement of the time evolution of the plasma profile with ~10ms time intervals.Scattered light is collected by a large concave mirror (D=800 mm,f/2.25) with a solid angle of ~100 mstr and transferred to interference filter polychromators by optical fiber bundles in a staircase form.The signal is amplified by newly designed fast preamplifiers with DC and AC output,which reduces the low frequency background noise.The signals are digitized with a multi-event QDC,fast gated integrators.The data acquisition is performed by a VME-based system operated by the CINOS.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Chlorella vulgaris is a green microalgae that contains various pigment components of carotenoids and chlorophylls. Supercritical CO2 is widely used for extraction of pharmaceutical compounds because it is non‐oxic and easily separated from extracted material by simply depressurizing. In this work, pharmaceutical compounds from Chlorella vulgaris have been extracted using supercritical CO2 with or without entrainer at various extraction conditions. RESULTS: Based on high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analysis, the extracts contained pigment components, such as lutein, β‐carotene, chlorophyll a and b. Higher extraction pressure and temperature promoted higher lutein extraction by supercritical CO2. The optimum pressure and temperature for extraction were obtained as 50 MPa and 80 °C. Ethanol as an entrainer was more effective than acetone for the extraction of pigment components. Pigment components in the extract obtained by supercritical CO2 with and without entrainer were compared with the extract obtained by a conventional extraction method. CONCLUSION: Supercritical CO2 has been successfully applied for the extraction of pigment components from Chlorella vulgaris. Supercritical CO2 enabled high selectivity for lutein extraction; however, the lutein yield was lower than that obtained by extraction using supercritical CO2 with ethanol and soxhlet. Abstract— Soft proofing, which can confirm the color reproduction of printed matter on a monitor, is coming into wide use in the field of graphic arts. However, there is a problem in that the color on the monitor looks different from that of printed matter, even though the L*a*b* value of the monitor's white point has been adjusted to that of the paper by using a spectroradiometer. After the color rendition of an LCD is visually adjusted to that of the paper, the measured color of the LCD shows color with L*a*b* values corresponding to a more greenish‐blue white than that of paper. For CRTs, this corresponds to a more bluish‐white. In this paper, it was assumed that bright lines in the measured spectrums of the monitors and the illuminations spread to the next wavelength band by the optical systems of the spectroradiometer. To solve the problem, a method is proposed to enhance the bright line by using a three‐tap digital filter. The effect of this method on two types of monitors under three types of illumination is also reported. After enhancing the bright lines, ΔE between the monitor and paper becomes smaller than that for the original one.  相似文献

Patients with psoriasis are at a higher risk of developing nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. We previously identified an oxidized derivative of cholesterol, 7-ketocholesterol (7KC), in diet-induced steatohepatitic mice. Here, we investigated whether 7KC exacerbates psoriasis-like dermatitis by accelerating steatohepatitis in mice. A high-fat/high-cholesterol/high-sucrose/bile salt diet (nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) diet) with or without 0.0125% 7KC was fed to C57BL/6 mice (7KC or control group) for three weeks to induce steatohepatitis. A 5% imiquimod cream was then applied to the ears and dorsal skin for four days to induce psoriasis-like dermatitis. Hepatic lipid accumulation and inflammatory cell infiltration were exacerbated in the 7KC group compared with the control group after three weeks. Serum tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) levels were also elevated in the 7KC group (108.5 ± 9.8 vs. 83.1 ± 13.1 pg/mL, p < 0.005). Imiquimod cream increased the psoriasis area severity index (PASI) score in mice in the 7KC group (9.14 ± 0.75 vs. 5.17 ± 1.17, p < 0.0001). Additionally, Tnfa, Il23a, Il17a, and Il22 mRNA levels in the dorsal lesion were significantly upregulated. Finally, Th17 cell differentiation and the TNF signaling pathway were enhanced in the dorsal lesions and liver of mice in the 7KC group. These data suggest that steatohepatitis and psoriasis are linked by a potent, diet-related factor.  相似文献

Constructing communication protocols from component service specifications, each of which specifies a subfunction of the target protocol, enables efficient development of a large and complex communication protocol. Concerning this construction, related techniques have been already proposed: integration of component protocol specifications into a single protocol specification and transformation of service specifications to protocol specifications. However, the integration needs special knowledge of communication protocols, and the transformation requires that a large and complex service specification should be developed as input to produce the target protocol. In order to cope with these problems, this paper proposes a new method which at first integrates component service specifications into a single service specification, and then transforms the service specification into the target protocol by a protocol synthesis technique. The most important point of view is that component integration is performed at the service specification level rather than the protocol specification level. Additionally, we define a class of ‘well-formed’ service specification which ensures correctness of the target protocol. As a result, the integration and transformation can be efficiently executed in small state space without special knowledge of communication protocols. Finally, we have shown the effectiveness of the proposed method by constructing a part of the real-life OSI protocol FTAM.  相似文献

Thirty-seven chronically unstable ankles in thirty-six patients were operated on with use of a Watson-Jones tenodesis. Thirty-four ankles (thirty-three patients) were followed for a mean duration of thirteen years and eight months (range, ten to eighteen years) after the operation. There were nine male and twenty-four female patients. The mean age of the patients was thirty-one years (range, fourteen to fifty-seven years) at the time of the operation and forty-four years (range, twenty-eight to seventy years) at the time of the latest follow-up. At the time of the most recent follow-up evaluation, twenty-seven patients (twenty-eight ankles) were examined directly by one of us and twenty-five patients (twenty-six ankles) also were evaluated radiographically. The other six patients were interviewed, with use of a questionnaire, by telephone. Of the thirty-four ankles, nineteen had an excellent result (grade 1), eleven had a good result (grade 2), three had a fair result (grade 3), and one had a poor result (grade 4) according to the rating system of Good et al. The mean score (and standard deviation) on the ankle-hindfoot scale of the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society for the twenty-eight ankles that were examined directly by one of us was 90 +/- 9.3 points (range, 68 to 100 points). Progression of an exostosis at the edge of the joint was detected in eighteen (69 percent) of the twenty-six ankles that were examined radiographically, but narrowing of the joint space was not seen in any ankle. No relationship was detected between the clinical results and radiographic osteoarthrotic changes or the duration of follow-up. The results did not deteriorate over the long term.  相似文献

A ceramic/metal nanocomposite in tetragonal zirconia-molybdenum system possesses a novel microstructural feature composed of a mutual intragranular nanostructure, in which either nanometer sized Mo particles or equivalent sized zirconia particles are located within the zirconia grains or Mo grains, respectively. The purpose of this article is to describe how nurse instructors understand nursing and the necessary conditions for high quality nursing care. The approach of the study was inductive and based on phenomenology and a sociological field research method, i.e. grounded theory. It emerged that the core of nursing is a process, termed here caring, with three stages. Three types of caring emerged. Understanding the client, the art of nursing, co-operation between the nurse and other health care professionals were found to be necessary conditions for a high quality nursing care and it was also found that it is not possible to separate caring from the society and its history.  相似文献

A toroidal simulator is used to study the magnetomechanical behavior of a superconducting D-shaped coil set at the center between sectored ferromagnetic plates. Since the magnetic field distribution between the two plates is expected to be almost the same as that created by toroidal field coils arrayed in a torus, the toroidal simulator may be expected to show almost the same magnetomechanical behavior as that of the full torus coils. To verify its validity experimentally, buckling and vibration tests were carried out in a liquid helium cryostat. In addition numerical analyses were performed for the magnetic field distribution to reveal its similarity and for the experimental results from the toroidal simulator to confirm its validity. Its validity is fully demonstrated in the present study.  相似文献
