The purpose of our work is to control the interfacial bonds between PVC and NBR using the ammonium salts of triazine thiols and dithiodimorpholine (DTDM) and thereby reveal the relation between the interfacial bonds and the final mechanical properties of products. In the experimental work a two-stage process was used. At first, an NBR/PVC blend was mixed with a mono-tetra-n-butylammonium salt of triazine trithiol at a temperature of 100°C on a two-roll mill to give the branching structure of triazine thiols into PVC. In the second stage branched NBR/PVC reacted with DTDM to afford the branched PVC containing trithiomorphonyl groups. In the presence of ZnO at 160°C trithiomorphonyl groups react with NBR to form a crosslinking structure between NBR and PVC. The mechanical properties of cured NBR/PVC blends were markedly improved by the treatment process and after addition of tetramethylthiuram monosulphide also. The mechanical properties were not improved by increasing the concentration of TT-TBA (tetrabutylammonium salt of 1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6-trithiol) over 4.2 phr. 相似文献

With the remarkable progress in diagnostic techniques, the recent increase in the incidence of arteriosclerosis and the gradually aging population, a great deal of attention is now being focused on intestinal ischemia and this disease has come to be regarded as one of the clinically important pathological conditions. From the clinic aspect, special attention should be directed to the artery which is involved in intestinal ischemia. Furthermore acute superior mesenteric arterial ischemia (SMA ischemia), ischemic colitis, non-occlusive mesenteric ischemia (NOMI) require serious attentions. Few specific findings of these pathological conditions can be obtained in general examinations, therefore angiography is the most useful technique for making difinitive diagnoses. SMA ischemia and NOMI are progressive diseases and their prognoses are poor. The progress of ischemic colitis is gradual and the conservative therapy consisting of fasting, drip infusion and antibiotic administration is generally effective in treating this disease. 相似文献

The effect of gravity on materials processing is rather complicated, and a large number of considerably unexpected results due to high gravity or sometimes centrifugation have been reported. The authors have been conducting high gravity diamond thin film growth by the DC-plasma CVD method up to 100 G. The effects of high gravity appeared in the nucleation site density, growth rate, grain size, uniformity, film coverage and morphology. With the increase in gravity, the nucleation site density, growth rate, grain size were all found to be increased, the uniformity and film coverage were improved, and {100} facet became dominant rather than {111} facet. To understand the deposition mechanism in these effects observed in high gravity, a diagnostic apparatus for spectroscopic study of the optical emission from the DC-plasma was developed, and the OES (optical emission spectroscopy) apparatus has been employed in high gravity CVD experiments. The influence of gravity on the most active species in the plasma, such as H, CH, C2 was discussed together with the results from the Raman spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction study. 相似文献

The aim of this study was to compare hemodynamic responses to intubation and pin head-holder application in two groups of neurosurgical patients given oral clonidine (3 microg/kg) or oral temazepam (10-20 mg) 90 min before the induction of anesthesia. Fifty patients undergoing elective craniotomy were randomized to either group. Anesthesia was induced with i.v. propofol 1500 mg/h, fentanyl 4 microg/kg, vecuronium 0.15 mg/kg, and lidocaine 1.5 mg/kg and was maintained with propofol 6 mg x kg(-1) x h(-1). Mean arterial blood pressure (MAP) and heart rate were recorded before the induction of anesthesia and before and after intubation and application of the pin head holder. Interventions required to maintain hemodynamic stability were compared between groups. Preinduction sedation scores and MAP values were similar between groups. MAP was significantly lower (P = 0.031) in the clonidine group after pin head-holder application. Interventions to stabilize MAP were not significantly different between groups (P = 0.11). We conclude that clonidine is effective in reducing the MAP increase with pin head-holder application in patients undergoing craniotomy. Implications: In this study, we investigated an approach to the prevention of increased blood pressure often seen during the early part of anesthesia for brain surgery. Oral clonidine was effective in reducing the mean arterial blood pressure increase resulting from pin head-holder application. Clonidine, a blood pressure-reducing drug, was given to 25 patients before anesthesia. Their blood pressure measurements were then compared with those of 25 patients not given clonidine. 相似文献

A cytochrome P-450 from adult pig testicular microsomes was purified to a specific content of 12 nmol P-450/mg protein. P-450 has a minimum molecular weight of 46000 +/- 1000, as judged on sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Adult testicular P-450 is prepared in the low-spin form with an absorbance maximum at 417 nm. The substrate-induced difference spectrum with progesterone is a typical I difference spectrum. P-450 was incorporated into liposomal membranes composed of phosphatidylcholine, and 17 alpha-hydroxylase activity was shown to amount to 15.5 nmol product/min/nmol of P-450. E.s.r. spectra of peroxy radicals trapped in isotactic and atactic polypropylenes have been observed at various temperatures. The spectrum observed at 77 K was shown to be composed of one component by comparing it with that at 4 K. The spectra observed at higher temperatures comprised of two spectra arising from the rigid peroxy radicals and the mobile peroxy radicals. All of the observed spectra have been reconstructed by means of computer simulation and the changes in anisotropic g-values with temperature were estimated. The motion of the mobile fraction was shown to be rotation or rotatory vibration of the radicals around the chain axis both in the isotactic polypropylene and in the atactic polypropylene as well as in polyethylene and poly(tetrafluoroethylene) although the structures of the polymers are different, that is helical (polypropylene) or planar zigzag (polyethylene, poly(tetrafluoroethylene)). 相似文献
