社会主义市场经济条件下企业经营者年薪制的建立，使经营者的收入与经营成果紧密相联，责权利一致，是现代企业制度的要求，体现了“按劳分配，多劳多得”的社会主义分配原则。企业在实行经营者年薪制时应明确基薪标准和效益收入，完善各项管理考核制度，建立起良好的激励机制。     

Enhancement of modulation bandwidth of laser diodes by injection locking

In this letter, we suggest a new method for significantly enhancing the intrinsic bandwidth of a laser diode through the use of an injection locking technique. Our analysis shows that for moderate and high-injection levels, the bandwidth of a laser diode can be increased to several times its free-running bandwidth.     

Influence of age on serum prostate specific antigen concentration

322 men who had not prostatic diseases were selected at random for defining the characteristics of serum prostate specific antigen (PSA) in order to use PSA more appropriately in detecting clinically significant prostate cancer. The serum PSA concentration is correlated with patient age (r = 0.301; P < 0.0001), PSA is increased with age. The recommended upper limits (mean +2 standard deviations) for serum PSA for men aged 20-49 years was 2.71 ng/ml; for 50-59 years, 5.01ng/ml; for 60-69 years, 6.05 ng/ml; and for greater than or equal to 70 years, 7.92 ng/ml. Our findings led to proposals for using age-specific PSA reference range instead of a single reference range for men of all age groups. These age-specific reference ranges have the potential to increase the specificity of using PSA for detecting prostate cancer.     

Direct imaging of a high-power diode laser cavity using a transparent indium-tin-oxide (ITO) contact

We describe a novel "see-through" indium-tin-oxide contact on the n-side of a high power unstable resonator semiconductor laser (URSL) that allows direct observation of the cavity during high power operation. Under optimized annealing conditions this transparent ITO contact has a low enough specific contact resistivity to permit normal high power CW operation of the URSL and allows the observation of filamentation. This contact scheme is applicable to a wide range of semiconductor lasers and is especially appropriate for high power devices. The same structure can also be used to obtain a 2-D thermal map of the laser cavity.     

Effects of oxide additives on sheet resistance of W thick-film conductor

A multilayer AIN-W cofired body has been developed using the pressless sintering technique. Effects of additives, such as Y₂O₃, CaO, La₂O₃, MgO, Al₂O₃ and SiO₂, on the sheet resistance of W conductor were studied. The sheet resistance of the W conductor increases with increasing additives in the W paste. However, the oxides can be divided into two groups. The effect of the first group on sheet resistance is different from that of the second group.     

在高速气流粉碎作用下PVC的力化学降解及形态变化的研究

通过ＧＰＴ、ＦＴ－ＩＲ、ＳＥＭ和力学性能测试，研究了在高速气流作用下聚氯乙烯（ＰＶＣ）的力化学降解反应、颗粒形态和微晶结构变化及其对ＰＶＣ物理、力学性能的影响。实验结果表明，经过高速气流处理ＰＶＣ，分子量将有所降低，晶体结构发生变化，颗粒尺寸和表观密度降低，比表面积增大，加工性能和力学性能得到明显改善。     

提高16Mn连铸坯控轧合格率

１６Ｍｎ连涛坯进行控轧时，按铸坯碳当量的上限和下限，分别采用两种不同的控轧制度。在邯钢中板分厂试轧的结果，轧材合格率均达到９６％以上，投产后轧材合格率达到９８％以上。
