A Multilayer Optical Packet Switching Network Based on the Kautz Graph and Optical Passive Star Couplers

The multihop optical network is the most appropriate solution to satisfy the increasing applications of Internet services. This paper extends the regular Kautz graph to one with multiple layers in order to produce more architectural variations. The connectivity between adjacent layers utilizes the systematic connection patterns of a regular Kautz graph. A routing algorithm based on its property is presented. Optical passive star (OPS) couplers are adopted to implement our new topologies. Three scheduling criteria that can solve the contention problem in the intermediate nodes are evaluated and compared in terms of their capability to improve the accessibility.     

Passive alignment method of polymer PLC devices by using a hot embossing technique

A novel fabrication process using a hot embossing technique has been developed for micromechanical passive alignment of polymer planar lightwave circuit (PLC) devices. With only one step of embossing, single-mode waveguide straight channels and micropedestals for passive aligning are simultaneously defined on a polymer thin film with an accuracy of /spl plusmn/0.5 /spl mu/m. This process reduces the steps for fabricating alignment structures. A fabricated polymer PLC chip and fibers are combined on a v-grooved silicon optical bench (SiOB) in a flip-chip manner. The process provides a coupling loss as low as 0.67 dB per coupling face and a cost-effective packaging solution for various polymer PLC devices.     

High-performance MIM capacitor using ALD high-k HfO/sub 2/-Al/sub 2/O/sub 3/ laminate dielectrics

For the first time, we successfully fabricated and demonstrated high performance metal-insulator-metal (MIM) capacitors with HfO/sub 2/-Al/sub 2/O/sub 3/ laminate dielectric using atomic layer deposition (ALD) technique. Our data indicates that the laminate MIM capacitor can provide high capacitance density of 12.8 fF//spl mu/m/sup 2/ from 10 kHz up to 20 GHz, very low leakage current of 3.2 /spl times/ 10/sup -8/ A/cm/sup 2/ at 3.3 V, small linear voltage coefficient of capacitance of 240 ppm/V together with quadratic one of 1830 ppm/V/sup 2/, temperature coefficient of capacitance of 182 ppm//spl deg/C, and high breakdown field of /spl sim/6 MV/cm as well as promising reliability. As a result, the HfO/sub 2/-Al/sub 2/O/sub 3/ laminate is a very promising candidate for next generation MIM capacitor for radio frequency and mixed signal integrated circuit applications.     

胶性材料在混凝土坝裂缝处理中的应用

介绍了观音阁坝被埋水下6年越冬停浇面水平裂缝采用“粘贴T1密封胶及表面粘三元乙丙后锚固”的处理方案。结果表明,利用胶性材料处理运行中的重力坝迎水面裂缝,技术可靠,方法简单,经济合理。     

土卡河电站工程及初期围堰挡水运行方式简介

介绍了土卡河水电站可研阶段通过方案比选后确定的工程规模(特征水位、装机容量)。为保证2006年底第一台机组发电,根据目前的施工进度,需要采用围堰挡水发电,文章简要介绍了第一台机组发电的运行方式。     

基于JSP技术的Web网站安全性研究

通过对基于JSP技术的Web网站的体系结构的介绍．从Web服务器安全、JSP脚本编程及数据库安全等几方面分析研究了web网站存在的安全问题，并探讨了web网站开发时应采取的安全措施。     

氨精制装置运行问题分析及改造措施

通过分析中国石油兰州石化分公司炼油厂氨精制装置存在的运行问题,提出了相应的改造措施,包括在分凝器脱液管线上新增隔离阀门、更换三级冷凝冷却器、更换氨压缩机及采用低温结晶脱硫工艺等。改造后装置运行结果表明:三级分凝器出口温度由70℃降至小于35℃,压缩机吸气量由5 m3/m in提高至74 m3/m in,原料酸性水中硫化氢质量分数下降45.5%,氨质量分数下降55.5%,净化水合格率达100%,氨精制塔塔顶温度下降5~20℃,液氨中氨质量分数由97.05%上升至99.60%,液氨产量达0.125 t/h,实现了装置的长周期运行。     

晶须取向对SiCw/6061Al复合材料热压缩变形行为的影响

采用SEM 和 Magiscan-2A 图像分析系统研究了晶须取向对SiCw/6061Al复合材料在300℃压缩变形行为的影响.结果表明:晶须取向影响着晶须折断程度和转动角度; 随着晶须取向角的增加,晶须转动和折断行为所导致的软化效果下降.同时晶须取向也影响复合材料的热压缩应力-应变曲线的形状.在热压缩变形过程中,晶须取向角为0°和30°的复合材料表现出明显应变软化现象, 晶须取向角为45°的复合材料无明显软化现象.晶须取向角为90℃的复合材料表现出应变硬化现象.     

抗乙肝病毒表面抗原PreS1(20-47)的单链抗体在转基因烟草根分泌物中的初步表达

为探索利用植物根分泌表达重组蛋白的可行性，构建了含有抗乙肝病毒表面抗原PreS1(20—47)单链抗体(ScFv)基因的表达载体。该ScFv基因转化烟草后在烟草根部细胞的细胞质和内质网中获得表达。实验结果表明，5’端融合ER导向信号肽的重组ScFv可通过根分泌表达。     

铝薄膜CMP影响因素分析

提出了在碱性抛光液中铝薄膜化学机械抛光的机理模型,对抛光液的pH值、磨料、氧化剂浓度对过程参数的影响做了一些试验分析。试验结果表面粗糙度的铝薄膜所需的最优化CMP过程参数:硅溶胶粒径为15～20nm,pH值为10.8～11.2,氧化剂浓度为2.5%～3%。
