Cu-Zr,Cu-Ti非晶态合金原子近邻结构的EXAFS研究

本工作用EXAFS技术测定了非晶态合金Cu_XZr_1-X（X=33,50）和Cu₈₀Ti₂₀中Cu原子K吸收EXAFS谱,得出了原子间距和配位数等结构参数。本文通过对上述非晶态合金EXAFS数据的分析,给出了Cu_XZr_1-X和Cu_XTi_1-X体系中化学短程有序的研究结果。当Cu原子含量为50%时,体系中不显示化学短程有序,Cu原子的含量增加,此类非晶态合金中异类原子趋子互相结合;Cu原子的含量低于50%时,同类原子倾向于互相结合。

科学的需水量预测是城市水源规划和供水工程建设的重要依据。结合实例对我国西南某城市总体规划中市域范围需水量预测方法进行了探讨,并提出人均综合用水量法是预测需水量的有效方法之一。     

基于机器学习的轨道角动量光束模式探测技术研究进展

轨道角动量(OAM)复用和编码技术可有效提高光通信系统信道容量。近些年研究者提出将机器学习(ML)技术用于OAM模式探测以提高OAM光通信系统性能。本文对基于机器学习的OAM模式探测方案进行了综述,包括误差反向传播(BP)神经网络、自组织神经网络(SOM)、支持向量机(SVM)、卷积神经网络(CNN)、光束变换辅助的识别技术以及全光衍射深度神经网络(D2NN),分析了各类机器学习OAM探测器在对抗大气、水下信道带来的干扰时展现出的性能差异以及各自优势。

     

N-Functionalization of 5-Aminotetrazoles: Balancing Energetic Performance and Molecular Stability by Introducing ADNP

5-aminotetrazole is one of the most marked high-nitrogen tetrazole compounds. However, the structural modification of 5-aminotetrazole with nitro groups often leads to dramatically decreased molecular stability, while the N-bridging functionalization does not efficiently improve the density and performance. In this paper, we report on a straightforward approach for improving the density of 5-aminotetrazole by introducing 4-amino-3,5-dinitropyrazole. The following experimental and calculated properties show that nitropyrazole functionalization competes well with energetic performance and mechanic sensitivity. All compounds were thoroughly characterized using IR and NMR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Two energetic compounds (DMPT-1 and DMPT-2) were further confirmed by implementing single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies. Compound DMPT-1 featured a high crystal density of 1.806 g cm⁻³, excellent detonation velocity (v_D = 8610 m s⁻¹), detonation pressure (P = 30.2 GPa), and impact sensitivity of 30 J.     

A Dietary Oxysterol, 7-Ketocholesterol,Exacerbates Imiquimod-Induced Psoriasis-like Dermatitis in Steatohepatitic Mice

Patients with psoriasis are at a higher risk of developing nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. We previously identified an oxidized derivative of cholesterol, 7-ketocholesterol (7KC), in diet-induced steatohepatitic mice. Here, we investigated whether 7KC exacerbates psoriasis-like dermatitis by accelerating steatohepatitis in mice. A high-fat/high-cholesterol/high-sucrose/bile salt diet (nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) diet) with or without 0.0125% 7KC was fed to C57BL/6 mice (7KC or control group) for three weeks to induce steatohepatitis. A 5% imiquimod cream was then applied to the ears and dorsal skin for four days to induce psoriasis-like dermatitis. Hepatic lipid accumulation and inflammatory cell infiltration were exacerbated in the 7KC group compared with the control group after three weeks. Serum tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) levels were also elevated in the 7KC group (108.5 ± 9.8 vs. 83.1 ± 13.1 pg/mL, p < 0.005). Imiquimod cream increased the psoriasis area severity index (PASI) score in mice in the 7KC group (9.14 ± 0.75 vs. 5.17 ± 1.17, p < 0.0001). Additionally, Tnfa, Il23a, Il17a, and Il22 mRNA levels in the dorsal lesion were significantly upregulated. Finally, Th17 cell differentiation and the TNF signaling pathway were enhanced in the dorsal lesions and liver of mice in the 7KC group. These data suggest that steatohepatitis and psoriasis are linked by a potent, diet-related factor.     

The Iridoid Glycoside Loganin Modulates Autophagic Flux Following Chronic Constriction Injury-Induced Neuropathic Pain

Autophagy facilitates the degradation of organelles and cytoplasmic proteins in a lysosome-dependent manner. It also plays a crucial role in cell damage. Whether loganin affects autophagy in chronic constriction injury (CCI)-induced neuropathic pain remains unclear. We investigated the neuroprotective effect of loganin on the autophagic–lysosomal pathway in the rat CCI model. Sprague–Dawley rats were divided into sham, CCI, sham + loganin, and CCI + loganin. Loganin (5 mg/kg/day) was intraperitoneally injected once daily, and rats were sacrificed on day 7 after CCI. This study focused on the mechanism by which loganin modulates autophagic flux after CCI. CCI enhanced the autophagic marker LC3B-II in the ipsilateral spinal cord. The ubiquitin-binding protein p62 binds to LC3B-II and integrates into autophagosomes, which are degraded by autophagy. CCI caused the accumulation of p62, indicating the interruption of autophagosome turnover. Loganin significantly attenuated the expression of Beclin-1, LC3B-II, and p62. Double immunofluorescence staining was used to confirm that LC3B-II and p62 were reduced by loganin in the spinal microglia and astrocytes. Loganin also lessened the CCI-increased colocalization of both proteins. Enhanced lysosome-associated membrane protein 2 (LAMP2) and pro-cathepsin D (pro-CTSD) in CCI rats were also attenuated by loganin, suggesting that loganin improves impaired lysosomal function and autophagic flux. Loganin also attenuated the CCI-increased apoptosis protein Bax and cleaved caspase-3. Loganin prevents CCI-induced neuropathic pain, which could be attributed to the regulation of neuroinflammation, neuronal autophagy, and associated cell death. These data suggest autophagy could be a potential target for preventing neuropathic pain.

三维高效视频编码（three-dimensional high efficiency video coding,3D-HEVC）是立体视频编码扩展的国际标准化组织（Joint Collaborative Team on 3D Video Coding Extension Development,JCT-3V）推出的目前最新的3D视频编码标准,基于3D-HEVC的三维视频编码技术的研究推动了其应用并成为目前三维视频编码技术的研究热点.在回顾3D视频编码标准发展基础上,描述了基于3D-HEVC的三维视频编码方案,对其中最为关键的三维视频纹理图与深度图编码方法与研究进展进行了重点分析与阐述.首先,对目前借助视频序列中纹理特性的三维视频纹理图编码方法展开了综述并说明其存在的问题.然后,对基于纹理特性和区域的三维视频深度图编码方法展开了分析和论述.最后,结合近年来最新的研究成果,展望了三维视频编码技术的发展并提出了新的研究课题.
