The process of co-hydrotreatment of straight-run diesel fraction (DF) and vegetable oil (VO) on Co(Ni)-PMo/Al2O3 catalysts prepared from H3PMo12O40 and cobalt (nickel) citrate has been studied. It has been shown that under conditions close to those in the industry, the complete conversion of fatty acid triglycerides (FATG) is achieved on the catalysts of both types to give an ultraclean hydrotreating product in a 97% yield and a cetane number of 5 points above that of the hydrotreating product of the DF alone. The degree of hydrodesulfurization (HDS) is reduced more significantly on the Co-PMo/Al2O3 catalyst than in the case of Ni-PMo/Al2O3. The catalysts are more susceptible to deactivation in the hydrotreating of the blended feedstock containing VO. The Co-PMo/Al2O3 sample is less stable than Ni-PMo/Al2O3. Examination of the spent catalysts by transmission electron microscopy has shown that the average particle length of the active phase of Co-PMo/Al2O3 increases, whereas this increment for Ni-PMo/Al2O3 is insignificant, indicating higher stability of particles of the NiMoS phase. Thus, the co-hydrotreating of petroleum fractions and vegetable oil is more reasonable to carry out on NiMo/Al2O3 catalysts.  相似文献

A barrier layer of undoped TiO2 was deposited on the Nb‐doped TiO2 electrode to suppress the recombination at the Nb‐doped TiO2/dye–electrolyte interface for highly efficient dye‐sensitized solar cells (DSCs). The Nb content in TiO2 was varied in a range of 0.7–3.5 mol% to modify the TiO2 energy‐band structure. Nb‐doped TiO2/dye interfaces were characterized by a combination of ultraviolet photoemission spectroscopy and optical absorption spectroscopy measurements, allowing the determination of the conduction band minimum (CBM) of the TiO2 electrode and the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital of the N719 dye. The lowering of TiO2 CBM by Nb doping induced the increase in short‐circuit current of DSCs. However, open‐circuit voltage and fill factor are decreased, and this result was ascribed to the enhanced recombination at the Nb‐doped TiO2/dye–electrolyte interface. The effect of doping on charge transport in DSCs was analyzed using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. We have shown that by introducing of TiO2 barrier layer, the Nb doping content, which results in DSC highest efficiency, can be increased because of the suppression of the dopant‐induced recombination. The energy conversion efficiency of the solar cells increased from 7.8% to 9.0% when undoped TiO2 electrode is replaced with electrode doped with 2.7 mol% of Nb because of the improvement of the electron injection and collection efficiencies. The correlation between the electronic structure of the TiO2 electrode, charge transfer characteristics, and photovoltaic parameters of DSCs is discussed. Photoluminescence and Raman spectra of thin germanium layers grown on silicon at a low temperature (250°C) have been studied. In structures of this kind, in contrast to those grown at high temperatures, luminescence from quantum wells is observed at germanium layer thicknesses exceeding ~9 monolayers (ML). With the development of misfit dislocations, the luminescence lines of quantum wells are shifted to higher energies and transverse optical (TO) phonons involved in the luminescence are confined to a quasi-2D germanium layer. Introduction of an additional relaxed Si0.95Ge0.05 layer into the multilayer Ge/Si structure leads to a substantial rise in the intensity and narrowing of the luminescence line associated with quantum dots (to 24 meV), which points to their significant ordering.  相似文献
