A rapid high-performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of sinapine and sinapic acid in canola seed and meal

A high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method has been developed to separate sinapine and sinapic acid from other phenolics in canola seed and meal in a single run. The separation was achieved with a reverse-phase C18 column. Owing to the higher recovery of phenolics and ease of use, refluxing with 100% methanol for 20 min was selected as the extraction method for HPLC analysis and determination of total phenolics using Folin-Ciocalteu reagent. A 10-min isocratic/linear/concave gradient and a 15-min isocratic/linear gradient were selected as the best gradients for the separation of these phenolic compounds. Peak identities for sinapine and sinapic acid were verified with ion exchange separation followed by HPLC analysis. The method was calibrated using sinapine bisulfate and sinapic acid standards; correlation coefficients (R ²) for the calibration curves were 0.997 and 0.999 for sinapine bisulfate and sinapic acid, respectively. The extinction coefficient of sinapine was determined to be 1.16 times that of sinapic acid at the detector wavelength (330 nm). Applying this method to routine canola phenolic analyses can greatly reduce the cost by simplifying the procedures and reducing the time required for each determination.     

A Dye-Sensitized Nanoporous TiO2 Photoelectrochemical Cell with Novel Gel Network Polymer Electrolyte

A novel gel network polymer electrolyte based on polysiloxane with internal plasticizing PEO chains was applied in fabricating solid-state dye-sensitized TiO₂ photoelectrochemical cells. Ethylene carbonate (EC)/propylene carbonate (PC) and LiI/I₂ were added as liquid plasticizer to improve the performance. The cells showed open circuit voltage of 0.69 V and short circuit current density of 1.7 mA cm^–2 under 28 mW cm^–2 white light illumination. The energy conversion efficiencies and fill factors of the cells were 2.9% and 0.72.     

Benzene Alkylation with 1-Dodecene over H-Mordenite Zeolite

The alkylation of benzene with 1-dodecene was studied over solid-acid zeolites, such as H-mordenite, H-USY, HY, and H-ZSM-5, in a batch reactor at 140°C and 10 atm. H-mordenite showed the highest selectivity of 78.2% for 2-phenyldodecane with 100% conversion. Depending on the catalyst amount (from 0.5 to 1.0 g) and the molar ratio of benzene to 1-dodecene (from 7 to 10), the conversion of 1-dodecene varied in the range from 63.8 to 100%. Furthermore, modification of H-mordenite by dealumination using nitric acid and by solid ion exchange with Mg²⁺ and Fe³⁺ ions led to the improvement of the selectivity for 2-phenyldodecane, and simultaneously reduction of the conversion of 1-dodecene is observed. In addition, it was found by pyridine adsorption FT-IR study that both strong Brønsted and Lewis acid sites are closely related to the conversion.     

焦油蒸馏塔腐蚀原因分析及防腐措施

本文通过对包钢焦化厂焦油车间焦油蒸馏塔腐蚀原因的分析,提出了相应的防腐措施及处理方法,达到了初步的防腐效果。     

A STUDY ON THE SEPARATION OF DIFFUSION AND SURFACE EMISSION COEFFICIENTS IN WOOD

For a more accurate simulation of the moisture sorption process in wood, the precise separation of surface emission and diffusion coefficients is essential. In this paper, a non-linear simplex technique that was developed to obtain the optimum pair of the surface emission coefficient he, and the diffusion coefficient D from a single sorption curve is presented and tested with experimental data. An easy to use computer program was employed to carry out the evaluation. Data analysis showed that the new method resulted in a more statistically accurate calculation of b_c and D than currently existing methods.     

压痕残余应力对氮化硅基复合材料阻力曲线行为的影响

通过压痕小裂纹直接量测法获得了ＴｉＣ，ＴｉＮ／Ｓｉ３Ｎ４复合材料的阻力曲线，采用更具合理性的指数经验公式拟合处理实验数据，初步探讨了Ｋ∞，Ｋ＾＊Ｒ，ΔＣ，等参数的物理意义。对压痕残余应力消除前 实验结果进行比较，发现压痕残余应力的消除，提高了材料的极限断裂韧性值Ｋ＾＊Ｒ，却大大减少了裂纹稳态生长的容限，使得材料的脆性行为更为突出。     

含芳酰胺键的液晶双马来酰亚胺的合成与表征

通过对马来酰亚胺基苯甲酸及其酰氯化路线合成了两种含芳酰胺键的液晶双马来酰亚胺Ⅰ b和Ⅱ b;制备了二苯甲烷二胺与液晶双马来酰亚胺Ⅱ b的扩键其聚物Ⅲb。经FTIR、~1H-NMR谱对合成产物的结构进行了表征,表明1710cm~(-1)的酰亚胺羰基和1646cm~(-1)酰胺键,交联反应或扩链反应发生在双马来酰亚胺的双键上。经热分析DTA/DSC及热台偏光显微镜表征了其热性能及液晶相变特征,相变过程是一个非平衡不可逆过程。     

露天矿采掘设备能力的动态统计分析

依据某大型露天矿实际生产资料，对采掘设备的生产能力进行统计分析，找出其统计分布规律，并采用K－S检验方法进行假设检验，供矿山设计、矿山生产计划编制或矿山剥采工程模拟时对各台采掘设备的生产能力进行动态的随机计算[1]，以别于传统的评态参量方法。

结合工程实践，较详细地介绍了NOVELL局域网的设计特点和实施技术。结果表明，选择NOVELL网建立用户／服务器局域网开发MIS是成功的。
