Review of Daqing＇s Technologies in 10th Five-Year Plan Period

During the 10^th Five-Year Plan Period, Daqing Oil Field entered the late high water-cut period with the reserve production ratio in imbalance. The oil field development became more and more difficult owing to the inadequate substitute resources. Daqing Oil Field Company has made a series of important and new technological achievements to solve those bottlenecks. The oil field has cumulatively achieved a total of technological results, of which eight items are at the State level, 96 items at the provincial and ministerial level, and 1009 items granted with the patent rights. The oil field has developed a family of exploration and development technologies which are world-leading and self-developed with an independent IPR.

Bisensors for amino acids

Two kinds of biosensors for amino acids (one with nonspecific enzyme as bioelement, the other with specific enzyme(s) as bioelement), including their principles, applications, recent researches and future trends were discussed in detail. 61 references were given. A part of work for gaining Ph. TEM study of PLZT ceramics

The microscopic structures of PLZT(7.9/70/30 and x/65/35, x = 7 or 8) ceramics were studied by means of transmission electron microscopy. The presence of micro-regions in PLZTs was first verfied.     

北京谱仪端盖簇射计数器工作气体的研究

为使北京谱仪端盖族射计数器更好地工作在自猝灭流光ＳＱＳ模式下，提高其能量分辨以及线性等指标，用Ａｒ，ＣＯ２，Ｌｓｏｂｕｔａｎｅ三元工作气体对探测器的工作性能进行了仔细研究，找出了一适合于主雇地数器的工作气体，此外，还研究了异丁的纯度对探测器性能的影响。

奥氏体锰钢是一种非常坚硬的无磁性合金钢，它的性能和大多数普遍使用的抗磨损结构钢不同。对许多轨道工程部件来说，它是一种更可取的材料。铁路辙岔和交叉处是重要的，但其它重要部件还包括开关的防护装置、铸造镶嵌件和桥式轨道部件。奥氏体锰钢承载力高，耐久性好。在冲击和负重下不会断裂。它的淬火硬化能力是最主要的一个优势。零部件表面在冲击下硬化，有些变形，但下面的母材仍保留原来的硬度。裂缝的蔓延速度非常慢。     

Nucleotide sequence and genome structure of mink enteritis virus

Diabetes mellitus is a common disease. It affects multiple organ systems. Adverse effects of hyperglycemia on infection, fracture healing, and bone remodeling have been recently reported. This study was conducted to evaluate the clinical and radiographic results of 93 total hip arthroplasties in 78 consecutive patients with diabetes. All femoral components were cemented using contemporary cementing techniques. Prophylactic antibiotics were given in each case. The mean follow-up period was 4.1 years (range, 2-6.5 years). Ninety-six percent of the hips were rated excellent or good. Radiolucencies were observed in only 3.7% of the stems, while 22.2% of the cups showed radiolucencies. There was a 4% revision incidence. There was no postoperative infection in this series--a distinct improvement from previously reported series. However, complications remained high at 24.3%. The most frequent complication was urinary tract infection (14.2%). The most serious complication was myocardial infarction. The authors believe total hip arthroplasty can be safely performed in patients with diabetes, provided that adequate medical and follow-up evaluations are performed. The medium-term clinical and radiographic follow-up evaluations are not inferior to reported series in patients without diabetes.     

A reliable and manufacturable method to induce a stress of >1 GPa on a P-channel MOSFET in high volume manufacturing

This letter discusses a reliable and manufacturable integration technique to induce greater than 1 GPa of stress into a p-channel MOSFET, which will be required to increase the drive current beyond 1 mA//spl mu/m at the sub-90-nm process generation. Uniaxial compressive stress is introduced into the p-channel by both a selective deposition of SiGe in the source/drain and an engineered 2.5-GPa compressively stressed nitride. The highest to date compressively stressed SiN film is obtained by heavy ion bombardment during the deposition of the film.

En/Decoder for Spectral Phase-Coded OCDMA System Based on Amplitude Sampled FBG

A novel en/decoder for spectral phase-coded optical code-division multiple-access system based on amplitude sampled fiber Bragg grating (FBG) is proposed. Both equivalent chirp and equivalent phase shift are achieved by amplitude sampling. Compared with previous en/decoder based on step chirped FBG, it is easier to fabricate. The performance of the proposed en/decoder is verified by both numerical simulation and experimental demonstration.
