Soybean lectin was purified from seeds of Glycine max L.Merrill SA88. Poly(hydroxypropyl methacrylate‐glycidyl methacrylate) [poly(HPMA‐GMA)] beads were used as an affinity matrix and N‐acetyl‐D ‐galactosamine (GalNAc) was used as an affinity ligand. Soybean lectin adsorption with GalNAc attached poly(HPMA‐GMA) beads from soybean lectin solution (in phosphate buffered saline) was 5.0 mg/g. Maximum adsorption capacity for soybean lectin from the soy flour extract was 26.0 mg/g. Elution of soybean lectin from adsorbent was accomplished by 0.5M galactose solution. Purity of soybean lectin was determined by SDS‐PAGE. It was observed that soybean lectin could be repeatedly adsorbed and desorbed with GalNAc‐attached poly(HPMA‐GMA) beads. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci, 2009  相似文献

本文研究了一个采用标准0.35μm CMOS 工艺制造的新型高能物理粒子轨迹追踪器.这个新型的追踪器运用CMOS有源像素传感器技术(CMOS Monolithic Active Pixel Sensors,MAPS)将信号的探测与处理电路集成在一起,在像素的内部实现了相关双次采样操作(Correlated Doubled Sampling,CDS).实验芯片包含一个128行×32列的像素矩阵,其中,像素的大小为25×25μm2.通过采用放射源55Fe的测定, 得到像素的等效输入随机噪声 (Temporal Noise) 仅为12个电子而固定噪声(Fixed Pattern Noise,FPN)仅为4个电子.传感器的电荷-电压转换系数(Charge-to-Voltage conversion Factor,CVF)为60μV/e-.测试中,芯片的信号读取速度达到了12μs/帧.  相似文献

The effects of intermediate mechanical deformation (IMD) and bending processing on Bi-2223 tapes were studied. Bi-2223 tapes were manufactured by powder-in-tube process with an IMD. Normal rolling (NR), pressing (P) and sandwich rolling (SR) with different reduction rate were used in the IMD. And there were an optimum reduction rate existing for the three MID techniques, at which critical current reached maximum. Critical current densities Jc of Bi-2223 crystals were measured with an applied magnetic field B respectively parallel to ab face and c axis. Relations of Jc dependences of reduction rate and superconducting materials density D were respectively studied and showed a Gaussian distribution law. Maximum pinning force density Fmax and irreversible magnetic field Birr were introduced to describe the effects of mechanical processing. Analysis of experimental results showed that Jcs Fmax and Birr were linear dependence on D. Obviously, increasing D was a vital way to enhance Jc Bending experiments were performed for SR tapes sheathed by Ag and Ag/Sb and Ag/Mg alloy, respectively. Silver alloy sheathed tapes showed better bending properties than pure silver sheathed one. Therefore, silver alloy sheathed, optimum reduction rate of IMD, and increasing D for Bi-2223 tapes' applications were important technical strategies to enhance their mechanical, electrical, and magnetic properties.  相似文献

The rapid spread of smart wireless devices and expansion of mobile data traffic have increased the interest for efficient traffic offloading techniques in next-generation communication technologies. Wi-Fi offloading uses ubiquitous Wi-Fi technology in order to satisfy the ever increasing demand for mobile bandwidth and therefore is an appropriate methodology for mobile operators. As a matter of fact, design and integration of an offloading technology inside mobile network operators’ infrastructures is a challenging task due to convergence issues between the The 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) and non-3GPP networks. Therefore, a connectivity management platform is a key element for integrated heterogeneous mobile network operators in order to enable smart and effective offloading. In this paper, analysis, design and integration of a connectivity management platform that uses a Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM) algorithm for efficient Wi-Fi Offloading in heterogeneous wireless networks is presented. In order to enhance the end-user’s quality-of-experience (QoE), we have especially concentrated on the benefits that can be achieved by exploiting the presence of integrated service provider platform. Hence, the proposed platform can collect several User Equipment (UE) and network-based attributes via infrastructure and client Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and decides on the best network access technology (i.e. 3GPP and non-3GPP) to connect to for requested users. We have also proposed multi-user extensions of the MADM algorithms for offloading. Through simulations and experiments, we provide details of the comparisons of the proposed algorithms as well as the sensitivity analysis of the MADM algorithm through an experimental set-up.  相似文献

