Crystal structure, and electrical conducting and magnetic properties of a radical cation salt of EDO-TTFVODS with magnetic FeCl4? ion, (EDO-TTFVODS)2FeCl4 (EDO-TTFVODS = ethylenedioxytetrathiafulvalenoquinone-1,3-diselenolemethide) are reported. In this salt, there are two independent donor molecules formed two different layers A and B, and the counter FeCl4? ions layer is sandwiched between two donor layers A and B along the b-axis. The donor molecules form the one-dimensional columns along the a-axis in both donor layers. This salt shows high conductivity at room temperature (σRT = 25 S cm?1) and a metallic behavior down to ca. 80 K, where a metal–insulator transition however occurs. The magnetic susceptibility obeys a Curie–Weiss law (Curie constant C = 4.42 emu K mol?1 and Weiss temperature Θ = ?1.5 K), without any magnetic ordering down to 1.8 K. This result suggests the weak antiferromagnetic interaction between the d spins of FeCl4? ions.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The aim of this study was to evaluate the potential of an in situ gelling pectin formulation as a vehicle for the oral sustained delivery of theophylline and cimetidine. In vitro studies demonstrated diffusion-controlled release of theophylline from 1, 1.5, and 2% w/v pectin gels. Release of this drug from 1.5% w/v pectin gels formed in situ in rabbit stomach was sustained over a period of 12 hours giving a theophylline bioavailability some seven fold higher than when administered from a commercial syrup. In contrast, interactions between cimetidine and pectin led to weak gelation of the pectin sols that prevented any meaningful determination of in vitro release characteristics. Similarly, in vivo release profiles from pectin formulations containing cimetidine were similar to that from a solution of this drug in buffer, indicative of weak gelation. Examination of the content of the rabbit stomach 5 hours after administration of 1.5% w/v pectin sols containing drug confirmed gel formation, but gels containing cimetidine were noticeably softer than those containing theophylline.  相似文献

This paper reports the pump and probe experiment for in situ reflectivity measurements in the femtosecond laser ablation that brings about nanoscale modification of diamond-like carbon (DLC) film. The characteristic reflectivity changes observed demonstrate that the formation of periodic nanostructure is preceded by a change in bonding structure of DLC in the ablation at low fluences. We have observed a coherent nonlinear wave-mixing signal that can resolve the ultrafast interaction processes for the nanoscale modification on the film surface. Based on the results obtained, a model of the interaction process is proposed.  相似文献

A partial nickel plating method was developed by using the organic gel electrolyte. The gel electrolyte was made from polyvinylchloride as a gelling agent and tetrahydrofuran as an organic solvent. The suitable conditions for nickel plating were investigated by the measurements of polarization curve and electrochemical impedance. The pattern electroplating using thin layer of gel electrolyte was carried out on the copper substrate. The substrate surface could be plated by nickel with high uniformity and sharp edge line. Disposition of low-level radioactive wastes has been performed in supercritical water with RuO2 as a catalyst without the addition of any oxidizing materials. These wastes arose from nuclear power plants etc., constituting of nonflammable organic materials, such as fire resistant sheeting and rubber gloves. We investigated the distribution behavior of iron and cobalt attached to nonflammable organic materials, in solid, liquid and gas phases during the decomposition of this method. The distributions of these elements under various conditions (initial amounts) were determined by using their radioisotopes as simulated low-level radioactive wastes in order to ease the detection of trace amounts of elements even in solid and gas phases. Iron and cobalt were found only in the solid phase when non-radioactive iron hydroxide was added as a precipitation reagent before the supercritical-water reaction.  相似文献

The daily variation in an intensity of kaolin-induced writhing reaction was examined in mice kept under conditions of light; 07:00 - 19:00 and dark; 19:00 - 07:00. The number of writhes was counted for 30 minutes after a single intraperitoneal injection of kaolin at 00:00, 02:00, 04:00, 06:00, 08:00, 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00, 18:00, 20:00 and 22:00. The number of writhes showed a daily variation with a peak at 18:00 and a trough at 06:00. The intensity of writhing reaction was significantly reduced by pretreatment with the bradykinin B1 (Des-Arg9-[Leu8]-BK) and B2 (icatibant) receptor antagonists. Significant daily variation in this parameter was still observed in the group with the B1 antagonist, but disappeared in the B2 antagonist-treated group. These results suggest that the kaolin-induced writhing reaction shows the daily variation with a peak at the end of the resting period and a trough at the end of the active period. The B2 receptor mediated stimuli appears to be involved in this phenomenon.  相似文献

Some tetracycline (TC) antibiotics, including TC and anhydrotetracycline, have been found to enhance specific binding of low density lipoprotein (LDL) to both LDL receptor-positive and-negative cells at relatively higher concentrations. When incubated at 37°C, the ability of LDL receptor-negative human fibroblasts to bind 125I-LDL was increased from<2 to 45 ng/mg by 170 μM TC. In normal human fibroblasts and Hep G2 cells, 125I-LDL binding was elevated 1.4- to 2-fold by 113 μM TC. The 125I-LDL binding in the presence of TC was diminished by both heparin and EDTA. The enhancement by TC was not observed when 125I-LDL binding was assayed at 4°C. TC enhanced LDL binding to paraformaldehyde-fixed Hep G2 cells, excluding LDL receptor induction in the mechanism. These results demonstrated that TC enhanced cellular LDL binding through a process not involving functional LDL receptors.  相似文献

XPS (X-ray photoemission spectroscopy) and IR (infrared) analyses of poly(3-methylthienylene) films, electrochemically or chemically redoped0 with various chemical species at varying doping levels, have been investigated. On the basis of these results, the major chemical species of dopants have been identified. As a results, the dopant content was determined and the poly(3-methylthienylene) films were classified as light or heavy by doping level. The conductivity ranged from about 10?12 to 102 S cm?1 for all the films investigated. The conductivity and the activation energy of conduction for the heavily-doped films vary as a function of the dopant content, independent of the different chemical species of dopants. In particular, a sudden change is observed in the dependence of activation energy on dopant content. This sudden change may be associated with the semi-conductor-metal transition. Furthermore, it is shown that the specific absorption bands in the infrared are induced by the doping, intensified with increasing dopant uptake and accompanied by an increase in conductivity.  相似文献

Effects of various light guides on energy resolution, position dependence of the output pulse and the hadron suppression factor were studied for a high density lead glass counter with particles of energies between 1 GeV and 16 GeV. The best hadron suppression factor was obtained for a configuration with a plastic light guide and a short wave cutoff filter at little expense to energy resolution. The energy resolution is worse at high energy and is dependent on the hit position of an incident particle for a BK7 light guide.  相似文献
