Cyclic deformations of annealed pure polycrystalline -iron with and without further mutually immiscible silver-ion implantation (90 keV, 6×1016 ions cm–2) were studied in a plastic strain-controlled tension-compression fatigue test (triangular loading waveform, frequency 0.02–0.3 Hz, and plastic strain range 3×10–3–1.2×10–2). The obtained plastic strain-life (p-N f) curves showed that the iron specimens could survive for a greater number of cycles before failure when implanted. Comparison of the cyclic stress-strain curves suggested that the implanted specimens had maintained a relatively more stable microstructural change than those unimplanted ones which had undergone a violent cyclic hardening during cyclic deformation. This is proposed to be a strong indication that the fatigue ductility has been improved and the cross slip of screw dislocations, which leads to the evolution of the persistent slip bands for fatigue damage, was hindered to some extent after ion implantation.  相似文献

Under isothermal and linear heating conditions, the thermal stability of the three-dimensional metallic glass Ni68B21Si11, produced by rapid quenching of the denucleated melt (RQDM), has been systematically studied using PE DSC7 differential scanning calorimetry in relation to denucleation of liquid alloy prior to rapid quenching, pre-anneal treatment of amorphous specimens, and cooling rate. The following results were observed. First, the thermal stability of metallic glass prepared by RQDM is obviously enhanced because of the removal of pre-existing nuclei in advance. This is substantiated by the experimental data showing that the projected life of three-dimensional metallic glass Ni68B21Si11 is increased by an order of magnitude at 400 K. Secondly, pre-anneal treatment of the amorphous alloy leads to a reduction of temperature for the onset of crystallization,T x, and crystallization heat, H. Finally, quenching rates have little effect on the thermal stability of amorphous alloys.  相似文献

A superconductor with nominal composition Hg0.8Mo0.2Sr2Y0.5Ca0.5Cu6+ withT c up to 96 K has been isolated and carefully examined by electron diffraction and X-ray energy dispersive spectrum analyses. Its structure can be attributed to space groupP4/mmm and lattice constantsa=3.82 å andc=11.91 å. Inhomogeneous distribution of the cations was observed, which is considered to be the key to the broadening ofT c in theR-T curve. 随着风电和光伏发电装机规模快速增长,系统出现了发电容量充裕度不足的问题。为确保电力系统中的充足发电容量,需要引入容量市场机制。相比于大型火电机组的长建设周期和高投资成本,分布式可调节资源聚合的虚拟电厂(virtual powerplant,VPP)建设周期短、投资小、见效快,是为系统提供发电容量的有效资源。因此,构建了虚拟电厂可信容量(unforcedcapacity,UCAP)计算方法并提出一种考虑虚拟电厂可信容量的新能源电力系统容量市场出清模型。虚拟电厂可信容量计算模型考虑了其功率、能量以及运行特性。容量市场出清模型在考虑发电侧风电、光伏、传统机组的基础上,增加用电侧虚拟电厂参与市场。容量市场出清模型中考虑了高峰容量需求、基本容量需求、电能需求、谷荷需求、爬坡功率需求等系统约束。最后通过算例分析了虚拟电厂可信容量、市场容量总需求量以及新能源装机容量对市场出清结果的影响,验证了本文虚拟电厂可信容量计算方法以及容量市场出清模型的有效性。  相似文献

佛手凉果是具有功能特性的岭南特色凉果品种,探究佛手凉果制作过程中功能性成分及其体外抗氧化活性变化规律,可为佛手凉果产业工艺优化与改良提供依据。结果表明,加工提高了佛手中总酸、多糖、黄酮和膳食纤维含量,导致多酚含量下降。制作过程中,1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯(DPPH)自由基、2,20 -联氮- 2 -三硝基苯肼(ABTS)自由基清除能力和铁离子还原抗氧化能力(Ferric Reducing Antioxidant Power, FRAP)呈现先下降后上升的趋势,效果分别是新鲜佛手的1.35倍、1.57倍和2.16倍。总黄酮与FRAP之间呈现极显著相关性(P<0.01);与DPPH、ABTS呈显著相关性(P<0.05);有机酸、总多糖分别与ABTS和FRAP之间相关性(P<0.05)。为此,在佛手凉果的制作过程中,糖制和干燥工艺对功能性成分的转化与浓缩起关键作用,可作为工艺优化的重点。  相似文献

