研究了磺化丙酮甲醛缩聚物(SAF)的合成工艺条件.结果表明,甲醛用量、磺化剂用量和反应溶液浓度是影响SAF的结构特征参数--分子量和磺化度的主要因素,同时也是影响SAF减水分散性能的主要因素.随着磺化剂用量的增大,SAF的特性黏度和净浆流动度先增大后减小.当n(甲醛):n(内酮)为2.0,n(磺化剂):n(内酮)为0.7,反应液浓度为45%时,掺0.5%SAF的水泥净浆流动度达到280 mm.分子量和磺化度直接影响其减水分散性能,研究表明,适宜的分子量(特性黏度为6~12 ml/g)和较高的磺化度(1.86 ml/g)有利于提高SAF对水泥的分散性能. 相似文献

The aim of this article is to improve the interfacial adhesion between silicone rubber (SR) and Rayon fiber by the help of functional hybrid POSS nanoparticles. Two POSS types were compared, octavinyl-POSS (O-POSS) and methacryl-POSS (M-POSS), having reactive CC double bonds that can impart in peroxide crosslinking. O-POSS is nonpolar, whereas M-POSS is polar and is able to make H-bond with Rayon fibers. POSS type and their concentrations were examined as the experimental parameters. H-adhesion tests indicated that both POSS types enhanced the adhesion of SR composites to Rayon fibers compared with control recipe. Specifically, slightly higher values were obtained with the use of M-POSS. It was observed that both O-POSS and M-POSS slowed down the curing rate but increased the degree of crosslinking. The cure extent of O-POSS containing composites was found to be higher than that of M-POSS containing ones. Thermal gravimetric analyses revealed that thermal stability of SR composites was significantly improved by the addition of POSS particles. Higher char yield and degradation temperatures were obtained with O-POSS at higher loadings with respect to M-POSS. The POSS distribution at lower loading levels was found to be homogenous for both POSS types as observed from scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope. 相似文献

Eight different calcium phosphate nanoparticles, namely bovine bone bioapatite calcined at 500, 600, and 700°C, Mg-doped brushite, fluorinated calcium phosphate, Ca-deficient hydroxyapatite, hydroxyapatite, and tricalcium phosphate, were characterized employing physico-chemical methods. Their cytocompatibility was evaluated under human osteoblast-like cell line MG-63 culture conditions in elution media and via the direct interaction of cells with calcium phosphate nanoparticles. The main objective was to determine the correlation of the cell indices with the differently determined physical and chemical parameters of the calcium phosphates. Chemical composition, which contributes toward pH changes, and the calcium ion concentration in the medium appear to make up particularly significant factors; moreover, it was proved that the number of material types represents a further important aspect. In the case of a large number of material types, almost no correlation was determined between the analyzed parameters; however, in the case of a small number of apatite types, several positive correlations were found. It can be concluded that it is not possible to identify any monitored parameters that had a major impact on cell behavior or, at least, such an effect which can be generalized. The way in which reagents are mixed can have a large influence on the product distribution of chemical reactions. To model effects of mixing on various scales on the course of chemical reactions the method of Large Eddy Simulation (LES) of non-premixed, turbulent reactive flows of incompressible fluids is considered in this work. The subgrid modeling of chemical reaction is based on a beta distribution of the mixture fraction in combination with a conditional moment closure based on linear interpolation of local instantaneous reactant concentration values. The predictions obtained with LES are compared with experimental data for fast parallel chemical reactions, the fluid velocity measured using Particle Image Velocity (PIV) technique and the passive tracer concentration measured using the Planar Laser Induced Fluorescence (PLIF) technique. Predictions of the model based on LES are compared as well with results obtained using the non-equilibrium multiple-time-scale mixing model combined with a standard k-? model and employing similar conditional moment closure as LES, applied, however, at larger scale. A composite scaffold of gelatine (Gel)‐pectin (Pec)‐biphasic calcium phosphate (BCP) was successfully fabricated. Growth factors such as bone morphogenetic protein‐2 (BMP‐2) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) were loaded into the Gel‐Pec‐BCP hydrogel scaffolds by freeze‐drying. The surface morphology was investigated by scanning electron microscopy, and BCP dispersion in the hydrogel scaffolds was measured by energy dispersive and X‐ray diffraction spectroscopy. The results obtained from Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and quantitative measurements showed successfully loading of BMP‐2 and VEGF into the Gel‐Pec‐BCP hydrogel scaffolds. In addition MC3T3‐E1 preosteoblasts were cultivated on the three types of scaffolds to investigate the effects of BMP‐2 and VEGF on cell viability and proliferation. A novel flame‐retardant aluminum β‐carboxylethylmethylphosphinate [Al(CEP)] was synthesizedby a simple process. The effect of Al(CEP) on the curing of epoxy resin (EP) was investigated with differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The flame retardancy and thermal properties of Al(CEP)/EP were analyzed by a limiting oxygen index (LOI), vertical burning test (UL‐94), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) with energy‐dispersive X‐ray (EDX), gravimetric analyses, and DSC. Results disclosed that curing of EP is delayed by incorporating Al(CEP). The flexural strength of EP is reduced but the flexural modulus is increased by adding Al(CEP). Adding Al(CEP) depresses the decomposition of EP while leads to a increase in the glass transition temperature (Tg), in char formation and in flame retardancy of EP. EP containing 25 phr Al(CEP) provides LOI of 28.3% and passes UL‐94 V‐0 rating. SEM results show that the sample passing V‐0 rating can form the condensed char whereas porous char is observed from the sample failing in V‐0 rating after combustion. EDX analysis shows that the condensed char presents higher weight ratio of carbon to phosphorus than the porous char, indicating appropriate amount of Al(CEP) is necessary for formation of the stable char. A great deal of genetic variability and breeding efforts have yielded a number of specialty maize types. Little is known about how the off‐target traits in specialty maize kernel have changed and how they compare to those of standard maize genotypes. In this study, we compared the normal (NORMAL), high‐oil (HOM) and high‐protein maize (HPM) genotypes in terms of oil, protein, fatty acids and some mineral components. We also investigated the relationships among the evaluated traits in different kernel types. We detected a significant variation among the maize types for all of the investigated traits. Specialty maize genotypes had a superior performance for the traits they were specifically bred for, as well as kernel mineral content over the normal genotypes. HOM and HPM had similar values in terms of their fatty acid composition. However, they were different from the standard genotypes, with higher oleic and lower linolenic acid levels, which indicates that the specialty maize genotypes possess a better oil quality. Correlation analysis revealed that only three pairs of correlations out of 46 values had the same sign and a similar level of significance in different types. Such similarities or differences in correlation values for different types should be taken into account in the efforts for developing high quality maize genotypes. 相似文献
