Broadband spectra of 20 L-amino acids were obtained at room temperature by terahertz time-domain and infrared spectroscopy. The intensity of terahertz absorption peaks varied with the concentrations of amino acids, and the optimum proportion for each amino acid was obtained. An absorption spectral database of 20 L-amino acids was established from 0 to 6 THz. The associations between terahertz absorption peaks and molecular structures of amino acids were analyzed. The terahertz spectra for L-alanine were compared with the calculated results based on density functional theory using two basis sets that were reliably consistent. 相似文献

Parking is an important and indispensable skill for drivers. With rapid urban development, the automatic parking assistant system is one of the key components in future automobiles. Path planning is always essential for solving parking problems. In this paper, a path planning method is proposed for parking using straight lines and circular curves of different radius without collisions with obstacles. The parking process is divided into two steps in which the vehicle reaches the goal state through the intermediate state from the initial state. The intermediate state will be selected from the intermediate state set with a certain criterion in order to avoid obstacles. Similarly, an appropriate goal state will be selected based on the size of the parking lot. In addition, an automatic parking system is built, which effectively achieves the parking lot perception, path planning and performs parking processes in the environment with obstacles. The result of simulations and experiments demonstrates the feasibility and practicality of the proposed method and the automatic parking system. 相似文献

Water supply systems are critical infrastructure that provides food and energy security for developed societies. The operation of reservoirs (flow regulation) and water intakes (water diversion) has known negative impacts on aquatic ecosystems; however, quantification of ecological impacts and examination of these two types of flow alteration remain a developing area of research. We investigated the individual and combined impact of flow regulation and water diversion on stream ecosystem integrity, the freshwater macroinvertebrate community, and the population structure of flow‐sensitive insects. For 2 years, we monitored quarterly discharge, physical and chemical stream conditions, and benthic invertebrates of four high‐altitude tropical streams that are part of the water supply system of Quito, Ecuador. Flow regulation caused a loss of the hydrological seasonality of these streams, including a decrease in stream depth and biotic quality. Water diversion caused a decrease in dissolved oxygen and overall ecosystem integrity. Freshwater invertebrate density and richness decreased as a result of water diversion and flow regulation. The combined flow alteration in these streams decreased the density of nymphal stages of the widely distributed mayfly Andesiops peruvianus. Given the societal needs for food and energy security, water management for diversion (e.g., irrigation) and in‐line storage practices (e.g., hydroelectric dams) are anticipated to increase. This research suggests that the negative environmental impacts of flow alteration could be mitigated with discharge releases designed to approximate the natural hydrologic regime of undisturbed streams. 相似文献

为克服实际风电场运行数据难以获取的问题,提出一种基于历史风速的风资源评估方法。首先,基于美国NASA(National aeronautics and space administration)数据中心获取风速数据,并利用假想风电机组模型转化为风机出力时间序列;然后,通过对时间序列的统计分析,计算期望、半载概率等指标评估风电出力的时空分布特性;最后,通过计算风电出力方差和分析相邻峰谷点差值概率分布规律分析风电出力的波动特性。所提方法能够同时考虑风资源自然特性和风电机组特性,且能对风电波动特性提供定量描述。利用所提方法对山东省风资源的评估结果表明:山东省可利用风能资源随地区、季节和昼夜的变化呈现出明显规律。 相似文献

四川盆地九龙山珍珠冲组砾岩储层基质孔渗条件差,非均质性强,裂缝及其溶蚀孔洞是重要的储集空间和主要的渗流通道。针对该区储层特征,结合室内评价实验和储层评价结果,对于裂缝发育的储层,采用土酸酸化;对于裂缝欠发育的储层,在酸化工艺无效的情况下开展加砂压裂工艺试验,通过施工管柱、施工参数的优选,成功地实施了对砾岩储层的加砂压裂改造,取得了一定的改造效果。 相似文献

针对传统的曲轴弯曲疲劳实验的破坏性,利用神经网络的预测功能,以应力幅值和谐振频率变化值作为输入,疲劳寿命作为输出建立了神经网络模型.采用曲轴弯曲疲劳实验机测试的历史数据作为训练样本集,对神经网络进行遗传算法优化,对曲轴疲劳寿命进行预测.实例验证结果表明,预测结果与实际测试值之间的相对误差较小,可以作为一种无损检测的良好工具. 相似文献

通过模型计算2008—2013年湖南省因能源消耗而导致的碳排放、地均碳排放、人均碳排放、碳排放强度等碳排放量指标;基于灰色模型对湖南省未来5年能源碳排放量进行预测。研究结果表明,湖南省能源消耗仍以工业方面的能源消耗为主,且所占比重较大;对于清洁能源使用率还有较大的上升空间;经济发展水平对湖南省能源碳排放量影响较大。预测结果表明,从能源消耗结构上来看,工业能源消耗正在逐渐下降;从能源消耗的种类上来看,对清洁能源的使用率正在增加,但其速率相对于经济增长仍然较缓慢。因此,要促进湖南省低碳发展还需要进一步调整产业结构,增加清洁能源的使用。 相似文献

Nanoparticles monolayer formation by spin coating is considered to be a simple, fast and inexpensive nanopatterning technique. However, the parameters that govern the overall growth process in this technique are not completely quantified and techniques for the controlled and continuous growth of close packed monolayer particle arrays without defects need to be developed. In this paper, an ordered particle array formation process is analyzed theoretically, employing material flux balance and particle- subjected forces balance, based on the film thickness model of spin coating and evaporation rate law. A series of experiments were conducted using silica particle suspensions with various particle volume fractions and different spin speeds. The results show that the spin speed should match the particle volume fraction to meet the requirements of material flux and particles movement in order to obtain a close packed monolayer film. The formation mechanism of fabrication defects involving particle agglomeration and uncontrollable voids were analyzed qualitatively based on crystal growth theory, and validation experiments were performed. The formation of highly uniform close-packed monolayer films was demonstrated and the condition requirements for achieving monolayer nanoparticles array with good quality presented. 相似文献
