Photocatalytic properties of the SBA-15 mesoporous silica molecular sieve modified with titanium

We describe three methods of post-synthesis modification of the SBA-15 mesoporous molecular sieve with titanium: impregnation with Ti(OEt)₄ in an ethanolic solution, grafting with titanocene dichloride, and modification with colloidal titania. The products were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and N₂ adsorption as well as Fourier-transform infrared and ²⁹Si NMR spectroscopies. All three methods yield materials containing 1.4--4.7 wt.% titanium and with high surface areas. The absorbance at 960 cm⁻¹ in SBA-15 modified with colloidal titania and SBA-15 grafted with titanocene indicates the formation of Ti–O bonds. All products showed significant activity towards the degradation of p-chlorophenol. UV-vis absorption spectra of SBA-15 samples modified with titanium indicate that the variation in the photocatalytic activity is governed by isolated titanium sites.     

Synthesis of Ti2SnC from Ti/Sn/TiC powder mixtures by pressureless sintering technique

Ti/Sn/TiC powder mixtures were first employed to synthesize Ti₂SnC powder by pressureless sintering in the temperature range of 950–1250 °C at vacuum atmosphere. Ti₂SnC began to form at 950 °C, its content increased with increasing temperature. High purity of Ti₂SnC was obtained by sintering the mixtures with deficient Sn and TiC at 1200 °C for 15 min. A reaction mechanism was proposed to explain the formation of Ti₂SnC. The Ti₂SnC powder was characterized by scan electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Using the above mixtures and process, the Ti₂SnC ceramic powder can be obtained on a larger scale.     

基于WorldFIP现场总线的开关量I/O模件的研发

为了将WorldFIP现场总线技术与传统的开关量控制方法结合起来,介绍了基于WorldFIP的开关量I/O模件,讨论了开关量I/O模件的工作原理及软、硬件的开发设计。模件基于ARM9核心的平台,为实现软PLC虚拟机提供了充分的硬件支持。输入电路有过电压保护的功能,大大减小了现场的安装调试过程中造成的模件损坏。软PLC系统的分为中间码编辑环境和运行环境两部分。编辑环境使用已有的FIPCON软件,运行环境在模件实现,软PLC虚拟机是其主要部分,它采用解释的方式实现中间码的执行。中间码连接了编辑环境和运行环境,在借鉴其它方法的基础上采用了一种相对简单的文法。在开发过程中,对软件和硬件进行了调试和相关测试,最终以解释执行方式实现了开关量的控制。     

基于螺管形差动变压器的非接触式扭矩传感器的研究

扭矩测量是传动线路中的重要内容之一,高精度、高稳定性的非接触式扭矩测量方法是当今各国机械量测量研究的热点之一,为此,提出了一种基于螺管形差动变压器的非接触式扭矩传感器的研究.系统介绍了该测量方法的原理与结构.经实验证实:该测量原理可行,所设计的扭矩传感器具有较好的线性度和一致性,重复精度0.5%.     

神经网络在蒸养粉煤灰砖抗压强度预测中的应用

首先简要阐述蒸养粉煤灰砖的生产流程,然后通过建立BP神经网络模型来预测粉煤灰砖的抗压强度值,仿真结果表明此模型用于强度预测是可行的。     

基于通用USB接口的软件加密狗设计

USB接口已逐渐成为计算机上最常用的接口之一,基于USB接口的软件加密狗相对于并口或串口的软件加密狗将具有更强的通用性。同时,由于USB接口的热插拔特性,用户使用时更加便捷。本文主要讨论了基于单片机扩展USB接口设计软件加密狗的方法,给出了硬件原理图并介绍了固件程序、设备驱动、RC5加密算法的编制过程。

Optimum Design of Welded Steel Plate Girder Bridges Using a Genetic Algorithm with Elitism

The genetic algorithm (GA) is a general optimization technique that has some unique features that are especially suitable for structural engineering problems. This work uses a simple GA with elitism to find the optimum design of welded steel plate girder bridges. The objectives are to minimize the weight and the cost of the girders. Two types of plate-girder bridges are studied: a single-span bridge and a two-equal-span continuous bridge. Bridges with various span lengths, in increments of 20?ft, are investigated; results are tabulated, parametric studies are made, and meaningful conclusions are drawn.     

烧结机布料的改进

为克服烧结生产中布料不均的问题，邢钢通过对烧结机布料系统的改造，使布料更为均匀、平整、偏析合理，提高了烧结矿产质量、降低了能源消耗。
