Conductive Hierarchical Hairy Fibers for Highly Sensitive,Stretchable, and Water‐Resistant Multimodal Gesture‐Distinguishable Sensor,VR Applications

Conductive fibers, which are highly adaptable to the morphologies of the human body, are attractive for the development of wearable systems, smart clothing, and textronics to detect various biological signals and human motions. A fiber‐based conductive sensor interconnected with hierarchical microhairy architectures, exhibiting remarkable stretchability (<200%) and sensitivity for various stimuli (pressure, stretching, and bending), is developed. For distinguishability of multiple gestures, two hierarchical hairy conductive fibers are twisted to fabricate a fiber‐type sensor, which monitors distinct waveforms of electrical signals retrieved from pressure, stretching, and bending. This sensor is highly robust under repeated appliances of external stimuli over multiple cyclic tests of various modes (<2200 cycles for each stimulus). Upon formation of a self‐assembled monolayer, it exhibits stable performance even under wet conditions. For practical applications, this sensor can be weaved into a smart glove to demonstrate a pressure and gesture‐discernible wearable controller for virtual reality (VR) interface, shedding light on advances in wearable electronics with medical and healthcare functionalities and VR systems.

Client Puzzle协议在防御资源耗尽型DoS攻击中的应用

文章在研究现有的被动式Client Puzzle协议(CPP)对防御资源耗尽型DoS攻击的基础上,结合分类服务的基本思想,在应用层提出了一个基于主动式CPP协议的HTTP请求分类服务系统模型(CPPWQ)。在对模型的分析和设计基础上,给出了它的一个实现原型,并在局域网条件下对原型系统的性能进行了测试和分析,验证了模型在防御资源耗尽型DoS攻击中的应用效果。     

Room-temperature tests of an optical transducer for resonant gravitational wave detectors

A two-oscillator transducer incorporating a laser-illuminated Fabry-Perot cavity with a finesse of 77,500 and a power dissipation of 1.2 μW was tested at room temperature. The energy of the last resonator with a mass of 1.25 g was measured to be k(B)T within 8%, and no back action from the sensor could be detected. The lowest value of the noise measured away from resonance was 1.0 × 10(-15)m/√Hz, and the electronic noise was 3.2 × 10(-17) m/√Hz. That transducer is designed for a 2400-kg gravitational wave antenna operating at cryogenic temperatures. At 4.2 K and for mechanical quality factors of 3 × 10(6), the measured thermal and electronic noise levels would translate into a sensitivity in h equal to 7.0 × 10 (-19) and 1.5 × 10(-19), respectively.     

MSnO_3和MSn_（0．5）Zr_（0．5）O_3（M＝Sr，Ba）的水热合

本文利用水热合成方法对ＭＳｎＯ３和ＭＳｎ（０．５）Ｚｒ（０．５）Ｏ３（Ｍ＝Ｓｒ，Ｂａ）的合成进行了研究，并采用ＸＲＤ、ＳＥＭ和ＩＣＰ等方法对产物进行了表征，结果表明：在Ｍ（ＯＨ）２－ＳｎＯ２（或ＳｎＯ２＋ＺｒＯ２）－ＫＯＨ体系中，当ＫＯＨ／Ｓｎ和ＫＯＨ／（Ｓｎ＋Ｚｒ）≥３０时，２６０℃下晶化５～７天，可获得ＭＳｎＯ３和ＭＳｎ（０．５）Ｚｒ（０．５）Ｏ３纯相，在Ｍ（ＯＨ）２－（ＳｎＯ２＋ＺｒＯ２）－ＫＯＨ－Ｈ２Ｏ体系中，可通过控制介质碱度来获得ＭＳｎＯ３＋ＭＺｒＯ３混合物和ＭＳｎ（０．５）Ｚｒ（０．５）Ｏ３，并根据合成规律初步探讨了反应过程．     

Low-firing of BiSbO4 microwave dielectric ceramic with V2O5–CuO addition

Effects of 1.0 wt.% V₂O₅–CuO mixture addition on the sintering behavior, phase composition and microwave dielectric properties of BiSbO₄ ceramics have been investigated. BiSbO₄ ceramics can be well densified below temperature about 930 °C with 1.0 wt.% V₂O₅–CuO mixtures addition with different ratios of CuO to V₂O₅. The formation of BiVO₄ phase and substitution of Cu²⁺ can explain the decrease of sintering temperature. Dense BiSbO₄ ceramics sintered at 930 °C for 2 h exhibited good microwave dielectric properties with permittivity between 19 and 20.5, Qf values between 19,000 and 40,000 GHz and temperature coefficient of resonant frequency shifting between ?71.5 ppm °C^?1 and ?77.8 ppm °C^?1. BiSbO₄ ceramics could be a candidate for microwave application and low temperature co-fired ceramics technology.     

从城市空间优化角度思考“城中村”改造——以张家边“城中村”改造为例

张家边村位于中山市主城区与火炬开发区之间,其改选应从城市空间优化角度出发,形成“一心，四轴，六组团”的总体布局和“两环、四开道”的路网结构，置换用地功能，高速公共设施，强化以两个山体绿地为重要节点的绿化景观系统，以求带入整个城市体系中，发挥城市功能。     

Interfacial reaction during fabricating of full Cu3Sn joints in microelectronic packaging

Two copper substrates electroplated with Sn, both consisted of Cu/Sn?+?Sn/Cu structures, but they were bonded over different times in order to investigate the interfacial reaction. The growth morphologies of Cu₆Sn₅ and Cu₃Sn were analysed, respectively. The growth mechanisms for Cu₆Sn₅ and Cu₃Sn were investigated. The results show that the growth of Cu₆Sn₅ is primarily controlled by grain boundary-diffusion. However, the growth Cu₃Sn is controlled by the reaction of Cu-Cu₆Sn₅ at the beginning of the reaction, and then controlled by volume-diffusion as the thickness of the Cu₃Sn layer increases.
