DNA/lipid complex organogel with shape‐memory behavior

DNA and amphiphilic N,N,N‐trimethyl‐N‐hexadecylammonium bromide (THAB) were stoichiometrically mixed together to produce a DNA–lipid complex, which was dissolved in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) at 65°C and then crosslinked with isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI). The obtained organogel swelled reversibly in DMSO, responding to the variation of temperature. Interestingly, we observed that the gel exhibited a temperature‐dependent shape‐memory behavior. Above 65°C, whatever the shape the gel was deformed to, it could retain the new shape as the temperature was decreased to room temperature, while, when the gel was heated to 65°C again, it could recover its initial shape. The shape‐memory characteristic is supposedly originated from the transition between the close‐packed and the destroyed DNA/lipid conformation. The elastic urethane crosslinking bonds between base‐pair sites act as a fixing phase. The gel holds promise in its application as a gentle actuator. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 3mm波段极近距离雷达

提出一种极近距离雷达概念，并导出其作用距离公式，在此基础上研制出一台３ｍｍ波段极近距离多普勒雷达样机．试验结果表明该雷达结构简单，成本低廉，在作用距离为零点几米至几米范围内可获得较高的定距精度．     

内燃机车曲轴中频淬火过程的数值模拟

借助 ANSYS大型有限元分析软件 ,实现了 16 V2 4 0曲轴淬火过程的计算机模拟 ,模拟结果可直观地显示出任一时刻曲轴表面及内部的温度分布、冷却曲线以及淬火结束后的残余应力分布 ,并能预测淬硬层深度。同时对比了轴颈内圆角处进行淬火和不进行淬火两种工艺的效果 ,为现场提供了用虚拟现实方法详尽分析和研究淬火工艺的工具。

Pd-Ge contact to n-GaAs with the TiW diffusion barrier

Pd-Ge based ohmic contact to n-GaAs with a TiW diffusion barrier was investigated. Electrical analysis as well as Auger electron spectroscopy and the scanning electron microscopy were used to study the contact after it was subjected to different furnace and rapid thermal annealing and different aging steps. All analyses show that TiW can act as a good barrier metal for the Au/Ge/Pd/n-GaAs contact system. A value of 1.45 × 10⁻⁶ Ω-cm² for the specific contact resistance was obtained for the Au/TiW/Ge/Pd/n-GaAs contact after it was rapid thermally annealed at 425°C for 90 s. It can withstand a thermal aging at 350°C for 40 h with its ρ_c increasing to 2.94 × 10⁻⁶Ω-cm² and for an aging at 410°C for 40 h with its ρ_c increasing to 1.38 × 10⁻⁵ Ω-cm².     

Preparation and characterization of polyurethane microcapsules containing n‐octadecane with styrene‐maleic anhydride as a surfactant by interfacial polycondensation

A series of polyurethane microcapsules containing a phase change material (PCM) of n‐octadecane was successfully synthesized by an interfacial polymerization in aqueous styrene‐maleic anhydride (SMA) dispersion with diethylene triamine (DETA) as a chain extender reacting with toluene‐2,4‐diisocyanate (TDI). The average diameter of microPCMs is in the range of 5–10 μm under the stirring speed of 3000–4000 rpm. Optical and SEM morphologies of microPCMs had ensured that the shell was regularly fabricated with the influence of SMA. FTIR results confirmed that the shell material was polyurethane and the SMA chains associated on core material reacted with TDI forming a part of shell material. The shell thickness was decreasing in the range of 0.31–0.55 μm with the molar ratio of DETA/TDI from 0.84 to 1.35 and the weight of core material increasing from 40 to 80% (wt %). By controlling the weight ratio of PCM as 40, 50, 60, 70, and 80% in microPCMs, it was found using DSC that the T_m and T_c of microPCMs were in the range of 29.8–31.0^oC and 21.1–22.0°C and an obvious phase change had been achieved nearly the same temperature range of that of PCM. The results from release curves of microPCM samples prepared by 1.4, 1.7, and 2.0 g of SMA indicated the release properties were affected by the amount of the dispersant, which attributed to the emulsion effect and shell polymerization structure. The above results suggest that the shell structure of microPCMs can be controlled and the properties of microPCMs determined by shell will perform proper practical usage. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 压裂后裂缝的导流能力直接关系着压裂缝的渗流能力，是客观评价压裂效果的重要指标之一。文章介绍了基于AT89C52单片机的导流能力测试系统的系统要求、测试原理以及其设计方案，阐述了各个测控通道，给出了测控系统电路方框图。     

Induction of immune tolerance with heart-thymus composite allotransplantation in rats

Objective To study on the role of thymus transplantation for heart allograft in rats. Methods Vascularized heart-thymus combined transplantation was performed with microsurgical technique. Graft survival, histopathology, level of IL-2, IL-4 and its mRNA expression in serum and cardiac grafts were investigated. Results Heart-thymus combined transplantation achieved effect in the prolongation of cardiac graft survival with short-term administration of cyclosporine. Conclusions Vascularized thymus transplantation induced immune tolerance in thymectomized rats.
