声强测量法在汽车空调噪声测量中的应用

分析声强测量法的原理与优点，介绍声强测量法在汽车空调噪声声功率级测试中的应用。通过比较声强法与普通方法的测量结果，证明声强测量法在空调噪声测试中具有足够高的精度，有很高的实用价值。     

Al-Mg-Sc合金的原子键强与力学性能

运用固体经验电子理论(EET)，对掺微量Sc的Al—Mg合金的价电子结构进行计算。结果表明：在合金熔体中Sc与Al原子存在强的结合倾向，易形成粗大的Al3Sc颗粒，起非匀质形核细化晶粒作用；在合金凝固过程中，形成Al—Sc偏聚区，析出细小弥散的Al3Sc颗粒，增强了合金基体和晶界的共价键络，使合金的硬度、强度和晶粒热稳定性都得到提高。     

Integrated gate driver circuit technology with IGZO TFT for sensing operation

In this paper, we propose a new integrated gate driver circuit for random sensing operation of external compensated organic light‐emitting diode (OLED) display using oxide thin‐film transistor (TFT). Using this technology, we successfully launched 55‐inch and 65‐inch ultrahigh definition OLED TVs with gate in panel (GIP) circuit. The structure of the existing OLED TVs implemented gate signals through the gate integrated circuits (ICs) attached to the left and right sides of the panel. The structure using the gate IC was inferior to the panel structure using the GIP in terms of process and product design and cost. Thus, we propose a new oxide GIP circuit for OLED TV. Like the previous gate IC model, the proposed GIP circuit successfully implemented the random sensing function during the display operation. This GIP circuit is also designed to overcome the problems caused by the negative Vth characteristics of the oxide device.     

The importance of organosilane polymer photo-oxidation in resist pattern fabrication

The siloxane structure formed in photo-oxidized poly(methylphenylsilane) and poly(methylpropylsilane) is evaluated to clarify its effect on resist sensitivity. It is produced by 17–35 mol% where exposure energy corresponds to the resist sensitivity. This structure change enhances polymer solubility with the developer. Photo-oxidation reaction is found to be an important factor for fabricating organosilane polymer resist patterns.     

Discontinuity of the trapezoidal fuzzy number-valued operators preserving core

We prove that any trapezoidal fuzzy number-valued operator preserving core is discontinuous with respect to any weighted metric on the space of fuzzy numbers. As an application, we obtain the discontinuity of the weighted trapezoidal approximation operator preserving core.