Carbon dioxide capture and separation requires robust solids that can stand harsh environments where a hot mixture of gases is often found. Herein, the first and comprehensive syntheses of porous sulfur‐bridged covalent organic polymers (COPs) and their application for carbon dioxide capture in warm conditions and a wide range of pressures (0–200 bar) are reported. These COPs can store up to 3294 mg g?1 of carbon dioxide at 318 K and 200 bar while being highly stable against heating up to 400 °C. The carbon dioxide capacity of the COPs is also not hindered upon boiling in water for at least one week. Physisorptive binding is prevalent with isosteric heat of adsorptions around 24 kJ mol?1. M06–2X and RIMP2 calculations yield the same relative trend of binding energies, where, interestingly, the dimer of triazine and benzene play a cooperative role for a stronger binding of CO2 (19.2 kJ mol?1) as compared to a separate binding with triazine (13.3 kJ mol?1) or benzene (11.8 kJ mol?1).  相似文献

A sparse crossbar (n,m,c)-concentrator is a bipartite graph with n inputs and m outputs in which any c or fewer inputs can be matched with an equal number of outputs, where c is called its capacity. We present a number of new results on the crosspoint complexity of such concentrators. First, we describe a sparse crossbar (n, m, m)-concentrator whose crosspoint complexity matches Nakamura-Masson's (1982, 1977) lower bound for any given n and m. Second, we present a sparse crossbar (2m, m, m)-concentrator with crosspoint complexity also matching Nakamura-Masson's lower bound, and with fixed fan-in and nearly fixed fan-out. Third, we derive an easily computable lower bound on the crosspoint complexity of sparse crossbar (n, m, c)-concentrators. Finally, we show that this bound is attainable within a factor of two when n-m⩽c⩽[m/c]  相似文献

Nanoscale films are integral to all modern electronics. To optimize device performance, researchers vary the film thickness by making batches of devices, which is time-consuming and produces experimental artifacts. Thin films with nanoscale thickness gradients that are rapidly deposited in open air for combinatorial and high-throughput (CHT) studies are presented. Atmospheric pressure spatial atomic layer deposition reactor heads are used to produce spatially varying chemical vapor deposition rates on the order of angstroms per second. ZnO and Al2O3 films are printed with nm-scale thickness gradients in as little as 45 s and CHT analysis of a metal-insulator-metal diode and perovskite solar cell is performed. By testing 360 Pt/Al2O3/Al diodes with 18 different Al2O3 thicknesses on one wafer, a thicker insulator layer (≈7.0 nm) is identified for optimal diode performance than reported previously. Al2O3 thin film encapsulation is deposited by atmospheric pressure chemical vapor deposition (AP-CVD) on a perovskite solar cell stack for the first time and a convolutional neural network is developed to analyze the perovskite stability. The rapid nature of AP-CVD enables thicker films to be deposited at a higher temperature than is practical with conventional methods. The CHT analysis shows enhanced stability for 70 nm encapsulation films.  相似文献

The amylases produced by a Bacillus subtilis were purified from three different media which occurred nonstarch, starched and after eight hours shocked by starch media. Purified enzymes were compared each other Km, purification steps, thermal stability, pH and bacterial growth. In shocked medium, bacterial growth and amylase production are much more than in starched medium. The enzyme was stable at 65°C in three media. Km values were found different in three media where maltose inhibited the amylase activity. This inhibition is a competitive inhibition.  相似文献
