Fine particles of photocatalytic anatase-type TiO2 prepared through hydrolysis of titanium-tetraisopropoxide were coated by carbon through their precipitation in poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) aqueous solution, followed by heat treatment at high temperatures of 400-1000 °C in a flow of high purity Ar. Without carbon coating, the phase transformation from anatase to rutile started above 600 °C, but it was suppressed up to 800 °C with carbon coating. Suppression of the phase transformation depended on the amount of carbon coated, apparent suppression being observed with carbon content above 5 mass%. The amount of carbon coated on anatase was controlled by changing the concentration of PVA in the solution. In order to have a carbon content of about 5 mass%, a PVA solution with more than 2 mass% had to be used.  相似文献

Laser pressure welding was conducted by changing the laser power and the roller pressure in the previous experiment. It was revealed that dissimilar metal welding of galvannealed steel and pure aluminium was feasible in a wide range of welding conditions. When the roller pressure was more than 1.96 kN at the laser powers equal to or less than 1400 W, the joint strengths were so high that the specimens in the tensile shear and the peel tests fractured in the A1050 parent metal.

In order to know the reason for such high strengths of joints with thick compound layers and the joining mechanism, the compound layer was observed by HR-transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The TEM observation results revealed that the main phase in the compound layer was the solid solution of Al + Zn. Moreover, the intermetallic compound was identified as FeAl, Fe2Al5, Fe4Al13 and Fe2Al5Zn0.4 phase by electron diffraction. The Fe3Zn10 (Γ phase) of Fe–Zn intermetallic compound was confirmed on a Fe base material. It is guessed that the joining areas were heated at a range of 782°C more than 665°C, a melting point of Al, by laser irradiation because the δlk phase aspect was not confirmed. Because the surfaces of A1050 and Zn plated layer were melted thinly, the layer was over 10 μm thicker. The reason for the production of high-strength joints with a relatively thick intermetallic compound layer was attributed to the formation of (Al + Zn) phase with finely dispersed intermetallic compounds.  相似文献

Dissimilar metal joints of galvannealed steel and commercially available pure aluminium (A1050) sheets were produced by changing the laser power and the roller pressure by the laser pressure welding method. In this method, the YAG laser beam was irradiated into a flare groove made by these dissimilar metal sheets. In addition, the laser beam was scanned at various frequencies and patterns through the lens using two-dimensional scanning mirrors. Then the sheets were pressed by the pressure rolls to be joined. The compound layers in the weld interface were observed by optical microscope, and the layer thicknesses were measured. The thicknesses were in the range of 7–20 μm. The mechanical properties of welded joints were evaluated by the tensile shear test and the peel test. In the tensile shear test, the strengths of the joints produced under the most welding conditions were so high that the fracture occurred through the base aluminium sheet. In the peel test of the specimens subjected to the laser beam of 1200–1400 W power under the roller pressure of 2.94 kN, the specimen fracture took place in the base aluminium sheet. Even if the compound layer was thick, high joint strength was obtained. Effective free energy for the solidification of the superfluid 4 He under pressure is presented. Since this free energy is a function of two parameters, the density change and the translational symmetry breaking parameter , it is expected to describe over both the superfluid phase and the solid phase.The experimentally established values below and equal to the melting pressure Pm are successfully reproducible by the free energy. For P>Pm, where the superfluid is metastable, the free energy predicts that the instability for should occur first and then accompanies. That is, -nucleation is essential for the solid nucleation in the superfluid 4 He.  相似文献

Combined GC/HPLC fingerprinting of petroleums and process streams derived therefrom gives detailed information on their constituents. The silica gel-heptane system affords separation into classes of hydrocarbons which, together with dual u.v. and R.I. modes of detection, gives abundant information on the composition of such samples. GC on a medium-efficiency SCOT column is used as a complementary technique only. Interpretations of HPLC chromatograms for samples ranging from gasolines to bitumens are given.  相似文献

Synapses in various neural preparations exhibit spike-timing-dependent plasticity (STDP) with a variety of learning window functions. The window functions determine the magnitude and the polarity of synaptic change according to the time difference of pre- and postsynaptic spikes. Numerical experiments revealed that STDP learning with a single-exponential window function resulted in a bimodal distribution of synaptic conductances as a consequence of competition between synapses. A slightly modified window function, however, resulted in a unimodal distribution rather than a bimodal distribution. Since various window functions have been observed in neural preparations, we develop a rigorous mathematical method to calculate the conductance distribution for any given window function. Our method is based on the Fokker-Planck equation to determine the conductance distribution and on the Ornstein-Uhlenbeck process to characterize the membrane potential fluctuations. Demonstrating that our method reproduces the known quantitative results of STDP learning, we apply the method to the type of STDP learning found recently in the CA1 region of the rat hippocampus. We find that this learning can result in nearly optimized competition between synapses. Meanwhile, we find that the type of STDP learning found in the cerebellum-like structure of electric fish can result in all-or-none synapses: either all the synaptic conductances are maximized, or none of them becomes significantly large. Our method also determines the window function that optimizes synaptic competition.  相似文献

Three-dimensional (3-D) nanostructures of gold catalysts supported on TiO2 were analysed by electron holography and high-resolution electron microscopy. The contact angle of the gold particle on TiO2 tended to be >90 degrees in the case of gold particles with a size (height) of >4 nm and it tended to be <90 degrees for gold particles with a height of <2 nm. The change in morphology increases the perimeter at the Au/TiO2 interface as the particle size decreases. This change in 3-D structure should be attributed to a change in electronic structure at the interface. It was found that electron holography enabled 3-D analysis at the atomic level and was effective for analysing nanostructured particles.  相似文献

Transformable multi-links aerial robots have great potentials in application relying on the transformable features to change its shape during the flight. Compared to traditional quadrotor robots, transformable multi-links robots are equipped with servo motor between links. To simplify the non-linear dynamic system, the previous work restricts the robot to transform in very slow speed so that the robot could be approximated as a quadrotor robot at each time point. However, tradeoff comes as the dynamic performance is given up. In this paper, we come up with a new framework combining of computationally efficient non-linear model predictive controller and motion primitive to optimize thrust force and joints trajectory of the multi-links aerial robot. Finally, we verify our framework with fast transformation motions and table tennis task which requires dynamic performance.  相似文献

The paper reports investigations on the application of anatase-phase TiO2 for the removal of azo dyes in a hybrid system coupling photocatalysis with direct contact membrane distillation (DCMD, MD). The process was conducted in a laboratory-scale installation equipped with a PP capillary module. The influence of reaction temperature and initial concentration of azo dyes on the effectiveness of their photodegradation was especially investigated. Two mono-azo dyes: Acid Red 18 (AR18) and Acid Yellow 36 (AY36) and one poly-azo dye, Direct Green 99 (DG99) were applied as model compounds. The increase of the reaction temperature from 313 to 333 K resulted in an improvement of the efficiency of photodecomposition of the dyes, as was found on the basis of changes of their masses in the feed solution. The comparison of the results obtained during photocatalysis alone and hybrid photocatalysis-MD process revealed that the reduction of feed volume in MD did not affect the photodegradation rate of the azo dyes. An improvement of the effectiveness of the degradation of dyes was obtained by an application of solutions with lower initial concentration (10 instead of 30 mg/dm3). Regardless of the process parameters applied, the product (distillate) was almost pure water with conductivity lower than 0.3 mS/m and pH above 5.2.  相似文献