MXene materials emerge as promising candidates for energy harvesting and storage application. In this study, the effect of the surface chemistry on the work function of MXenes, which determines the performance of MXene-based triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG), is elucidated. First-principles calculations reveal that the surface functional group greatly influences MXene work function:  OH termination reduces the work function with respect to that of bare surface, while  F and  Cl increase it. Then, work functions are experimentally determined by Kelvin probe force microscopy. The MXene prepared by gentle etching at 40 °C for 48 h (GE40/48) has the largest work function. Furthermore, an electron-cloud potential-well model is established to explain the mechanism of electron emission-dominated charge transfer and assemble a triboelectric device to verify experimentally its conclusions. It is found that GE40/48 has the best performance with a 281 V open-circuit voltage, 9.7 µA short-current current, and storing 1.019 µC of charge, which is consistent with the model. Last, a patterned TENG is demonstrated for self-powered human–machine interaction application. This finding enhances the understanding of the inherent mechanism between the surface structure and the output performance of MXene-based TENG, which can be applied to other TENG based on 2D materials.  相似文献

Electrocatalytic hydrogenation (ECH) is a burgeoning strategy for the sustainable utilization of hydrogen. However, how to effectively suppress the competitive hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) is a big challenge to ECH catalysis. In this study, amine (NH2 R)-coordinated Pd nanoparticles loaded on carbon felt (Pd@CF) as a catalyst is successfully synthesized by a one-step solvothermal reduction method using oleylamine as the reducing agent. An exceptional ECH reactivity on benzaldehyde is achieved on the optimal Pd@CF catalyst in terms of a high conversion (89.7%) and selectivity toward benzyl alcohol (89.8%) at −0.4 V in 60 min. Notably, the Faradaic efficiency for producing benzyl alcohol is up to 90.2%, much higher than that catalyzed by Pd@CF-without N-group (41.1%) and thecommercial Pd/C (20.9%). The excellent ECH performance of Pd@CF can be attributed to the enriched electrons on Pd surface resulted from the introduction of NH2 R groups, which strengthens both the adsorption of benzaldehyde and the adsorbed hydrogen (Hads) on Pd, preventing the combination of Hads to form H2, that is, inhibiting the HER. This study gives a new insight into design principles of highly efficient electrocatalysts for the hydrogenation of unsaturated aldehydes molecules.  相似文献

Switchable passive radiative cooling (PRC) smart windows can modulate sunlight transmission and spontaneously emit heat to outer space through atmospheric transparent window, presenting great potential in building energy conservation. However, realizing stable and on-demand control of the cooling efficiency for PRC materials is still challenging. Herein, an electro-controlled polymer-dispersed liquid crystal (PDLC) smart window showing PRC property is designed and prepared by adding mid-infrared emitting reactive monomers into the conventional PDLC matrix. It is found that not only the electro-optical properties but also the PRC efficiency of PRC PDLC film are tunable by regulating the content of the mid-infrared emitting components, film thickness, and micromorphology. This advanced PRC PDLC material achieves a near/sub-ambient temperature when the solar irradiance is below 400 W m−2 and can dynamically manage daytime cooling efficiency. Importantly, its PRC efficiency is capable of being tuned in an on-demand and ultrafast millisecond-scale way, whose controllable transparency enables multistage heat regulation. This study is hoped to provide new inspiration in the preparation of advanced optical devices and energy-efficient equipment.  相似文献

Logos are one of the most important graphic design forms that use an abstracted shape to clearly represent the spirit of a community. Among various styles of abstraction, a particular golden-ratio design is frequently employed by designers to create a concise and regular logo. In this context, designers utilize a set of circular arcs with golden ratios (i.e., all arcs are taken from circles whose radii form a geometric series based on the golden ratio) as the design elements to manually approximate a target shape. This error-prone process requires a large amount of time and effort, posing a significant challenge for design space exploration. In this work, we present a novel computational framework that can automatically generate golden ratio logo abstractions from an input image. Our framework is based on a set of carefully identified design principles and a constrained optimization formulation respecting these principles. We also propose a progressive approach that can efficiently solve the optimization problem, resulting in a sequence of abstractions that approximate the input at decreasing levels of detail. We evaluate our work by testing on images with different formats including real photos, clip arts, and line drawings. We also extensively validate the key components and compare our results with manual results by designers to demonstrate the effectiveness of our framework. Moreover, our framework can largely benefit design space exploration via easy specification of design parameters such as abstraction levels, golden circle sizes, etc.  相似文献
