研究了电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS),测定太阳能级电池用硅材料中Al,Fe,Ca,Mg,Cu,Zn,Cr,Ni和Mn等痕量元素的分析方法。考察测量过程中的质谱干扰及基体元素产生的基体效应,讨论了可能的消除方法,考察了内标元素Sc,Y,Rh等对基体抑制效应的补偿。采用Sc和Rh做内标元素补偿基体效应和灵敏度漂移,在测定中取得良好的效果。样品的加标回收率为90.0%~107.1%,相对标准偏差(RSD)0.9~3.4%,检出限为0.030~0.500 μg/L。 相似文献

Organizational transformations have been widely adopted by firms who wish to improve their competitive advantage to be better prepared to face external challenges. This research has chosen Communities of Practice (CoPs) as the subject of discussion for an assessment model to reform organizations that undertake CoPs for collective knowledge to enhance their core competencies. Given the interrelationships between criteria, this research uses the nonadditive fuzzy integral to develop a framework for the CoPs performance assessment. The purposes of this paper are to identify the key dimensions/criteria in the CoPs, to use fuzzy logic method to analyze the relative importance of each criterion, and to rank the criteria so that proper resources can be allocated while managing the CoPs. Through interviews with experts, four strategy alternatives and 16 criteria along four dimensions are generated. A survey of the CoPs practitioners is then conducted to compare the results of each criterion. The results will not only help organizations that intend to initiate changes via the CoPs activities to decide the ranking of their appraisal criteria, but it can also assist them in guiding the behavior of their staff while effectively monitoring and improving the performances of the CoPs 相似文献

Organic-inorganic hybrid film using conjugated materials and quantum dots (QDs) are of great interest for solution-processed optoelectronic devices, including photovoltaics (PVs). However, it is still challenging to fabricate conductive hybrid films to maximize their PV performance. Herein, for the first time, superior PV performance of hybrid solar cells consisting of CsPbI3 perovskite QDs and Y6 series non-fullerene molecules is demonstrated and further highlights their importance on hybrid device design. In specific, a hybrid active layer is developed using CsPbI3 QDs and non-fullerene molecules, enabling a type-II energy alignment for efficient charge transfer and extraction. Additionally, the non-fullerene molecules can well passivate the QDs, reducing surface defects and energetic disorder. The champion CsPbI3 QD/Y6-F hybrid device has a record-high efficiency of 15.05% for QD/organic hybrid PV devices, paving a new way to construct solution-processable hybrid film for efficient optoelectronic devices. 相似文献

This paper derives the asymptotic symbol error rate (SER) and outage probability of decode‐and‐forward (DF) cooperative communications over Rician fading channels. How to optimally allocate the total power is also addressed when the performance metric in terms of SER or outage probability is taken into consideration. Analysis reveals the insights that Rician factor has a great impact on the system performance as compared with the channel variance, and the relay–destination channel quality is of importance. In addition, the source–relay channel condition is irrelevant to the optimal power allocation design. Simulation and numerical evaluation substantiate the tightness of the asymptotic expressions in the high‐SNR regions and demonstrate the accuracy of our theoretical analysis. The human brain is often likened to an incredibly complex and intricate computer, rather than electrical devices, consisting of billions of neuronal cells connected by synapses. Different brain circuits are responsible for coordinating and performing specific functions. The reward pathway of the synaptic plasticity in the brain is strongly related to the features of both drug addiction and relief. In the current study, a synaptic device based on layered hafnium disulfide (HfS2) is developed for the first time, to emulate the behavioral mechanisms of drug dosage modulation for neuroplasticity. A strong gate-dependent persistent photocurrent is observed, arising from the modulation of substrate-trapping events. By controlling the polarity of gate voltage, the basic functions of biological synapses are realized under a range of light spiking conditions. Furthermore, under the control of detrapping/trapping events at the HfS2/SiO2 interface, positive/negative correlations of the An/A1 index, which significantly reflected the weight change of synaptic plasticity, are realized under the same stimulation conditions for the emulation of the drug-related addition/relief behaviors in the brain. The calculation of eigenvalues including propagation constants and cutoff wavelengths of longitudinal section electric and magnetic modes of different orders (LSEnm and LSMnm modes) in homogeneous and inhomogeneous lossless dielectric-slab-loaded rectangular waveguides using a modified variation-iteration method is presented. The initial eigenvalues used in the iteration are selected on the basis of a physical consideration. As shown in numerical examples, this method is very efficient for finding all the eigenvalues of LSEnm and LSMnm modes by a given free-space propagation constant calculation and a given lower bound of the cutoff wavelength for the cutoff wavelength calculation. We report a 10-GHz colliding pulse mode-locked laser fabricated with integrated active-passive waveguides. The laser fabrication adopted a deep reactive ion etching and single-step metal-organic vapor phase epitaxy regrowth process for forming the buried heterostructure waveguide. Clean output pulses resulted from laterally tilting the active-passive interface and effectively suppressing residual back-reflections at the interface. Hybrid mode-locking resulted in a synchronized transform-limited sech/sup 2/optical waveform. A new analog subsystem maintenance strategy is presented that can be used to improve the accuracy, reliability, yield, and testability of analog and mixed-signal ICs. This scheme is a generally applicable design approach that combines hybrid redundancy, direct subcircuit parameter adjustment (calibration), and on-chip analog function verification (built-in self-test). Improvements are realized in a system-transparent fashion through careful function block commutation. The cost is a moderate die area increase. This design strategy is applicable to a wide range of moderately complex analog functions. An example analog function is used here to illustrate this new maintenance approach. Semiconductor technology is currently impaired by the surface dangling bond of materials, which introduces scattering and interface traps. 2D materials, especially transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) with different main groups, have settled this issue by utilizing unique atomically smooth surfaces and van der Waals (vdW) structures. Over the past few decades, many processes for exploring new materials, manipulating physical properties, and synthesizing single crystals have been developed. Among these 2D materials, group IVB TMDs are distinguished for their splendid physical properties, including ultrahigh mobility, charge density wave, superconducting transitions, etc. Here, the recent advances in group IVB TMDs are reviewed, which offer easy access to next generation nano-, opto-, thermal-electronic, energy storage and conversion applications.
