非量测数码相机在喀斯特山体地形测绘中的应用

介绍了使用非量测数码相机进行地面摄影测量的整个流程，通过对获取的影像进行畸变改正提高了摄影测量的精度。通过对一个山体的具体试验，表明基于非量测数码相机的地面摄影测量可应用于喀斯特困难山体的地形测绘。     

级联型多电平逆变器中多载波PWM控制方法的改进

级联型多电平逆变器由于其模块化结构、便于生产高度、更换容易等特点，受到电力电子工程技术人员的广泛关注。本文通过对于级联型多电平逆变器几种典型的控制方法的分析比较，提出了一种改进多载波PWM控制方法。该方法通过改变载波的幅值，使级联逆变器的各个逆变单元开关规律相同，并使所有的开关器件的损耗一致，有利于逆变单元的统一设计和可靠运行。

CMOS artificial subretinal chip for natural light illumination

A novel CMOS oscillating pixel array for subretinal prosthesis used in natural light illumination is presented. Its prototype chips are fabricated in a standard 0.6 /spl mu/m CMOS technology. Experimental results show the device can deliver effective self-oscillation for subretinal electrical stimulation.

Setting-up a cost recovery system for the largest wastewater treatment plant in South-East Asia.

A tariff system has been set up for the largest wastewater treatment plant in South-East Asia, the Samut Prakarn Wastewater Treatment Plant south of Bangkok, which is currently under completion. Fully functional the plant will have a design capacity for 500,000 m3 per day and will service a combined residential and industrial area with approximately 600,000 residents and 2,300 factories. The tariff system, which includes a tariff model, is based on water consumption and BOD load. As background for setting the tariffs a comprehensive monitoring system including an industrial permitting system has been developed. The paper presents the background and rationale for setting up the system as well as the objective, scope and content of the tariff system and the industrial permit system. Further, the feasibility of introducing cost recovery systems, which is widely accepted in developing economies on the conceptual level and to some extent implemented at the legal and regulatory level, but has yet to be implemented at large, is discussed.     

A Shortcut Method for Estimating the HETP of Structured Packed Distillation Columns at Elevated Pressure

A shortcut model is developed for predicting the HETP of a structured packed distillation column operating at elevated pressure. The proposed model incorporates the geometrical parameters of the packing, physical properties of the vapor and liquid phases, and the hydrodynamics of the two‐phase flow. The proposed model is tested and validated by comparing the predicted results with the present experimental data and some published HETP data. The results show that the proposed model can predict the experimental data with a deviation smaller than 20 %.     

糯扎渡心墙堆石坝心墙方案比较研究

糯扎渡工程在可行性研究阶段，比较了直心墙堆石坝和斜心墙堆石坝两种方案，分析表明，直心墙堆石坝在坝坡稳定性、坝体应力及抗震性方面均满足设计要求，且在地形地质条件、基础处理、抗震性能、施工方便性、工程造价等方面不同程度地优于斜心墙堆石坝，因此，设计最终选择直心墙堆石坝方案。
