Soft wheat grain samples of the same variety were obtained from a plot where the crop grew under natural conditions (control material) and from a plot where the crop was inoculated with Fusarium culmorum. The grain was ground and sieved with the finest fraction (a particle size less than 0.18 mm) of both materials being used for the preparation of samples in which the content of damaged constituent varied from zero to approximately 84%. Diffuse reflectance spectra of the absorbance from the blended samples were recorded in the 200-2500 nm spectral range and multivariate calibration PLS (Partial Least Squares) models were built within three spectral ranges: 200-2500, 200-1400 and 1400-2500 nm. Before modelling, several variants for spectra pre-processing were tried: multiple scatter correction, single and double differentiation, in all cases with and without centring. Single differentiation followed by centring was found to be the best method for spectra pre-processing in all spectral ranges. Very good calibration models were obtained for the whole and shorter wavelengths spectral ranges, allowing the detection of 1.50 and 0.76% of the content of scab-damaged constituent, respectively. Two-dimensional correlation spectroscopy applied to the set of spectra enabled the assignment of spectral bands and an analysis of changes in the chemical composition caused by scab damage. The aim of this work is to assess the possibility and usefulness of accessing geothermal energy from the existing production well, Jachowka K-2. Discussions of both, a heat flow transferred between a deposit and a heat carrier and a heat flow permeated through the barrier are presented. A computational model, was designed to determine the volume of a gained geothermal heat flux with the use of a double-pipe geothermal heat exchanger with the dead centre [12]. This paper presents a numerical analysis of a nonlinear elastic impacted rod. The geometrical relations, mechanical equilibrium equations are linear, while the constitutive relations are nonlinear. Computations are based on spectral methods generalized to include nonlinear cases. A recurrent variational spectral method is introduced in which a discretization of the space and time variables of a function is treated in the same way. The iterative weak solutions are defined. The domain of a function is divided along a wave front to account for a boundary condition for stresses given by the Heaviside function and to include a jump of stresses on the wave front. Moduli of D54S aluminum alloy are used in the computations. The results indicate that nonlinear displacements and stresses are greater than corresponding linear ones. 相似文献

A group of 103 patients were examined for radicular painful syndromes in lumbar discopathy and lumbar spondylosis. Fifty-eight were treated by placing them in spine-decompressing position, traction and therapeutic exercises. The group of 45 patients had additionally paravertebral blockade (steroid + a local anaesthetic). In the blockade group the therapeutic effects were better, with rapid reduction of acute pain, with wellbeing improvement and better comfort, which facilitated further stages of the treatment. This made possible shortening of hospital stay by 20%, on average, as compared with the group without blockade. In patients with shorter lasting radicular pains (below 2 months) the results after paravertebral blockade were significantly better than in cases with longer duration of pains (2-6 months). 相似文献

In anesthetized rats, tissue electrical admittance of the inner medulla (a measure of total ion concentration in the interstitium), medullary blood flow (laser Doppler technique), and renal clearances were measured simultaneously before and during i.v. infusion of glucagon at 110 and 330 ng.min-1.kg-1 body weight. Admittance increased modestly, 5.4% after a large glucagon dose (p < 0.01), whereas medullary blood flow was stable. Glomerular filtration rate increased transiently and then fell during high-dose glucagon infusion. The increase in tissue electrolyte (mostly NaCl) concentration in the medulla observed with stable medullary blood flow and decreasing glomerular filtration rate indicates that stimulation of NaCl reabsorption in the medullary ascending limb of Henle's loop by glucagon was the mechanism underlying augmentation of medullary ionic hypertonicity.
