Aqueous Zinc-ion batteries (ZIBs), using zinc negative electrode and aqueous electrolyte, have attracted great attention in energy storage field due to the reliable safety and low-cost. A composite material comprised of VO2·0.2H2O nanocuboids anchored on graphene sheets (VOG) is synthesized through a facile and efficient microwave-assisted solvothermal strategy and is used as aqueous ZIBs cathode material. Owing to the synergistic effects between the high conductivity of graphene sheets and the desirable structural features of VO2·0.2H2O nanocuboids, the VOG electrode has excellent electronic and ionic transport ability, resulting in superior Zn ions storage performance. The Zn/VOG system delivers ultrahigh specific capacity of 423 mAh·g−1 at 0.25 A·g−1 and exhibits good cycling stability of up to 1,000 cycles at 8 A·g−1 with 87% capacity retention. Systematical structural and elemental characterizations confirm that the interlayer space of VO2·0.2H2O nanocuboids can adapt to the reversible Zn ions insertion/extraction. The as-prepared VOG composite is a promising cathode material with remarkable electrochemical performance for low-cost and safe aqueous rechargeable ZIBs.
Additive manufacturing is expected to transform and upgrade the traditional foundry industry to realize the integrated manufacturing and rapid and low-cost development of high-performance components with complex shapes. The additive manufacturing technology commonly applied in casting mold preparation (fusible molds, sand molds/cores and ceramic cores) mainly includes selective laser sintering (SLS) and binder injection three-dimensional printing (3DP). In this work, the research status of SLS/3DP-casting processes on material preparation, equipment development, process optimization, simulation and application cases in aerospace, automotive and other fields were elaborated. Finally, the developing trends of the additive manufacturing technology in the future of foundry field are introduced, including multi-material sand molds (metal core included), ceramic core-shell integration and die-casting dies with conformal cooling runners. 相似文献
The 2024 aluminum alloy was prepared with different ultrasonic processes. Effects of ultrasonic treatment parameters including ultrasonic power, treatment time, treatment temperature, and frequency resonance, as well as C2Cl6 degasser on degassing of the 2024 aluminum alloy were investigated. Results indicate that increasing ultrasonic power at the same ultrasonic treatment time can improve the degassing effect. The optimum degassing efficiency can be obtained under the resonant ultrasound condition. With the combination of 1% C2Cl6 addition and 150 W ultrasonic treatment for 40 s, the hydrogen content of the alloy is decreased by 52.9%. At the same time, the tensile strength and elongation are increased by 28.3% and 92.3%, respectively, and the yield strength is slightly increased by 6.7%. The degassing mechanism is also discussed.
