我国和奥地利普兰西公司的钨、钼产品及其差距

对奥地利普兰西公司作了简要介绍，并将我国的钨、钼产品标准和普兰百公司的钨、钼产品、规格进行了对比。根据差距提出了我国钨、钼产品今后的发展方向。     

Effects of EGb 761 on nitric oxide and oxygen free radicals, myocardial damage and arrhythmia in ischemia-reperfusion injury in vivo

The cardioprotective effects of EGb 761 on the release of nitric oxide (NO), the concentration of serum thiobarbituric acid reaction substance (TBARS), the activity of creatine kinase (CK) and the incidence of ventricular arrhythmias were investigated in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in vivo. Using sodium nitrite (NaNO2) as standard source of nitric oxide (NO), we compared the correlation coefficients of the three measuring methods used currently in the determination of NOFe2+(DETC)2 complex with that of the measuring method suggested in this study. The result showed that measuring the whole height of three splitting signals is the best linear correlation to the concentration of NO comparing with other methods in this system. Using this method, we observed the effects of EGb 761 on NOFe2+(DETC)2 complex in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in vivo. The hearts of the Wistar rats were subjected to 30 min of ischemia and 10 min of reperfusion in vivo. Different doses of EGb 761 (25, 50, 100, 200 mg/kg i.p.), superoxide dismutase (SOD, 10(4) U/kg), l-arginine (50 mg/kg i.p.) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) inhibitor NG-nitro-l-arginine (NNA, 50 mg/kg i.p.) were administered to the ischemia-reperfusion rats. EGb 761 under the dose of 100 mg/kg increased the signal intensity of NOFe2+(DETC)2 complex, while EGb 761 at 200 mg/kg showed an effect of decreasing the signal intensity of NOFe2+(DETC)2 complex. EGb 761 inhibited the formation of TBARS, the release of CK, and mitigated the incidence of ventricular arrhythmias in a dose dependent way. Both l-arginine and SOD increased the signal intensity of NOFe2+(DETC)2 complex and inhibited the formation of TBARS, the leakage of CK and the incidence of ventricular arrhythmia. NNA not only had no protective effects on myocardial injury, but also increased the incidence of reperfusion-induced arrhythmia. In conclusion, EGb 761 has cardiovascular protective effects by means of adjusting the level of NO and inhibiting oxygen free radicals induced lipid peroxidation in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in vivo.     

A FISH technique for simultaneous detection of fluorescent R-band and in situ hybridization signals]

BACKGROUND: Because of serious adverse effects of centrally acting antitussive agents, is necessary to find new drugs with cough-suppressing activity. Medicinal herbs are a potential source of polysaccharides with high antitussive efficiency and on the other with minimal side effects. AIM: The study was to assess the antitussive action of mixture of a polysaccharides (RL) and polysaccharide-xylan (XY), both isolated from above-ground parts of Rudbeckie fulgida var. sullivantii. The observed activity was compared to those of narcotic and nonnarcotic antitussive substances used in clinical practice. METHODS: Cough was evoked by mechanical irritation of the airways in nonanaesthetized cats with chronic tracheal cannuly. The plant substances were administered perorally in the dose of 50 mg per kg body weight. RESULTS: Results indicate, that administration of RL induced a suppression of the followed cough parameters from both areas of airways (total fall in cough parameters by 46.6%). Administration of xylan induced the fall in the followed cough parameters with more significant influence on the laryngopharyngeal area of the airways (total fall in cough parameters 48.2%). CONCLUSION: Administration of RL and xylan did not achieve the effect of codeine, but had a more intensive antitussive effect than the peripherally acting droprozine and prenoxdiazine. Autonomic nervous activity at episodes of myocardial ischemia in patients with coronary artery disease by heart rate power spectral analysis

Heart rate power spectral analysis in 44 patients with coronary artery disease was obtained from 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram. 195 episodes of transient myocardial ischemia that was defined as horizontal or down sloping depression of the ST segment of > or = 0.1 mV and lasted for > or = 2 minutes were studied. The area of low frequency components (LF, 0.02-0.10 Hz) representing predominontly sympathetic tone with some contribution from the parasympathetic tone and that of high frequency components (HF, 0.15-0.40 Hz) representing mainly parasympathetic tone and the value of LF/HF on 4 minute heart rate power spectral graph at the deepest depression of ST segment were compared with that before the episode of myocardial ischemia. The area of HF of fast rate myocardial ischemia occurring in night reduces significantly (P < 0.001), the value of LF/HF increases markedly (P < 0.05) and the area of LF increases slightly. The results suggest that there is a change of autonomic nervous activity during the episode of fast rate myocardial ischemia in night, parasympathetic nervous tone decreases markedly, there may be secondary increase of sympathetic nervous activity.     

Biochemical genetic studies on wild populations of the Vicia amoena complex (tribe Vicieae: Fabaceae)

A 45-year-old human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)-infected patient has suffered for a period of 4 years from recurrent and, later on, persistent oral pseudomembranous candidosis. The Candida isolates proved to be resistant to azole derivates in vitro and in vivo. Treatment with amphotericin B parenterally was successful in February 1996, but had to be stopped when chemotherapy for lymphoma was started. In August 1996, the patient showed a shift from the pseudomembranous to the erythematous type of oral candidosis; antiretroviral combination therapy including the HIV protease inhibitor saquinavir had been started 4 months previously. In July 1997, the patient was still suffering from a persistent oral candidosis of the erythematous type.     

Shifting physician prescribing to a preferred histamine-2-receptor antagonist. Effects of a multifactorial intervention in a mixed-model health maintenance organization

Three receptor tyrosine kinases of the PDGF receptor family (RTKP) that clustered within 1000 Kb of the mouse chromosome 5 constitute an interesting unit that are expressed in three distinct cell lineages essential for constructing hematopoietic tissues. Namely, the c-kit gene that is expressed in hematopoietic stem cells is flanked by pdgfr alpha and flk genes expressed respectively in stromal cells and vascular endothelial cells. In this article, we review our results on their expression in the embryonic hematopoietic tissues. We found that co-expression of Flkl and c-Kit was frequently detected either in vascular endothelial cells or hematopoietic cells in the early hematopoietic tissues. On the other hand, the three RTKPs are expressed in different cell lineages in the fetal liver. On the basis of this finding, we propose two modes of embryonic hematopoiesis; hematogenic angiopoiesis and hematopoiesis.     

折线链节点标注技术

针对传统多边形位置关系计算比较烦琐,以及简单多边形的理论难以拓展到一般多边形的问题,提出标注节点状态的方法.通过定义11种位置来描述折线链上每个节点的状态,再采用"线段端点与线段"和"线段端点与邻折线"的标注方法来实现任意折线链的标注,同时利用两线段分割预处理使相交仅发生在端点处,从而使算法更高效;然后给出折线链基本位置关系的节点特征,并且探讨了三维顶点的标注方法.该方法的标注原理简单、方法实用,算法空间和时间复杂度分别为O(n)和O(n2).实验结果表明,该方法对任意形状的折线链都能实现稳定标注;通过搜索节点状态特征可以求解折线链间的相互关系,还可以实现一般折线链的碰撞检测、相交区域计算以及多边形简单化分解等.
