The memory effects in the structure: (Ba Sr) TiO3 film-silicon single crystal have been studied, It is shown that for explaining them it is necessary to take into account both the natural unipolarity of (Ba, Sr) TiO3 film and the injection of carriers from Si. In terms of the results obtained a conclusion has been made on the possibility of using such structures as currentless cells memory for long-term storage of information.  相似文献

The effect of the electrostatic field on hydrogen absorption is experimentally studied for the case of AB5-type intermetallic compound LaNi4.4Al0.3Fe0.3 with low equilibrium pressure. Experimental facility contained control and measurement system for PCT-isotherms and a non-conductive polymer vessel immersed in a bath of a thermostat with transformer oil. The test sample with 100 g of the activated alloy powder was used. Electrostatic field was created between a copper tube, which simultaneously served as a hydrogen inlet, connected to a high voltage source and a grounded nickel plate rolled in the form of a cylinder around the outer wall of the vessel. The electrodes were arranged coaxially, the maximum voltage on the internal electrode was 15 kV. The high voltage source also allowed changing the polarity on the internal electrode.It was found that the electrostatic field had no effect on the already established equilibrium in the hydrogen-alloy system at a voltage at the electrode up to 15 kV, regardless of the polarity. However, the process of hydrogen absorption is noticeably slowed down when a voltage of up to 15 kV with negative polarity is applied to the internal electrode, and the effect increases with increasing voltage. At a voltage of 15 kV and the positive polarity of the internal electrode, there was no noticeable effect on the hydrogen absorption process.  相似文献

We present a new type of piezoelectric nanopositioner called KoalaDrive which can have a diameter less than 2.5 mm and a length smaller than 10 mm. The new operating principle provides a smooth travel sequence and avoids shaking which is intrinsic to nanopositioners based on inertial motion with sawtooth driving signals. In scanning probe microscopy, the KoalaDrive can be used for the coarse approach of the tip or sensor towards the sample. Inserting the KoalaDrive in a piezo tube for xyz-scanning integrates a complete scanning tunneling microscope (STM) inside a 4 mm outer diameter piezo tube of <10 mm length. The use of the KoalaDrive makes the scanning probe microscopy design ultracompact and accordingly leads to a high mechanical stability. The drive is UHV, low temperature, and magnetic field compatible. The compactness of the KoalaDrive allows building a multi-tip STM as small as a single tip STM.  相似文献

In this work, a new hybridization of superconducting and ferromagnetic orders is demonstrated, promising for magnonics. By measuring the ferromagnetic and spin wave resonance absorption spectra of a magnetostatically coupled permalloy/niobium bilayer at different temperatures, magnetostatic spin wave resonances with unconventional dispersion are observed. The mechanism behind the modified dispersion, confirmed with micromagnetic simulations, implies screening of the alternating magnetostatic stray fields of precessing magnetic moments in the ferromagnetic layer by the superconducting surface in the Meissner state.  相似文献

Heterostructures of strongly correlated oxides demonstrate various intriguing and potentially useful interfacial phenomena. LaMnO3/SrMnO3 superlattices are presented showcasing a new high‐temperature ferromagnetic phase with Curie temperature, TC ≈360 K, caused by electron transfer from the surface of the LaMnO3 donor layer into the neighboring SrMnO3 acceptor layer. As a result, the SrMnO3 (top)/LaMnO3 (bottom) interface shows an enhancement of the magnetization as depth‐profiled by polarized neutron reflectometry. The length scale of charge transfer, λTF ≈2 unit cells, is obtained from in situ growth monitoring by optical ellipsometry, supported by optical simulations, and further confirmed by high resolution electron microscopy and spectroscopy. A model of the inhomogeneous distribution of electron density in LaMnO3/SrMnO3 layers along the growth direction is concluded to account for a complex interplay between ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic layers in superlattices.  相似文献
