一种前放分离式中子测量系统设计与测试

设计了一种前置放大器与探测器分离的中子测量系统,该测量系统将耐辐照性较差的电子学电路与探测器组件分离,通过同轴电缆远距离连接。测试结果显示,该中子测量系统相对固有误差≤8.6%,对Am-Be源与²⁵²Cf源相对响应之差为9%,性能满足设计要求。     

Effect of solid lubricant silicone powder on the fluidity and properties of polyarylene ether nitrile nanocomposite

Improving the processing performance of polymers is an eternal topic in the polymer field. As a processing aid, solid lubricants improve the shortcomings of liquid lubricants that are easy to migrate. In this work, silicone powder was introduced into polyarylene ether nitrile (PEN)/multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) composites as a solid lubricant to improve the flowability and processability. Firstly, the effects of silicone powder and MWCNTs on the mechanical properties, thermal properties, dielectric properties and rheological properties of the composites were investigated. The experimental results show that the fluidity of the composites is improved obviously by adding silicone powder. In addition, a comparative experiment was carried out. Compared with PEN/MWCNTs composites, PEN/silicone powder/MWCNTs composites have better processing properties and dielectric properties. The complex viscosity is 308.1 at 10² Hz and the dielectric constant is 1?×?10⁵ at 10³ Hz. Therefore, silicone powder is of great research value as a solid lubricant in the field of polymer-based functional materials.

     

利用底吹熔炼技术处理含铜贵多基固废物料

利用底吹熔炼炉对原料适应性强的特点，对底吹熔炼技术处理含铜多基固废及高含镍铂钯物料的工艺控制过程进行研究，摸索最佳工艺控制参数，并探索Au、Ag、Pt、Pd等贵金属元素及伴生杂质元素在铜锍中的富集情况，形成了底吹炉系统处理含铜多基固废和高含镍铂钯物料高效回收贵金属的技术，为提高铜冶炼系统处理杂料量和盈利能力提供技术保障。     

基于公共健康的开发控制研究

回顾现代开发控制的起源、建立与发展，梳理了现代开发控制的制度框架，指出开发控制通过四种方式促进公共卫生与健康：规划法规建筑条例控制，城市规划与用地布局引导，行政许可提前干预，协议性条件的应用。然后，对比国外现有的实践与理论，分析我国现有开发控制制度的困境并提出了优化建议：一是完善与公共卫生相关的城乡规划管理条例和建筑条例；二是提出“卫生约”的理念，并据此调整规划的编制技术体系；三是提出“建筑使用”许可制度；四是优化土地出让及规划许可条件。

城区建筑物的在轨热异常检测提取

城市区域是十分典型的不均匀区域，其地表类型复杂，温度变化快，研究城区建筑物的在轨热异常检测提取是一项非常具有挑战性的任务。基于LANDSAT影像，探究了一种城区建筑物的在轨热异常检测提取方法。首先基于多指数特征和几何特征对建筑物进行自动提取；然后采用单通道算法反演建筑物的温度；最后根据反演结果完成建筑物的在轨热异常检测提取。选取武汉地区对该算法进行建筑物热异常检测应用，并以ASTER官方地表温度为参考，对多个异常检测点进行了温度反演精确度评价。实验表明，本文的方法能够准确提取城区建筑物目标，其目标温度反演均方根误差优于3 K，是一种有效的城区建筑物在轨热异常检测提取方法。     

An information dissemination model of product quality and safety based on scale-free networks

In the small-world model, information nodes’ positions are relatively ordered. However, information dissemination between nodes is unordered on the Internet. In this study, a product quality and safety information dissemination model on the Internet is proposed in terms of the characteristics of the scale-free model in the complex network. Using the simulation tests, we found that the information diffusion rate will speed up and the time needed for the system to reach the equilibrium will shorten when the spontaneous dissemination coefficient increases. Additionally, the scope of information coverage also increases as the system’s size increases. However, the time of information diffusion needed to cover the maximum area does not change with the system’s size. The media’s influence has also been found to have an effect on the information dissemination.
