一种改进的MC-CDMA系统结构

MC-CDMA在频域扩频时实际上是一种频率分集,对于频率分集重数的要求通常小于子载波的数目N,故扩频因子可以小于子载波数目。改进了这种MC-CDMA系统的结构,通过在频域引入交织器,使交织后频率分集各分量经历独立的哀落,从而提高了抗哀落能力。最后给出了用系统仿真软件SPW仿真的结果。     

High-performance MIM capacitor using ALD high-k HfO/sub 2/-Al/sub 2/O/sub 3/ laminate dielectrics

For the first time, we successfully fabricated and demonstrated high performance metal-insulator-metal (MIM) capacitors with HfO/sub 2/-Al/sub 2/O/sub 3/ laminate dielectric using atomic layer deposition (ALD) technique. Our data indicates that the laminate MIM capacitor can provide high capacitance density of 12.8 fF//spl mu/m/sup 2/ from 10 kHz up to 20 GHz, very low leakage current of 3.2 /spl times/ 10/sup -8/ A/cm/sup 2/ at 3.3 V, small linear voltage coefficient of capacitance of 240 ppm/V together with quadratic one of 1830 ppm/V/sup 2/, temperature coefficient of capacitance of 182 ppm//spl deg/C, and high breakdown field of /spl sim/6 MV/cm as well as promising reliability. As a result, the HfO/sub 2/-Al/sub 2/O/sub 3/ laminate is a very promising candidate for next generation MIM capacitor for radio frequency and mixed signal integrated circuit applications.     

Gamma-irradiation-induced Ag/SiO2 composite films and their optical absorption properties

Small Ag particles or clusters dispersed mesoporous SiO₂ composite films were prepared by a new method: First the matrix SiO₂ films were prepared by sol-gel process combined with the dip-coating technique, then they were soaked in AgNO₃ solutions followed by irradiation of γ-ray at room temperature and in ambient pressure. The structures of these films were examined by X-ray diffraction (XRD), high-resolution transmission electron microscope (HRTEM), and optical absorption spectroscopy. It has been shown that the Ag particles grown within the porous SiO₂ films are very small, and they are isolated and dispersed from each other with very narrow size distributions. With increasing the soaking concentration and an additional annealing, an opposite peakshift effect of the surface plasmon resonance (SPR) was observed in the optical absorption measurements.     

向家坝水电站右岸隧道进出口边坡的处理研究

文章主要从实践方面介绍了向家坝水电站右岸地方还建公路北线段隧道洞口施工期边坡缺陷处理措施,并总结了几点经验,这对于以后公路隧道洞口的设计和施工,尤其是洞口边坡塌方的处理具有一定指导意义。     

A printer model using signal processing techniques

An accurate printer model that is efficient enough to be used by halftoning algorithms is proposed. The proposed signal processing model (SPM) utilizes a physical model to train adaptive linear combiners (ALCs), after which the average exposure of each subpixel for any input pattern can be calculated using the optimized weight vector. The SPM can be used to model multi-level halftoning and resolution enhancement, as well as traditional halftoning. The SPM is comprised of a single ALC layer followed by a peak-to-average ratio (PAR) correction layer, which serves to produce a PAR of less than 1.5 in the modeled exposure. The PCN (PAR correction network) employs one ALC/pixel and exploits the physics governing the characteristics of exposure in small regions. A relatively small number of training patterns suffices to train the SPM.     

利用黄河泥沙加固下游大堤

黄河是一条举世闻名的多泥沙河流，善淤、善决、善徒给沿河人民带来对过深重灾难，防洪问题一直是国家的心腹之患。泥沙问题是黄河防洪问题的症结所在。在总结固大堤经验的基础，进行挖河疏浚，淤筑“相对地下河”，已作为黄河治理的一项重大决策付诸实施。     

声光效应拉曼-内斯方程矩阵级数解法及声光调制器优化设计

提出一种求解正常声光相互作用拉曼 内斯 (Raman Nath)方程的矩阵级数解法 ,该解法直观方便且具有普遍性。计算结果表明 ,对Q =4 1π ,Bragg衍射的效率只有 97 5 % ;对非对称入射 ,以往的Raman Nath近似解误差较大 ;指出提高Bragg衍射效率的有效途径在于提高声光频率比并给出计算声光器件最优长度的计算公式。     

自动力套管补贴加固技术及其在B125井的应用

随着油田开发时间的延长，油水井井下套管的损坏将越来越严重，套管故障井将越来越多，为了恢复套损井生产，将套管损坏所造成的损失降到最低，在配套波纹管补贴，水动力补贴，爆炸补贴等专门修套技术的基础上，通过认真调查研究，又配套了操作方便简单，适用套管损坏类型广的自动力套管补贴加固技术，使各种套管变形，套管断错（错开没有位移或位移量不大时）、套管破裂，误射孔井段封堵，已射开水层封堵等修井作业的难度进一步降低，从而进一步提高了修复井综合开发经济效益。     

展成式精密电火花加工机床

研制了一种展成式精密电火花加工机床，它含有3个回转机构和4个直线移动机构，工件苡轴，工具电极苡轴和转台均可按需要回转，坐标工作台可作纵向和横向移动，工件头架可作轴向和竖向移动。可设置成多种复合运动方式和相应的结构布局，具有很丰富的加工功能，加工精度能达到微米级并实现电火花镜面加工。     

再谈石材幕墙干挂中存在的安全隐患

随着社会经济的发展，在建筑物装饰中，石材幕墙已占有相当大的比例，华丽的石材幕墙确实为装点城市增添了光彩。庞大的幕墙所用石材每块重达几十斤，并且是由一个个小小的、很不起眼的干挂件与结构体相连接，可见质量是何等的重要。　　但是，令人担忧的是，目前市场上的干挂件质量不容乐观。近几年，外交部大楼、首都机场候机楼等均发生过石板从天而降砸坏汽车和其他物品的事件。导致事件的原因是因挂件质量低劣、焊接头缝不饱满，且经过高温退火产生氧化而断裂所造成。去年中央电视台《焦点访谈》节目对江苏兴化生产的不锈钢产品质量…
