STUDY ON PHASE PERCEPTION IN SPEECH

The perceptual effect of the phase information in speech has been studied by auditory subjective tests. On the condition that the phase spectrum in speech is changed while amplitude spectrum is unchanged, the tests show that: (1) If the envelop of the reconstructed speech signal is unchanged, there is indistinctive auditory perception between the original speech and the reconstructed speech; (2) The auditory perception effect of the reconstructed speech mainly lies on the amplitude of the derivative of the additive phase; (3) td is the maximum relative time shift between different frequency components of the reconstructed speech signal. The speech quality is excellent while td <10ms; good while 10ms< td <20ms; common while 20ms< td <35ms, and poor while td >35ms.     

Selective hydrogenation of oleic acid to 9-octadecen-1-ol: Catalyst preparation and optimum reaction conditions

A new catalyst, ruthenium-tin-alumina is found to selectively hydrogenate oleic acid to 9-octadecen-1-ol (oleyl + elaidyl alcohol) at low pressure with high yield. Catalyst preparation methods, catalyst raw materials and activation conditions have a significant effect on the activity of the catalyst. The optimum atomic ratio of ruthenium to tin is about 1:2. Catalyst prepared by an improved sol-gel method shows higher activity and selectivity than catalysts prepared by impregnation and coprecipitation methods. Chloride is found to have a negative effect on catalytic activity. The best catalyst is prepared from chloride-free ruthenium and tin raw materials. Under the optimum reaction conditions of 250°C and 5.6 MPa, the selectivities for 9-octadecen-1-ol and total alcohol (9-octadecen-1-ol + stearyl alcohol) formation are 80.9% and 97%, respectively, at a conversion of 81.3%.

半导体激光器用铷D2线光电流谱稳频

本文报导了用铷原子７８００Ａ光电流谱来稳定半导体激光器的工作，在光电流谱线的中部发现了有利于稳频的凹陷，将半导体激光器频率锁定在凹陷的中央，估算的频率稳定度为１ＭＨｚ。     

微波介质谐振器介电参数的测量

本文讨论了微波介质谐振器介电参数测试技术。用研制的测试装置对多个介质样品进行了实测，结果表明，本文的分析与实际值是吻合的。该测试技术可对微波介质谐振器的复介电常数进行迅速、准确、可靠、宽频带、无损伤、自动化和批量检测，具有较强的实用性。     

Synchronized chaotic optical communications at high bit rates

Basic issues regarding synchronized chaotic optical communications at high bit rates using semiconductor lasers are considered. Recent experimental results on broadband, high-frequency, phase-locked chaos synchronization, and message encoding-decoding at 2.5 Gb/s are presented. System performance at a bit rate of 10 Gb/s is numerically studied for the application of three encryption schemes, namely chaos shift keying, chaos masking, and additive chaos modulation, to three chaotic semiconductor laser systems, namely the optical injection system, the optical feedback system, and the optoelectronic feedback system. By causing synchronization error in the forms of synchronization deviation and desynchronization bursts, the channel noise and the laser noise both have significant effects on the system performance at high bit rates. Among the three laser systems, the optoelectronic feedback system has the best performance while the optical feedback system has the worst. Among the three encryption schemes, only the performance of additive chaos modulation with low-noise lasers is acceptable at high bit rates.     

生物超微弱发光的光子计数成象方法

介绍了我们研制和设计的用于测量生物超微弱发光的光子计数成象系统，包括光子成象头，高帧频ＣＣＤ摄象机，图象采集系统和计算机，可以定量地探测出生物的发光强度分布 ，还能够显示出其发光的图象，确定发光的形状和位置，本系统的信噪比为１０：１，最小探测功率达１０＾－１６Ｗ，灵敏度高，动态范围大。     

45号钢二次枝晶臂间距与冷却速度的关系

本文利用可控平均冷却速度的单向凝固实验炉测定了４５号钢在不同平均冷却速度下的冷却曲线，由此得到其在凝固期间的平均冷却速度Ｒ，相应地测量了不同平均冷却速度下试样的二次枝晶臂间距Ｓ２，通过回归，得到了如下关系式：Ｓ２＝７２７Ｒ－０．４１，并将引式成功地应用于实际生产中。     

锻热淬火工艺对工具钢碳化物粒度的影响

研究了锻热淬火工艺对Ｔ１０钢和ＧＣｒ１５钢碳化物技度的影响。结果表明，碳化物粒度随变形量的增大而细化；终锻温度在高于碳化物析出的温度范围内变化，其碳化物粒度都同样细小；终锻温度不宜过低，否则将使碳化物变粗。
