港口含酸碱废水处理工程设计实例

采用沉淀 气浮 过滤的废碱处理工艺和采用沉淀 滗水器 过滤的废酸处理工艺处理大连某港口含酸碱类废水。该文介绍了该工艺的方案、主要构筑物、设备及参数等。实践证明该工艺对酸碱废水的处理方法是成功的。该工艺是一种新型高效、经济实用的酸碱废水回用的处理方法,具有很好的推广价值。     

Catalytic effect of sodium components on the microstructure and steam gasification of demineralized Shengli lignite char

The catalytic effect of sodium on the demineralized Shengli (SL⁺) lignite char microstructure and the performance of steam gasification were studied. Various sodium compounds including NaNO₃, CH₃COONa, Na₂CO₃ and NaOH were loaded on the demineralized coal samples, respectively, and the steam gasification was tested on the fix-bed reactor. The char samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and FT-IR spectroscopy. Experimental results showed that sodium hydroxide loaded samples exhibited the highest gasification reactivity among the coal samples prepared. With the increase of the alkalinity of sodium compounds, the carbon crystallite structure tended to be disordered. In the process of pyrolysis, the introduction of sodium species promoted the ring-opening and polycondensation process of the chemicals in the coal samples. The possible reaction mechanism might be inferred that the sodium ions may replace the hydrogen ions in the oxygen-containing functional groups to form sodium phenolate intermediate, which may be critical for the catalytic effect of sodium species during gasification. It was speculated that the ring-opening of the condensation aromatic nucleus was the rate-limiting step in the whole process of gasification.     

热处理对大豆蛋白酶解性能的影响

研究了在没有外加碱的pH渐变条件下枯草杆菌碱性蛋白酶(Alcalase 2．4L)单酶水解和枯草杆菌碱陛蛋白酶与黑曲霉酸性蛋白酶复合水解大豆蛋白反应中热处理对大豆蛋白水解性能的影响。结果表明,通过对大豆蛋白原料进行热处理,在Alcalase单酶水解情况下,可提高大豆蛋白的水解度,但大豆蛋白的降解率却下降很多,而在Alcalase与黑曲霉酸陛蛋白酶复合水解情况下水解度有所提高,而降解率受影响很小,大豆蛋白经90℃、10min热处理,其水解度由未经热处理的26％提高到30．2％。

十九种氨基酸对嗜热链球菌生长的影响

选取19种氨基酸与牛乳复合培养嗜热链球茵,结果表明:谷氨酸、甘氨酸、丝氨酸、脯氨酸与牛乳复合时对嗜热链球菌促生长作用明显,活茵数分别为:3.80×109、2.60×109、2.50 X 109、2.10 X 109 cfu/mL,对照为7.20 X 108 cfu/mL;其余十五种氨基酸促生效果不明显.谷氨酸添加量为1Omg/L时促生效果最好,凝乳时活菌数可达到4.80×109 cfu/mL.并讨论了嗜热链球菌在谷氨酸与牛乳复合培养液中的生长规律.     

Pretreatment of immobilized Candida antarctica lipase for biodiesel fuel production from plant oil

The effects of the pretreatment of immobilized Candida antarctica lipase enzyme (Novozym 435) on methanolysis for biodiesel fuel production were investigated. Methanolysis progressed much faster when Novozym 435 was preincubated in methyl oleate for 0.5 h and subsequently in soybean oil for 12 h. The initial reaction rate of methanolysis catalyzed by both the non-treated and preincubated enzyme decreased significantly with increasing water content. The initial reaction rate increased with increasing methanol content, showed a maximum, and thereafter decreased when the methanol content was increased further. The variation of the initial reaction rate with the methanol content was therefore analyzed using a Michaelis-Menten-type equation with substrate inhibition. Based on this equation, a procedure for the stepwise addition of methanol to the reaction mixture so as to maintain the desired methanol content was determined. When preincubated Novozym 435 was used, the ME content reached over 97% within 3.5 h by stepwise addition of 0.33 molar equivalent of methanol at 0.25-0.4 h intervals.     

谷氨酰胺转胺酶对饺子粉品质改良效果的研究

研究分析了添加不同剂量谷氨酰胺转氨酶(M-TG)对小麦粉的粉质参数和拉伸参数,生饺子皮的色泽、质构特性和蒸煮干物质失落率,以及熟饺子皮的质构特性.结果表明,在0～45 mg/kg范围内,随着M-TG添加量的增加,面团的形成时间、稳定时间、评价值以及生饺子皮的亮度、熟饺子皮的回复性均不断增加,弱化度逐渐降低;当M-TG酶的添加量高于45 mg/kg时,其对面团的粉质特性、饺子皮的品质特性有弱化作用.当添加量为45 mg/kg时,生饺子皮的干物质失落率最小,饺子皮的综合评分最高.因此,M-TG对饺子粉品质有明显的改善作用,确定其最佳添加量为45 mg/k.     

臭氧氧化去除地下水中石油类污染物的试验研究

对石油类污染物含量高的地下水,我们可以采用臭氧氧化技术来进行处理。试验表明:臭氧对于石油类污染物的去除效果非常明显,应用臭氧氧化技术对地下水中石油类污染物质的去除率能达到90%左右。同时采用色—质联机方法,分析了臭氧氧化进出水中有机物质组分的变化,为武河地区地下水处理的工程实际提供了理论依据。     

高精度遥测补偿中子测井仪

针对放射性测井存在统计涨落的问题，进一步满足用户高精度测井的需求，文章介绍了研发生产的100kb/s高精度补偿中子测井仪的构成和电路原理及主要技术指标。分析了该仪器响应关系。选用新型的HE-3正比计数器和通过合理选择源距，使测量确定度低于0．7，测量精度明显高于2435XA补偿中子测井仪。通过测井试验表明，具有良好的稳定性、重复性和一致性，满足了用户对高精度测井的需要。
