为满足高精度惯导测试设备的需要,针对我国目前直流伺服系统仍采用IGBT、晶闸管为主功率电路的现状,采用第五代智能功率模块IPM开发了一款新型的直流伺服系统;该系统相对于采用传统功率器件的伺服系统在性能指标与可靠性方面都有极大地提高,电流环带宽达到了1kHz.同时具有很好的电磁兼容性;应用于某高精度惯导测试设备0.001°/s速率检测,速率精度为0.0×10°,速率平稳度为9.2×10-5,结果表明,IPM智能功率模块应用于惯导测试设备中,系统性能稳定,伺服精度高,尤其是在功率密度和抗干扰性能方面表现突出,具有很好的应用前景. 相似文献

提出了一种适用于破碎山体中平巷的降氡技术.该巷道中氡浓度受山体内空气渗流方向和强度的控制,渗流的机制是烟囱效应.由于山体内空气的温度基本恒定,因而密度不变,而巷道外空气密度随温度的变化而相应地变化着,这就导致了山体内外空气的失衡--夏季山体内含氡空气经裂缝流入巷道,冬季巷道外新鲜空气流入巷道后再经山体裂缝流向大气.实验表明,通过在巷道口部设置自动风门,向巷道内机械压风,形成充气状态,可以调节山体内空气的渗流方向,从而可以显著降低巷道内氡的浓度. 相似文献

Caffeic acid O-methyltransferase (COMT) is one of the core enzymes involved in lignin synthesis. However, there is no systematic study on the rice COMT gene family. We identified 33 COMT genes containing the methyltransferase-2 domain in the rice genome using bioinformatic methods and divided them into Group I (a and b) and Group II. Motifs, conserved domains, gene structure and SNPs density are related to the classification of OsCOMTs. The tandem phenomenon plays a key role in the expansion of OsCOMTs. The expression levels of fourteen and thirteen OsCOMTs increased or decreased under salt stress and drought stress, respectively. OsCOMTs showed higher expression levels in the stem. The lignin content of rice was measured in five stages; combined with the expression analysis of OsCOMTs and multiple sequence alignment, we found that OsCOMT8, OsCOMT9 and OsCOMT15 play a key role in the synthesis of lignin. Targeted miRNAs and gene ontology annotation revealed that OsCOMTs were involved in abiotic stress responses. Our study contributes to the analysis of the biological function of OsCOMTs, which may provide information for future rice breeding and editing of the rice genome. 相似文献

We present some known-key distinguishers for a type-1 Feistel scheme with a permutation as the round function. To be more specific, the 29-round known-key truncated differential distinguishers are given for the 256-bit type-1 Feistel scheme with an SP (substitution-permutation) round function by using the rebound attack, where the S -boxes have perfect differential and linear properties and the linear diffusion layer has a maximum branch number. For two 128-bit versions, the distinguishers can be applied on 25-round structures. Based on these distinguishers, we construct near-collision attacks on these schemes with MMO (Matyas-Meyer-Oseas) and MP (Miyaguchi-Preneel) hashing modes, and propose the 26-round and 22-round near-collision attacks for two 256-bit schemes and two 128-bit schemes, respectively. We apply the near-collision attack on MAME and obtain a 26-round near-collision attack. Using the algebraic degree and some integral properties, we prove the correctness of the 31-round known-key integral distinguisher proposed by Sasaki et al. We show that if the round function is a permutation, the integral distinguisher is suitable for a type-1 Feistel scheme of any size. 相似文献

Previously unexplored resonance conditions are shown to exist for the classical hydrogen atomic system, where the electron
is treated as a classical charged point particle following the nonrelativistic Lorentz-Dirac equation of motion about a stationary
nucleus of opposite charge. For circularly polarized (CP) light directed normal to the orbit, very pronounced subharmonic
resonance behavior is shown to occur with a variety of interesting properties. In particular, only if the amplitude of the
CP light exceeds a critical value, will the resonance continue without radius and energy decay. A perturbation analysis is
carried out to illustrate the main features of the behavior. The present phenomena adds to a growing list of other nonlinear
dynamical behaviors of this simple system, that may well be important for more deeply understanding classical and quantum

激光功率密度和搭接率对马氏体不锈钢的激光冲击区的表面轮廓有较大影响.激光功率密度从3.79 GW/cm2到7.25 GW/cm2,冲击区塑性变形程度随功率密度增大而增大,当激光功率密度为6.09 GW/cm2时,冲击区塑性变形程度适中,其残余应力平均值达-569.1 MPa.搭接率试验结果表明,搭接率为33%时,可获得较大面积无挤出的激光冲击区,无挤出区域的塑性均匀,变形深度波动幅度在2μm以内,而且此搭接率下冲击区挤出面积较小,分布具有规律,便于再次冲击以降低冲击区的表面波纹度. 相似文献

Given that exosomes mediate intercellular communication by delivering cellular components to recipient cells or tissue, they have the potential to be engineered to deliver therapeutic payloads. However, the regulatory mechanism of exosome secretion is poorly understood. In addition, mitochondrial components have been found in exosomes, suggesting communication between mitochondria and exosomes. However, the molecular mechanism of the mitochondria and vesicle interaction remains unclear. Here, we showed that mitochondrial thioredoxin 2 (TRX2) decreased exosome concentrations and inhibited HCT116 cell migration. Coimmunoprecipitation/mass spectrometry (Co-IP/MS) showed that TRX2 interacted with Rab35. TRX2 and Rab35 bound to each other at their N-terminal motifs and colocalized on mitochondria. Furthermore, TRX2 induced Rab35 degradation, resulting in impaired exosome secretion. Additionally, Rab35 mediated the suppressive effects of TRX2 on cell migration, and TRX2 suppressed cell migration through exosomes. Taken together, this study first found an interaction between TRX2 and Rab35. These results revealed a new role for TRX2 in the regulation of exosome secretion and cell migration and explained the upstream regulatory mechanism of Rab35.
