SO2 capture through physisorption is a promising environmental benign technology to eliminate the emission of SO2. However, designing an efficient adsorption material with high capacity and selectivity of SO2 as well as excellent reversibility remains challenging. Here, a class of highly crosslinked nonporous poly(ionic liquid)s (PILs) xerogels is prepared with high ionic density by photopolymerization of Gemini IL monomers and a microfluidic technology is further explored to prepare the corresponding monodisperse PIL microgels with uniform and controllable sizes at the diameter range from 43 to 250 µm. This kind of novel dense nonporous ionic xerogels/microgels completely exclude the adsorption of common gases (CO2, CH4, etc.), but exhibit very high SO2 adsorption capacity (498 mg g?1) via selective swelling mechanism. Unprecedented SO2/CO2 and SO2/CH4 uptake selectivities with the value up to 614 and 1992, respectively, are achieved. The selective swelling mechanism is validated by optical microscope and differential scanning calorimetry measurements. More importantly, these kinds of xerogels show excellent reversibility in adsorption–desorption cycles. Column breakthrough experiments confirm the excellent performance of these PIL xerogels in SO2 capture. This work demonstrates that designing a nonporous material that has specific swelling interactions with certain molecules can be an effective strategy for realizing extremely high selectivity. 相似文献

This paper proposes an algorithm that adopts the harmonic regeneration as post-processing to improve the performance of speech enhancement using traditional Short Time Spectral Amplitude (STSA). The proposed algorithm aims to alleviate the distortion of the high harmonics of enhanced speech via the traditional STSA, and consequently improves the speech quality. We first detect the pitch, or fundamental frequency, of the enhanced speech via the traditional STSA, and then, divide the whole spectrum into multiple sub-bands which center on each harmonic. After that, a series of specially designed windows centered on each harmonic are applied to all the sub-bands, in order to redistribute the energy in the sub-bands. Polaron transport process in semiconducting polymers with disordered structure and morphology is simulated using a nonadiabatic evolution method. The simulations are performed within the framework of an extended version of the Su–Schrieffer–Heeger model modified to include diagonal disorder, off-diagonal disorder and an external electric field. It is found that the polaron transport mechanism is determined by the competition between the disorder and the electric field. For the case of pure diagonal disorder, the polaron transport undergoes a crossover from adiabatic drift to nonadiabatic hopping under a large scope of electric field (E < 2.0 mV/Å), whereas the field-assisted tunneling dominates charge transport for a higher electric field. For the combined disorder, it is demonstrated that the competition effects and the synergetic effects between the diagonal and off-diagonal disorder are equally important. The effects of diagonal disorder are negative in most cases, and the energetically easier pathways for charge transport are mainly opened by the off-diagonal disorder. 相似文献

In infrared optical systems, the narcissus effect for diffractive surfaces should be calculated with specific diffraction orders based on the diffraction efficiency. It is shown in this work that the diffraction order of maximum diffraction efficiency varies with the change of the incident angle and wavelength of the backward-traced narcissus flux. Meanwhile, yni, which is the paraxial evaluation criterion of narcissus intensity for a refractive surface, is modified considering diffraction when a ray passes through diffractive surfaces, and a practical example has been given.
