Characteristics of Milk Powders Produced by Spray Freeze Drying

Skim and whole milk powders were manufactured at lab scale by spray freeze drying (SFD), using liquid nitrogen as the cryogen. The polydispersity of droplet/particle sizes was limited using an encapsulator nozzle to atomize the feed. Particle morphology was examined using a scanning electron microscope. Samples were compared with equivalent spray-dried powders in tests of wettability and dissolution in water. The spray freeze-dried powders were found to be highly porous, with a uniform structure of pores throughout the entire particles. When tested in water, SFD skim milk powders wetted roughly three times as fast as industrially spray-dried agglomerated skim milk powders and were observed to dissolve rapidly by breaking down into smaller particles.     

Ionothermal synthesis of a three-dimensional zinc phosphate with DFT topology using unstable deep-eutectic solvent as template-delivery agent

A three-dimensional zinc phosphate compound with DFT topology, designated as ZnPO₄-EU1, has been synthesized by an ionothermal approach from the system HF-ZnO–P₂O₅-choline chloride-imidazolidone. Ethylenediamine, derived from decomposition of the imidazolidone component of the deep-eutectic solvent (DES) itself, is delivered to the synthesis and serves as an appropriate template for ZnPO₄-EU1. Experiments in which the synthesis conditions were varied showed that ZnPO₄-EU1 may be prepared over a wide molar ratio of P/Zn = 0.55–13.0. Powder X-ray diffraction patterns have been obtained at intervals to track the crystallization process of this material. The experimental data show that Zn₃(PO₄)₂ · 4H₂O (a dense phase) was first isolated from the DES after reaction for 1 h. Subsequently, the pure phase of ZnPO₄-EU1 was obtained with increasing crystallization time from 12 h to 72 h. The experimental results show that the nucleation and crystallization take place with relatively low levels of solvent degradation, demonstrating that zinc phosphate with a three-dimensional framework can be synthesized by in situ generation of an appropriate template using an unstable DES at high temperatures (150–200 °C).     

多测井曲线的综合处理合成

测井曲线是地质分层的基础，但在利用单一测井曲线解决复杂地质问题时也存在多解性和局限性。为克服多解性，人们采用多种测井曲线进行地质分层，提高了分层的精度。本文在此基础上提出把多条曲线分别赋予不同的加权因子，然后进行归一化处理，形成一条标准综合参数测井曲线。此综合参数曲线突出了所选的多条测井曲线的公共信息，减少或削弱了单一测井曲线中的偶然误差，提高了综合后测井资料的可信度。该方法可应用于地质分层、岩性分析、含油气预测等诸多领域。应用时要注意，并非所选择的测井曲线种类越多越好，而是要选择那些最能反映地层单元特征信息的测井曲线。     

重油催化裂化装置的环保对策

对重油催化裂化过程中的环境影响因素、硫分布状况及硫平衡等进行了分析，指出了重油催化裂化过程中的环境污染问题；从对装置污染源的分析出发，提出了相关的治理措施。     

嵌入式Web服务器在中小水电信息采集系统中的应用

中小水电站大多数建在偏远山区，并网管理难度非常大，解决中小水电站的信息传输是主要的技术难点之一。随着计算机技术的发展，嵌入式Web服务器技术在远程监控和实时通信系统中的应用越来越广泛。将Web技术引入中小水电站信息采集系统中，可以实现对中小水电站基于浏览器方式的远程监控。文中结合中小水电站通信结构，介绍了嵌入式Web服务器技术在中小水电站信息采集系统中的应用。     

Preparation of CeO2-ZrO2 mixed oxide with high surface area and high thermal stability

Ceria-zirconia solid particles have been recognized as a key material of the automotive exhaust catalysts since they can release and uptake oxygen owing to the rapid reversible oxidation states of cerium between Ce³⁺ and Ce⁴⁺. Several methods have recently been described to prepare the CeO₂-ZrO₂ solid particles used in the catalysts. In this paper, a new coprecipitation method is used to prepare the CeO₂-ZrO₂ solid particles. The Ce-Zr alcogel is dried and calcined in flowing N₂ not in flowing air under atmospheric pressure. The results show that the ceria-zirconia sample calcined at 650 °C has high surface area over 90 m²g⁻¹, which drops to 40 m²g⁻¹ following treatment at 900°C.

就我公司动力厂给水车间155kW水泵电机无功就地补偿的可行性及经济效益进行了分析和研究，对工厂用电如何节能降耗有一定的参考价值。     

环境友好水基润滑添加剂的研究

在脂肪酸分子中引入硼和氮，合成了一种环境友好水基润滑添加剂BNR，并利用红外光谱对其主要官能团进行了表征。通过四球试验机考察了BNR添加剂在水中的抗磨性能与极压性能，用X射线光电子能谱仪对磨痕表面元素进行了分析，探讨了该类添加剂的极压抗磨作用机理。结果表明：硼氮化水基润滑添加剂BNR在水中具有优良的抗磨和减摩性能；其润滑作用机理是由于长链脂肪酸分子的载体作用、硼的缺电子性、氮的高反应活性以及三者的协同作用与摩擦金属表面形成了一层高强度的吸附膜和／或摩擦化学反应膜。     

Position synchronization of multiple motion axes with adaptive coupling control

A new control approach to position synchronization of multiple motion axes is developed, by incorporating cross-coupling technology into adaptive control architecture. The control strategy is to stabilize position tracking of each axis while synchronizing its motion with other axes’ motions so that differential position errors amongst axes converge to zero. The proposed adaptive controller and parameter estimator employ coupling control by feeding back position errors and differential position errors, and have been realized to guarantee asymptotic convergence to zero of both position and synchronization errors. Simulations conducted on a multi-axis motion control system demonstrate the effectiveness of the method.
