Conclusions 1.The transformation conditions (different cooling conditions) of the solid solution in the austenitic precipitation-hardening alloy KhN35VT strongly affect the strength and plastic characteristics in short-term and long-term tension. 2.Isothermal treatment with single-stage tempering increases the long-term plasticity 150\2-300% by comparison with the standard treatment and also increases the creep resistance and long-term strength, which is most notable at low stresses.In comparison with the same tempering after the standard treatment, two-stage tempering increases the plasticity and creep resistance by 200–300 and 200–500% respectively, while the long-term strenght remains at the same level or increases slightly. 3.After isothermal treatment with a low first tempering temperature (650\dgC) the impact strength after soaking at 650\dgC for 3500 h drops to approximately half its original value. With a high first tempering temperature (800\dgC) the impact strength decreases to a lesser extent-no lower than 6 kgm/cm2. 4.It was confirmed that in double tempering of austenitic steels the first tempering temperature has a notable effect on the properties. The population of transition states of friction-induced chemical processes and similar thermo-induced reactions is analyzed. Friction is shown to be a unique natural phenomenon that involves the occurrence of highly inverse transition states of chemical interaction between contact material particles, as opposed to thermally populated transition states analogous in terms of the energy level of the reactions. It is found that in evaluating the population of transition states of mechano- and thermoactivated reactions, the specific chemical interactions do not matter and only the energies of the transition states of the thermo- and mechanoactivated processes are of importance.  相似文献

Summary It is clearly shown that nonporous iron-manganese-copper alloys can be produced by infiltrating an iron-manganese matrix with copper or copper alloys.Additional data have been obtained on the effectiveness of copper, a copper-manganese master alloy, and brass as infiltrating materials; the feasibility of producing a nonporous iron-manganese alloy free from oxide inclusions is demonstrated.Data are presented on the formation of iron-manganese-copper alloys with different manganese contents during infiltration with copper and copper-manganese master alloys, under different infiltration conditions.The extent of phase interaction during infiltration and the condition of boundaries in alloys produced under different infiltration conditions have been investigated.  相似文献
